On 4/16/18 I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKS with 39403 miles and within a week I hit a hole in the road that put a knot on my tire. Broke the bead. When I went to them with this problem, they said tires werent covered under warranty but would sell me a new one at cost and mount for free so with no other choice I agreed. Fast forward to today 6/12/21 and 39908 miles later and with more tire issues, more broken beads, I have replaced their tire with my own. Come to find out Auto Express had installed the incorrect tire. They had installed 225/45R19. The correct size which is on the drivers side door frame states they should have been 255/45R19. With this improper tire makes the side of the tire NOT the correct height. I have had and the replacement of a 75K tire just shy of 40K. This also leads to improper MPH and mileage. **BUYER BEWARE: make sure that the new tires you purchase with you vehicle are the correct size! Maybe that way you will not have to deal with these issues.

Me and my Fiancée just bought a car from here 5 weeks ago. Paid 17k cash. Within two weeks after buying the car have been having issues, and they want to charge us an arm and a leg to fix the lemon they sold us. DO NOT BUY HERE! You will regret 100%!

Several months ago my wife and I were debating on purchasing a new car. We had heard about Auto Express from a friend so we decided to give them a try. We were very pleased with the service we received. We received financing approval within minutes. How ever we decided the timing was not right and passed on purchasing. We did, however commit to returning when we were ready to make our purchase.A few days ago we did that very thing. Again we were met with friendly and helpful staff. Car shopping at Auto Express could not be any easier. Tell them the cars you want to look at and test drive, they give you the keys, then away you go. Literally no salesman breathing down your neck. When we decided which car was right for us we were introduced to Alonso Estrada. A straightforward, no pressure, down to earth salesman. With our permission he explored several financing options to find us the terms we wanted to stay within. Again, within a few minutes we had our financing in place. Alonso took the time to go over all the details of the purchase agreement and the extended warranty we opted to purchase. He even took the time to engage with our grandson who was along with us.The service was over and above what we had anticipated. The delivery of the car was delayed a few days only due to the fact that the dealership performed a complete service, replaced brakes and rotors, put on four brand new tires and did an excellent detail job on the car. All of which they did as a courtesy and was not requested or negotiated by my and I.Alonso and Auto Express, we will be back.Thank you

Ive been purchasing new and used vehicles for almost 40 years. We were looking for a nice luxury used car as a 3rd vehicle and literally driven all over as much as a 100 miles to one dealership to look at a very specific type of car. Every place that we went there was some issue with the vehicle or hadnt been properly serviced and we saw this vehicle at Auto Express and made the trip to Lafayette. 1st of all I love the fact that I wasnt attacked by some sales person the minute I got out of my car to look at the vehicle and was even more impressed after I went inside and was quickly explained the details of the vehicle as well as the price, no extra extraordinary costs associated with it and so I put a hold on the vehicle so that it could be properly serviced through their service centre. 2 days later they call me and tell me that the vehicle has been fully serviced, all new tires, brakes and roters plus a synthetic oil change and it was ready for me to do a final inspection to determine if I wanted to purchase it. Needless to say we got to the dealership and loved the vehicle even more knowing it had all new brakes and rotors! They already had all the paperwork ready, we were literally in-and-out in under 15 minutes and driving away in our new used vehicle. Couldnt be more pleased with the service, the selection and how quick and easy the process was and more importantly stress free for everyone in my family. I guarantee you they will be the 1st place I look for the next used vehicle I purchase, highly recommend this dealership. And working with Justin made it a total breeze! Auto Express made buying a car after having an accident that totaled my car effortless. Rob and everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions. I test drove many cars and even asked them to check on some things with some of the cars I drove.When it came time to decide we made an appointment. When I came in and all of the paperwork was ready and I walked out with the keys in about 25 minutes. I would recommend them highly to anyone that is looking to purchase a car. Bought a car from Auto Express in Feb. The brakes were bad when we test drove it so they offered to replace them. Within the next 60 days, the brakes were squeaking so bad. I called the Service Dept to see what they could do since we had recently made the purchase and we bought a $2500 extended warranty, but they said brakes arent covered. Of course theyre not. Now, its July and theyve gotten 10 times worse. So we took it to a well respected auto shop in town who said not only were the pads AWFUL and CHEAP, the front rotors are completely shot too. So, I dont care how many positive reviews this place has...I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever consider purchasing another vehicle from them. I now have to fork out $600 in brake repairs that should have been handled before they ever sold the car!! Screw you Auto Express!

From the standpoint of being a used car dealer, this is a great dealership with a strong inventory at a competitive price point. However, that is not why I am writing this review. I recently inquired about a vehicle that I did not end up purchasing, but during the process I was lied to on more than one occasion. One of the examples is when I asked for a video walk around of the vehicle, the sales person (Jeremy) took a video of one side of the car. This means he left out the opposite side, the front end, and back end. He did eventually send me a better video but told me:1) that the video needs to be under a certain length. Not true because if it were, he would not have been easily able to go and film another video.2) He blamed this video on his video guy. This really upset me because in the second video, he told me about the length issue of the first video he took!Again, good place and have had some great conversations with people from there and they have been helpful, but just be really clear and cautious about getting information when you are trying to purchase.

