Cody went way over the the normal customer service expectation.I presented him with some pharmacy challenges. He tackled each one without frustration, then by the time I returned he had even surpassed the initial acceptable answers. I was blown away. Way over and above and so humble.Thank you Cody!

Waited on the line for Over 1-1/2 hours to speak to the pharmacy.

Pharmacy is rude and helpless. Called twice. The first time got through quickly. I said I wanted to pay for a prescription over the phone and was told I had to do that on the app. Downloaded the app, but despite robust research there is no ability to pay through the app. So I called back. I was on hold for 5 minutes before getting a representative, was then placed on hold for 3 more minutes, then finally spoke with a person. I explained the whole ordeal again and was told I couldn’t pay over the phone because you need an ID to process a payment. They again told me to use the app so this time I asked for instructions. I was again put back on hold, and they just never picked up again. I held for 20 minutes. I am patient and polite and am asking for a very simple service. Either the systems are terrible, or the people need to be trained how to use them. Very disappointing experience. Take your business to CVS.

That pharmacy needs to be shut down. Helpless, rude and kept over talking me this Walgreens is a joke and will not ever come back and I will steer people away from coming to this location.

Didnt even attempt to help me with something so simple. Went down the road to CVS and they put in the effort. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 1 minute.

This pharmacy is one of the worst. They are not informative, very demeaning, and outrageously rude! The pharmacist cant even come talk face to face, she just screams from the back computer she is on. I won’t ever be going back and don’t want anyone being treated like they are incompetent. These people shouldn’t even be dealing with the public. They need a whole new staff. 0 stars!!!! If I could do negative I would.

0 stars!! WORST pharmacy Ive ever used! Ive been on the SAME medication for 6 years now and I made the dumb decision to let Walgreens fill my prescriptions, just to have them turn around and call my Doctor and tell him these medications are not good for me. Excuse me but when did the pharmacist become a Doctor?!? My medicine is the only thing that gets me through my day to day life (non of which are opiates) and to have this pharmacy try to take that from me makes me SO ANGRY!!! HIGHLY ADVISE FINDING ANOTHER PHARMACY!!!

I do not understand why a sick person would be told they have to wait 2 hours to get a prescription filled? It’s not a good way to do business. My doctor told me she can’t call ahead to see if you have Tami Flu because it takes too long to get through on the phone. Do you need more help or less business? Very frustrating.

The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and patient during their no cost consultations. Rebecca and Jibby are the best. We wont take doctor prescribed meds without their verification of side effects due to interactions or allergies.

Decent location

The photo department messed up my gift for a birthday party. They put the book backwards and was grease all over it plus the order was all wrong. On top of that I had to wait hours to get it because they were running late
