The owner was very helpful and we got a GREAT futon. No waiting weeks for delivery. We got the futon the same day. Real hardwood and a couple nice metal options. Several options for type of mattress. Great warranty for frame and mattress. I never knew a futon could be so sturdy AND comfortable. Way better than the crap from Walmart.They are not closed like a couple other reviews said! They changed locations a couple years ago. The store is on Sagamore - I learned this by going to the old Creasy location first and had to call to find out where they are.
