It says on Google yall just updated your hours a week ago. As you can see from my screenshot, Im here b4 7:30 pm. Your store claims to close at 8 pm. Your doors are locked. I drive all the way from Leesburg. This frequently happens at this location (3rd time for me). Its beyond frustrating!

75% off is always a great deal.. Found lotions & shower gels in the same fragrance. Even picked up a few hand sanitizers for my coworkers!

The staff are nice. I wish the company would step it up though. One of the few companies who didnt seem to suffer much during the pandemic, at least the online side....the mothers day bag was a different price in store...sad....and the contents were disappointing for the price. Oh well...lesson learned. Im giving the team there the 5 stars though!

We went on Black Friday. There was a line to get in but it was socially distanced and they were offering waters and scent samples. Really nice manager controlling the line outside. The staff was super friendly and helpful inside and outside. It felt safe and the deals were great!!

I love this store! The variety here is almost identical to what I see is online. The care that they are taking to keep the store safe for their employees and for their shoppers, is detailed and done with care. The employees seem to genuinely care to help you find whatever you may be looking for.

L needed to exchange items for credit, Once I entered inside, Lady named Cindy was asking me 101 questions, She had me by the front entrance for over 5min. Asked if I had receipt, How did I pay? Etc. I asked her are you the one supposed to take care of my transactions, She said no. Cindy was very unprofessional, Very bad customer service, I felt embarrassed, Be little as if I did something wrong, By bringing back items I was not happy with. All I wanted to do is get credit, So I could shop for other BBW products. She made my shopping experience very poorly. Made me look be little in front of other shoppers in store.

Very friendly the workers remember their customers and always let us know when there’s a good deal and sales going on and ones that are coming up they make you feel right at home when you walk into the door and you just can’t walk out with one item there just love it

Everyone who worked there was nice. They have a system in place for covid to limit the number of people in the store so be prepared to stand outside and wait (16 people showed in including employees.)

Love this location of Bath & Body Works. We live here in The Villages, FL and this location is very convenient to us. This store is always clean and everyone always has a great personality. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I always end up buying more than what was on my list. The coupons are a Big help. Got to love bath & body works

Finally open!!!! The staff was very unfriendly. I had stuff to return and the manager was less than happy about it. I guess Im just used to being treated better than i was. The employees were not very knowledgeable about the products and sales. I will stick to online shopping.
