Great place to buy a car. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. It wasnt like other places were they just try to force you to buy the first thing you see. They let you take your time, ask questions and try the car. If I had to recommend a place to buy a car this would be the first one I would say!

Had a great time buying a car here. I was able to test drive a few cars by myself and if there were any problems their mechanic was able to quickly take a look and fix it. The whole team never pushed me to buy a car and were very honest and open about any questions I had. And any problems or concerns I had, they were able to accommodate them by either fixing it or negotiating the price. Overall a smooth and quick experience, would definitely recommend to buy from here!

Needed a daily driver and Aaron had the perfect car at a steal of a price. I used Kelly Blue Book and the car he sold me was considered a steal. Customer service was spot on and he had a ton of luxury all the way down to budget cars to choose from. Will be back again.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Aaron, the owner, is an absolute heaven sent angel and so helpful. I had a tough situation with my car come up a few weeks ago, and needed his help to get it back. He went above and beyond, way more than is in his job description, to help me out. The car runs beautifully, it was such a good price, and the staff is amazing. 10/10

These guys are all great. I was looking for a good truck, with a fair price. I found AZ Auto sales online and messaged them. They called me back under a half hour. They was awesome. Easy to talk to, wasnt pushy, (like a lot of other car lots are) and Delivered not a good truck but a Great Truck, with an amazing Price. I drove 5 hours one way to get to them, and drove the truck 5 hours back home. It was as they said. Ran, and drove like a dream. I went to check out a civic coupe and was a rebuilt title and wouldnt work with me on it Im not sure how everyone else had any luck, I read alot of reviews about them working with you but I didnt have the same luck. The receiptionst was the only one seemed interested in even talking / discussing anything with me. She was incredibly nice was the only reason Im giving a 2 star instead of a 1 star.

They are very legit and honest people. They take care of the people that buy cars from them. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car to get around.

My boyfriend purchased a Honda Civic from AZ, and shortly after purchasing, the transmission went out. He called AZ to see if they would financially help with any of the repairs, and after about 20 calls, finally got through to the manager/owner. They offered to give him a cheaper price on labor for fixing it, but the overall cost to fix it through AZ still ended up being more expensive than other transmission shops. I would never even consider purchasing a car from them.

Super cool salesman. They even came in after hours for me since I couldn’t make it in time! A couple surprises with the car that was not in the photos but overall a good experience!

I have bought a car recently in this car dealer shop. The car was not in perfect condition but overall it was good shape and no major problem was found in test drive. Considering the car is 11 years old, I think it has been a good deal to buy the car anyway. The dealer is very kind and tried to do the best job for the customer. Particularly the owner of the shop is very nice. He feels responsible for the car even after selling it and takes care of customer very much. He really want the customer happy with the car purchasing. Now I am satisfied with my car and using it well.

Whole experience from start to finish was great.

I was skeptical of this place initially for several reasons; the online reviews, the comparison to the dealership down the road and the fact that they told me Id have to wait a week or longer to receive the title of the car after paying. This was also my first car purchase from a dealership so I had high expectations. I did not make their job easy on selling their car to me. But they did it and Im glad they did.I bought a 2010 SUV. It had bad rust underneath which required an exhaust pipe replacement (kind of disappointed about that as I tried to get a lower price specifically because I feared I would have to pay more out of pocket after purchase to pay for bottom side repairs. Thus the 4 star review because they did not budge on that and I was right).It is a reliable car so far. I have had it a little more than a month and it drives smoothly and gets me 120 miles to and from Indy twice a month. I have a child so I was concerned about being sold a lemon. So far so good. These guys also used to work at a bank so they are trustworthy when it comes to confidentiality (they received high praise from someone at the bank I was speaking with). All in all, dont entirely trust the negative reviews. I got a decent car out of them.

My husband and I found AZ through a Facebook market place ad, we were car shopping and had been looking for cars all night, having driven hours to look at several. By the time we found a car we thought we liked, we realized they were a dealer and not an individual and even though it would be past closing by the time we would arrive, Aaron stayed past closing to show us the car we were interested in. When we got there, we decided we werent interested in the car we went there to see, and Aaron showed us every car in our price range and let my husband test drive several. We finally decided on a car that they themselves had just got on the lot & hadnt even put up for sale yet but Aaron went out of his way to make sure we were happy and continued to go out of his way and communicate with us even after the sale, making sure the car was continuing to run well even months later, and making sure we got the title and everything transferred over well. I usually stray from dealers and only deal with individuals, but my experience with them was amazing. I have zero complaints and will recommend them no problem

Ive bought multiple vehicles from AZ Auto Sales and have had a great experience. A 2012 Hyundai Sonata that I drove more than 30,000 miles and took on long trips with no issues whatsoever. And more recently a 2009 BMW which I love driving!Ive worked directly with Aaron and his team and they have always been very helpful. We bought a Honda Accord 2010 car from AZ Auto Sales recently and corresponded with Jesus during our buying period. Jesus was very prompt in answering our texts and always made sure that our concerns are properly addressed. They gave us a free car report the 1st day and after our pre-purchase inspection, was very helpful in changing a few broken lights and doing a car alignment. Overall, it was a very smooth experience and we would recommend others to consider them for buying used cars.