My husband and I bought our explorer from them, they had promised the full detail, tires, brakes and the full inspection. We waited 2 months because we needed a loaner car. We had bought our explorer, a 3rd row vehicle and they gave us a tiny Volkswagen Passat as a loaner. We were also promised they’d meet us closer to home when it was done. They didn’t do that. They tried to not give us the new tires we were promised until we threatened about lawyer. And not only did they try to refuse the tires, they texted my husband telling him instead of calling. I had told them about a check engine light when I brought it in and was told “it’ll get fixed when they do the inspection”. My husband got up at 8am after working 2nds to drive 2 hours one way to pick up our vehicle on Thursday. It is now the Monday after picking it up and the check engine light is back on. We also DID NOT receive a full detail. Our car was dirty when picked up. Very poor service. We definitely do not recommend them.

Dont purchase a vehicle here. Or if you decide to, dont get the warranty. I purchased a Silverado in July 2018. I paid around $2000 for the warranty. I was told at that time I could take it to Brads to have repairs done. Now they have their own Service Shop and are always booked 4-8 weeks out. When I first bought it it needed an alignment so bad that it wore my two front tires down in 3 months. I purchased two new tires and had an alignment ($600 total). I then had some issues coming up and called Auto Express. They said to take it to the Chevy dealership because it was still under factory warranty. After it was worked on Chevy informed me that yhe factory warranty was over and I had to pay $100 just for them to look at it. In summer of 2020 my transmission went out. Auto Express couldnt get me in to even look at it for almost two months and sent me somewhere else. I had to pay the $100 deductible. Now, summer of 2021, my AC went out. My husband recharged it and it has gone out again. I call Auto Express to get it fixed. They are booked out until the end of August. So no AC for 5-6 weeks in the middle of summer. I can go to Momax, but have to pay the $100 deductible and have to pay for them to find the leak before they can do the warranty work. It will be around $260 total. Still unsure why I paid the $2000 for the warranty.

We were honestly just wanting to test drive and compare different models, which would have been more than welcomed with the no pressure environment. He was able to get us a fair and no hassle quote on trading in which really intrigued us; because of that we took the plunge. Very happy with the purchase and very satisfied with warranty peace of mind. I like how even with a large amount of customers they still take care of you. The way they do test drives is also very convenient and makes comparison a breeze. Alonso made sure the vehicle was washed, filled up, and that we had two sets of keys which we really appreciated. Even added in a free oil change for the next service. You really cant beat that!

I inquired about a vehicle last night. The sales team was very fast in reaching out to me. Which was nice. The next day I talked more to the sales team in depth and the person I talked to was very rude. Im not sure what his problem was. But it made me not want to purchase the vehicle anymore. At one point he assumed I didnt have the money to pay for the vehicle. Which was hella rude. At that point I knew I didnt want to buy from this place. Its probably a very good place but the experience I had was not the best.

I always go into a dealership with my guard all the way up, but here I was very happy with the service, price of the car I wanted, and speed of getting out the door with the car. I did not meet a salesperson until after I test drove the car and said I wanted to put an offer down - love the no pressure approach. We were able to finalize everything, even titling, through email and courier services. I arrived at the dealership, they put my Montana tags on the car, handed me the keys, and I was on my way!It was a great car buying experience. I cant finish my review without mentioning the price. I dont know how they did it but the final sales price was $7500 below NADA.

Great experience. Literally no pressure. Could browse the lot and drive any vehicle that interested us without a salesperson trying to sell. Once we started the actual buying process, it was quick, easy, no pressure tactics. Rob was fantastic to work with. My only complaint would be the doc fee that they charge (199.00), most dealerships do the same thing. Half expect to see landscape fee next time we buy or parking lot paint fee. Just put a price on the vehicles that covers overhead and profit and leave it at that.

A simple oil change needed to be scheduled almost a month out, couldn’t find my appointment once my vehicle arrived and almost refused to honor the free oil change card because the vehicle is diesel. It was diesel when I bought it!?!? My salesman gave me 2 free oil changes, the service department refused to honor the second one. Sad thing is I referred a friend who spent better than 40k on a vehicle. Never again! Won’t see another dime of my money or get another referral from me! Just keeps getting better! While my truck was there, the service department was supposed to look at the brakes. The invoice say the brakes are 90%. Really? So In 60 miles they went from 90% to destroyed? Be careful who you trust to service your vehicle!

I really enjoyed my experience here, I had called a few weeks ago and they said they would keep an eye out for a specific truck I wanted, then the manager Travis called me and told me they had something, appointment set up was super easy and he set me up to talk to James Downey, a representative there, and he was more than excellent! James was super friendly and willing to answer every and any question I had, and he also made sure I was completely happy with everything as well. He wasnt pressuring me or trying to just make a sale, just wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The buying process was so easy with Auto Express! Jeff made sure everything was ready to go once I got there. I live in Georgia, and had to fly to Indiana. Jeff got me in and out within 20 minutes and I was on the road to Georgia. I would recommend the Auto Express team to ANYONE! Great service all the way around.

Honestly was a great experience buying the car from these guys. It was as described and I had no issues with the vehicle. I called and put a deposit on the car without ever seeing it because I was searching for 3 months to find the right car, right mileage and year that I was looking for with my purchase. I got a 2016 Dodge Durango for a great deal and couldnt be happier. Had a clean car fax and everyone communicated with me through the entire process.They even recommended NOT to put the deposit down without driving it but I felt comfortable with the pictures and car fax that it was the right car. Came in and was exactly as described. Took it home that day.
