I went in looking to replace the battery in my BMW. They had it in stock but they told me my car won’t run properly because the BMW dealer has to reprogram the car. That was very useful information. I obviously did not buy the battery because of this but I respect them for knowing and letting me know as well.

I have been an Autozone customer for over a decade before I actually started working on my cars. When I lived in Orlando, I would drive for miles to a 24 hour Autozone to purchase parts late into the night for my projects. I have always received excellent customer service from the always knowledgeable staff. I recently moved to this area and was so overjoyed to learned that there is an Autozone just minutes away from my house. Ive been doing my shopping there and they have been EXCELLENT!!!!.I walked into the store today and the manager Michael S. said Hello Sir.. and welcome back. That was awesome. Despite only waiting on me maybe a couple of times before and all the customers that walks through those doors..., he remembered me and he went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I got the best price for the parts that I purchased.Thank you!

Went in today to have my tail-light looked at and came to find it needed to be replaced but I didnt have the money to buy a new bulb (I know sad). but the older gentlemen at the store helped me out and determined which bulb I needed and took care of it for me. I am so thankful for his kindness and the treatment I receive each time I come here!

Employees never smile they act like they cant find any of your parts that are under warranty have to call eustis store they find it quickly. Always have to repeat my self to them about a part act like they cant here you . Had issues with this store only. Shouldnt work in autoparts store unless you know what you doing . I been shopping with AutoZone for years havent had any issues till this store opens always the same thing over and over. Approvements need to be made

AutoZone ran the codes and diagnostic for my truck O2 sensor, Bank 2 sensor 2,. Passenger side O2 sensor after the catalytic converter. Took them 2 minutes.. Phillips GMC down the road wanted $102 for the diagnostic telling me that it could be 1 of 4 sensors. I will be buying my parts from AutoZone. I dont live in the area, but i thought residents should know.

We pulled in at 6:15 to get a hose for my Volvo and as they were walking out a customer a rude man shouted “CLOSED” and gave us a nasty look... hoping I get home as I’m typing this ....not the kind of customer service during this outbreak that I expect.

They wouldnt help me replace my head light bulb. I live in another state and I am disabled. I counted on them and they wouldnt. Had to go to a garage and they helped and didnt charge me, so I gave a tip.

The sales manager, Alexander Clare was a major jerk to an employee and not much nicer to cusomers. I get it if you have a bad day, but part of your job as a manager is to treat employees respectfully, especially in front of customers! Please fire this idiot and promote someone who knows how to manage.The other employee was extremely helpful to us and if it wasnt for him, we would have left the store and bought our items elsewhere. Its unfortunate that Alexander Clare decided to interrupt the transaction in order to condescendingly reprimand his coworker in front of three customers in the store.

Will never shop here again. Went to get a new car battery, knowing exactly the make and model I needed. Husband called ahead to confirm they had it. Associate and manager both spoke down to me, and laughed at me like I didnt know what I was talking about. Husband came in and asked for the same thing with no problem. Apparently they dont want female customers.
