If I could rate it a 0 I would! Been waiting over a month for this company to deliver a walker, that is already paid for to my residence for my husband since his surgery! I have called them just about everyday, & currently am on hold ! I even spoke to a supervisor yesterday who guaranteed that the walker would be delivered yesterday, and it was not! I was told it would be delivered time and time again, & one of the representatives said they tried to deliver it a few days ago & no one was home, which is completely false! Someone is always here! The worst customer service & they probably need to be reported to the better business bureau & checked for a scam! Do not use this service!!!!

Do not use this company!! They will bill your account anytime they want! Even when you tell them not to bill your card and remove your card they say it is done, but the next month they bill your card!! Do not and I mean do not use this company!

After months of them billing me for a service that I wasnt supposed to be billed for and countless hours on the phone with April, the separate company that they use to bill through and my insurance company, my insurance company is still trying to fix the billing. What a nightmare! Dont even try to call them. You cant talk with anyone locally and the minimum hold time every time I called was 20 plus minutes. I think they do it intentionally so they dont have to talk to customers.
