Minimal selection, I don’t consider grapefruit juice to be “exotic.” One checker, bag your own. Slow service. Expensive, “Rip Off Ralphs”

The service is terrible at this location. They only have one lane open forcing customers to use the do it yourself check out. If you ask questions to find items, not only they dont help, they get nasty and rude. This place is getting worst every year and I shopped here for 17 years cause I live in this area. Hopefully management will figure something out soon.

This is by far the worst Ralphs Ive been to. The Hispanic lady working the self checkout has no Idea what she is doing. Watch her not assisting customers, an elderly Woman, so I had to helped her out. And the Manager, the short heavy set guy, everytime Im in there, hes always looking at his phone facing the window looking outside towards the packing lot. He glanced and the Woman and didnt even do anything either. Ive lost complete respect for Ralphs and will never go there again. How dare they treat the elderly like that.

6:50 AM on 8/5. I am 1 of 2 customers doing self-serve checkout, the other customer is having difficulty processing his purchases and looking around for help. Two employees 20 feet away and totally blind to the customers. I helped the man process his groceries. Staff appears disinterested. This happens a lot here in the morning.

Always helpful, friendly staff/ cashiers. The store has a wide selection of food, beverages and everything you need at great prices. My “go to” grocery store.

Always extremely clean. Incredible organic options. Amazing produce/fruit selection. Easy to find things. Boars head meats and cheese. Excellent selection of premade fresh foods for picnic. Also boxed prepped meals to go for 2. Located at front of store, so easy grab after work, to prepare a real fresh meal. Only $~$14.99.

How can I not give it 5 Stars if only because its been our store for 24 years! Some of the staff have been there as long so its about as perfect of a Neighborhood store as you can get. Ive never not found an item I was looking for. Floral dept, bakery & deli are excellent. Only a born malcontent would complain..! Peace!

I came today, on 11/10, at 12:52 am, rushing to buy medication for my daughter. All the doors of the store were CLOSED!!! The worker came up and said the all the registers are closed and they cannot open doors. The hours were clearly stating that the store hours are 6:00 am - 1:00 am. Never ever have I experienced such thing with a corporate store, and this was my first time visiting this location. I regularly shop at other Ralph’s locations. Never again!! Should have visited Albertsons a few minutes away, which is actually OPEN till 1 am like advertised. But because I trusted the normal reliability of all other Ralph’s, I could never imagine that I would lose the precious time and lose the last opportunity to buy medication at Albertsons.I want to hear from management in regards to such staff behavior. When the store hours are advertised, the door should actually be open while it is promised!!!

They are not honest with their opening times. They have in their website that closes at 1am and they close when they want. You complain about and they dont do anything. The one in Crown Valley is a mess. I feel that the make fun of us. Everyday I see people frustrated like me because they are close when they are supposed to be open

Closed when I arrived 1/18 at 12:25am. Both doors locked. Advertised online and outside store closing 1am. Saw multiple people pull up and attempt to enter, only to leave frustrated. Management, take note. Horrible.

Lines are short, staff is readily available at arms reach. Friendly, approachable and competent. It doesnt hurt that some of the staff from my sjc ralphs have transferred up here now that sjc location has shut down.

Very clean and they always open up a check stand if 3 or more people are standing in line. They have a large selection of everything. Their meat department and bakery are top notch. My only complaint which drops them down to 4 stars is that they run out of weekly sale items very frequently. Especially paper products!

This Ralph’s is the worst! It never has anything in stock. I am constantly having to drive to another grocery store just to finish my shopping. Why is it that other Ralph’s locations has everything in stock and is nice and neat. Very disappointing especially because this is the closest location to me.

I went to Ralph’s 20 min before closing and the doors were locked. I’m not very impressed at all. The hours on the door are false.

You cant find anything anymore with this new layout. I asked for help from one of the managers name Andy at night shift and he just stared at me shook his head and did nothing.

I drive past other stores to go to this Ralphs. Love it.

Now I know why Im willing to spend more money at Gelsons. Check out lined open at Gelsons. They close at Ralphs

Convenient location, aisles are a little narrow but they offered a good selection.

Very clean and generally well stocked, but lacking a self checkout and some premium items they have at the Aliso Viejo location that I think would fit the clientele here.

The Ralphs at Rancho Niquel is smaller. They have a poor selection of natural cleaning products and many times dont have the Ralphs coupon items.

Way overpriced. I normally shop at Stater Brothers, but just went in to pick up a few things. Cost $50 for a single bag. Can get the same stuff for half that at Stater Bros.
