The sales team was excellent. Roy took the time to understand our needs and answered all of our questions. We ordered for our home in Florida and called Roy to get our home in Virginia set up. The only time I have ever purchased a mattress and been given time to try it out. 90 nights worked for us.

We ordered a mattress on sunday. Said they will deliver on Monday.Got no phone call saying when they are going to deliver. Called store on monday. They cant tell us either when they will deliver. I do not want to sit home all day waiting for my mattress! I doubt Ill even get it today. Will see.Poor communication. Why say you have a matress, but you dont. Now have to wait 2 weeks or more. Forget it!I also told them I went to city furniture the day before and the could deliver it on Wednesday. Matress firm said no way. Well I ordered the same bed at city furniture and I got it today. Wednesday.

Sean was not one of those pushy sales people that you always dread. He was caring, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to assist us in every way. He made us feel as our needs were his main priority never pushing anything we didnt need and was truly concerned in finding just the right complete set up that would best fit (our ) needs. I havent even mentioned the rest of the staff in that store, they were amazing each and everyone made us feel like family not clients or customers, Surly isnt something you walk into every day. The delivery was offered next day even being a holiday. We went to Mattress firm to begin the search for a new mattress. We were promptly greeted by a very nice sales associate, Sean Powers. Instead of pushing a particular mattress down our throats he asked what we were looking for. He then proceeded to lead us to what he thought would be a good fit. We asked to try different mattresses also. He never rushed us let us take our time and ask lots of questions. He was very helpful without being pushy and very knowledgeable. He then told us about a promotion they were having and my first thought was “ here we go with the hard sell.” He never pushed us to purchase anything just explained the promo to us. When he told us we had 120 days to try it out we were sold.Very good experience and I would highly recommend Sean. In fact when we got home I gave his name to a friend!

No hard sell, and they really looked to give us what we wanted, a.k.a. spring mattress versus foam mattress. It was a good experience... highly recommend!

When we drove up to the Mattress Firm building, we only saw one car and I commented to my husband that either theres one customer or the manager is there by himself. We came here after a bad experience at Mattress One (failed to deliver and refused to issue credit). We were greeted by Roy who was professional and knowledgeable. Unlike the sales person we’d met at the competitor, Roy seemed to appreciate our business and showed us several options in different price categories with no pressure or ridiculous promises or “free” offers that are actually paid for through elevated pricing of other items. All in all, this was a good experience, Roy was above board and transparent, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality product and dependable delivery. A word about delivery: carpet was placed outside our entry door and the delivery men covered their shoes with booties.

I took my parents to this store to look for a new mattress. Google said they were open later than they really were, so we came into the store just 15 minutes before they closed. Scott P. was very helpful and understanding of our situation, and he found us what we needed. He even stayed late so we were sure. Scott wanted us to find the right mattress, not the one with the best commission, not the one with the highest price. He even made the delivery hassle-free. This has been some of the most comfortable sleep weve had in YEARS, and we look forward to telling everyone about his excellent service!
