I love this shop! love the fabric -the selection gets bigger and better with every visit! I bring my machine to Jennifer every year for what I call my Bernina “spa day” and she comes back better each time. Jennifer is also quick to help when I start hearing weird clicks or something doesn’t feel right-she knows what to do and talks me through it. It trust my Bernina with Jennifer and no one else! Love me some Lola Pink!!

I had a problem with my machine and brought it here for service, come to find out they installed the part incorrectly which I found out after having to take my machine to a different service location, which is 2 hours away. For what I paid for the service it should have been fixed correctly! I will continue to drive the 2 hours to the other shop for service. I dont recommend servicing your machine here!

Love the fact that Jennifer is familiar with all her machines. I purchased my Serger and sewing machine from her. I also purchased my Bernina Q24 from her. She taught me everything I know about my Q-Matic. She is also the technician. If I have a question I just call.