Jesus worked with me to find me the right car at a reasonable price. I contacted him looking for something a little sporty that wouldnt need a ton of work to get on the road. He showed me several different cars and finally I decided on a BMW and I havent had any regrets. Jesus will be the first person i contact from now on anytime Im looking for a vehicle.

I recently moved to town and needed to purchase a reliable car. As I began my search I felt as if it would never end. Salesman after salesman, phone calls never stopped, text messages, emails and everything. Until I came across AZ sales. They asked me what I was looking for and upon telling them, they informed me that for long commutes I might want a different car. Long story short they were focused on educating me and getting me taken care of professionally and quickly. They had a great selection of cars that made it easier to pick from. Aaron and his staff were all knowledgeable and not once did I feel pressured.I would recommend AZ sales to anyone whos looking for a genuinely pleasant, professional car buying experience.

First of all, I called about an SUV, and was tricked into thinking that it was a private seller. That should’ve been red flag number one. The SUV wasn’t great, and I became uninterested, but I was shown another car and assured that there was nothing wrong with it. Bought the car, and had issues immediately. Brought it back, and had to ask repeatedly for them to look at it because it was leaving puddles in my driveway and they kept telling me it was nothing. Eventually, I got an appointment, and had their mechanic look at it, and was told that a coolant line had cracked, but they fixed it, and I wouldn’t have any more problems. Not true. I then took it to my mechanic who gave me a LIST of things that needed repairs, including a bad water pump, bad thermostat, oil and transmission leaks, bad tires, and an alignment. This is all on top of filthy filters, and fluids and other maintenance. My mechanic said that it looks like someone abused this car and didn’t even perform basic maintenance. It’s going to cost me another $2,000 just to START getting everything fixed. I have bought from both private sellers, and dealerships plenty of times in the past, and have never encountered anything so infuriating. I can only advise others who are looking for a car to shop elsewhere.

Decent priced cars. We bought one in July. Only complaint is that it took about a month and a half to obtain the car title. (Personally I wont ever purchase another car without having the title at time of sale) but Aaron is a friendly and helpful guy.

If I could rate negative stars I would. Where do I start... Way too expensive, supposed “hot buys” on their JUNK cars and trucks, and they don’t even work on the cars they buy from auctions to get them in working condition!!! They don’t stand by their product, no warranties, so you’re supposed to just take their word for what they claim they do... NO! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! When I bought my 06 Jeep Commander from them, the sound wasn’t working, the trans was going out, wheel bearings and U-Joint and when I asked about a warranty from them Aaron just shrugged his shoulders... After the sale they just wanna get you out the door. Horrible experience.

Recently, my boyfriend and I have been looking for a dependable vehicle. We saw a car on Craigs List, and felt it was an awesome vehicle. When contacting them, they seemed very professional and willing to work with us. Little did we know how terrible our experience was going to be.Upon arriving, the owner was frantically cleaning the vehicle, stating that he didnt realize we would be there so soon. But welcomed us to look at the vehicle and offered to let us test drive it. The interior of the vehicle was extremely dirty/sticky. When we opened the trunk, there was still dirty laundry and shoes. When we popped the hood, there were a few alarming issues. ALL the fluids were either low or empty, and when we checked the oil it was severely black. Turning on the engine, there was a loud rattling noise. Aaron, the owner, also said that the light on the dash was a sensor for low tires.We decided to go for a test drive anyways, to really get the full experience. We took it on the highway and started to hear a loud whirring/ whistling noise, indicating a wheel bearing going out. Also, we noticed that his brothers cigars were still in the car.So considering all things, we decided to give them a lower offer. When presenting this to him, Aaron seemed appalled. We had told him everything that was going on and he seem stupefied. He stated that he could guarantee this car was safe, good to go, and we could drive several thousand miles without changing anything. It was his name on the company sign, and he wouldnt put us in an unreliable car. Again, when we voiced our concern with a few things the car was doing, and how unprofessional this was, he got defensive. Stating that we should probably take our business somewhere else. He didnt even want to negotiate the price, and offered us a different car with more miles. He asked us to give him a straight answer if we were interested in the vehicle, and we told him we needed time to think about it while we drove around town.While driving we decided not to get the vehicle, and sent a polite text message turning down the offer. He later texted us saying that he had tried to call 2-3 times. He also put, After thinking about your offer Ive realized it was unfair and disrespectful. we dont wish to do business with you and we also recommend you get someone else to go with you when looking at cars or youll miss out on a good deal because of your partner. Good luck with the car search. Shame you had to waste your time and money making a 4 hour trip.I then proceed to call him, and thank him for the wonderful text message that he sent my boyfriend. I told him how unprofessional he was being, and that he was being very rude. I said that he had no right to treat customers the way he was. I told him, good luck selling anything. He then proceeded to tell me that we shouldnt worry, while laughing, that he would sell at least 35 cars this month. Once I hung up the phone he texted Hahahahaha repeatedly, and said that he would sell 35 cars without us.I would say his professionalism is lacking(or none at all), and needs to take sales with a grain of salt. There is no need to get nasty when someone says no. Unfortunately I had to give this company one star, but Google wouldnt let me give it zero. I just hope they dont treat anyone else like this, but for people going to this shop, please beware! I am PLEASED to not have done business with this company!!! :)
