First I stopped at the competition of this store, was not pleased with the service at that store ( Auto Zone), then I went to this store, not only did they know but went the extra mile and actually changed and fixed my problem, Daniel was extremely on point with the knowledge and listened to what my problem was. This is what customer service is. I will recommend this store any time.

Lady Lake Store - bad customer service. One associate stands behind the counter ignoring customers, tries not to make eye contact so he doesnt have to help anyone. The other associate in the store couldnt figure out the register. I was the only customer in line and waited 40 minutes for him to figure out the transaction he was processing rather than him ask if he could assist me or have the other associate assist me. I needed a simple spark plug. NEVER, never again will I go to this store. It was an awful experience. 9:30 AM - 10:10 AM on April 8, 2021

Best customer service team ever!

Angela at this location is amazing, very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and delightful to deal with. Their corporate office should definitely be aware of this gem of an employee they have.

Such fantastic people working there called for the part and they had exactly what I needed got there they gave me the tools that I needed to do it in the parking lot the associate came out and make sure I was doing everything correct the best people I’ve ever dealt with!

I had asked about AC refrigerant for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee, which takes a newer coolant than I am used to. After asking the clerk came out and looked at my AC charge port and sold me the wrong coolant with a charge hose that does not fit the car thankfully. He said with confidence it was the right product, and Im not going to bother trying to return this because they’ll probably feed me the lie that “we cant be liable”. Waste of my money.

This is my favorite local auto parts store. I will go to another if I HAVE to, but this is my preferred. Great staff who know their stuff.

My dad loves this store. So its my go to place for the things I need and as always friendly service.

Literally every time I come in here to get parts which is pretty frequently staff go above and beyond to help with parts look up Etc. Store as well maintains parking lot looks even decent couldnt really ask for a more then plus some.

Convenient location great selection

Love these people. They carried in my car battery, checked the charge and kept it overnight until they had it fully recharged. They are always so helpful and have done everything from fill my brakefluid to installing new wiper blades. Thats what I call service. I am a happy customer.

First, its a very convenient location for me. But more than that is the level of service at the Lady Lake store. The friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff in both commercial and retail departments make it a pleasure to shop there. If they dont have it in stock, theyll try to help source it for you.. Have been a regular customer at this location, during the last 3 years with a couple of older resto projects, and theyve consistently been my go-to store for parts and accessories for my jeep! I highly recommend them.

I ran in here in the spur of the moment at about 840....Im so glad they were open until 10pm..(Saturday)... I needed brake fluid and ended up buying a bunch of other stuff... The Young folks that were working there that evening were friendly and quickly cashed me out while helping several other people as well. It was clean, organized and had almost everything I wanted. (I had some impulse items that I decided I wanted). But Im sure they would be able to order whatever I needed. Thanks.

Always great customer service, yes they get busy and you may have to wait. Word of advice, if youre buying a part that is side specific (driver or passenger side) verify with your salesperson that they have the right side!!! Good luck on your repair!

I went in for assistance with my break light. The guy comes out to take a look. He looked at the tail light said hit the break and said yup its not workin. I informed him that I know its not working and the bulb is fine. He basically said great, well have a good day and walked away. Needless to say I bought some PB blaster (?) went in the housing, took bulb out, sprayed metal pieces, put bulb back and MAGIC.

Today I called AAA to deliver and install a new battery in my Cadillac CTS. When the AAA technician opened my trunk (thats where the battery is located) he took one look at the location of the battery and said that he wouldnt be able to help me out because half of the trim in the trunk would have to be removed in order to replace the battery. So he just gave me a jumpstart and wished me luck. Lol. I drove straight to Advance Auto Parts in Lady Lake and Andy J. installed a new battery for me without hesitation. He was very professional and and I was impressed when he hooked up some sort of battery pack to a connection under the dashboard so that I wouldnt lose anything that is stored in the memory of the computer while he was replacing the battery. 😎

My wife had to stop in and Kyle checked the engine light code and recommended a local shop. We just moved to town a month ago
