They are very hard to work with. Billing department doesnt get anything correct. Wrong supplies or missing sent out and supposedly sending more and they never arrive...horrible....

Say they will call back, but does not.

I have called several times answering service says they will pave on the message but after a whole day of calling and into the second day I have NOT heard from anyone What’s up with that they were sure in a hurry to get my service

If you can get serviced or purchase supplies elsewhere, DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! They are always too busy to help. ALWAYS mention that they’ll call you back, but never do!
