These cookies are some of my favourites. What an awesome little treat. We always make sure to stop in and get some when we are in Hawaii. If you haven’t got some, or think they’re expensive, just take the chance and I promise you’ll be happy with it!We used these direct from the company for little gifts for our wedding last year and every guest was raving about them. Every time I come to Hawaii, I always try to get some of this amazing cookies for me and as a gift to friends and family. We did have to wait outside a little, until we get in. It was maximum 4 people inside.

This is a little cookie shop on Front Street. We bought a little box of cookies. They have a few different flavors that you can mix and match in a box. I think we got 20 for less than 20 dollars, for what its worth. The store is very clean and their payment system is pretty slick. Its definitely an experience.One thing worth mentioning is that they had an employee at the front door that was limiting the amount of people in the store to basically 2 groups. My wife and I were in there with one other couple. The employee made sure everybody was masked and she directed us to hit the hand sanitizer after walking into the store. I dont really care about covid but I know a lot of people are pretty uneasy about it, so Im sure some people will find this comforting. It does kind of put a damper on the experience, in my opinion.

The workers this morning were all friendly, happy and helpful. We enjoyed shopping for cookies 😊.

While the shop is nice and the company seems to be care about their quality - I personally didn’t really care for the cookies. They’re on the harder, crunchier side - which isn’t really my thing.

Clean store, over staffed (which is always a nice thing), TASTY short bread cookies, and reasonably priced given the location (everything in downtown Lahaina is super expensive) - - its about $1 per cookie, but less if you buy in bulk. We are going back here to buy in bulk before we go home so we can share with friends and family

Super polite staff, lots of flavor choices, and obviously the cookies are fantastic. We may have bought way too many... but at least we got 10 free cookies out of it!

The best cookies ever.Story time: Yesterday I visited to get my box of cookies. There was a Karen freaking out on the employees over a four person capacity rule and mask rule. I highly respect the workers and the way they handled things when someone was in there disrespecting them. Thank you to the amazing staff for working during these scary times! Aloha! After lunch, we knew we had to drop by here. We tried every cookie we want and purchased as much cookies as we wanted for our family and friends in the main land. Best of all, they have a rewards program each time you purchase you get rewards. Winning...!!!

The cookies are really good, but the wait time was kind of ridiculous, especially in a tiny space. Maybe they need to add a 2nd register or something.

So sad! We love Honolulu Cookie and always buy several hundred dollars worth every trip as I love to bring them home to my clients! Tonight was the worst experience I have had with this company and honestly the worst service I’ve had in my 14 visits to Maui at any store. We had suggested to our friends to buy some, and the employees seemed more interested in getting us out rather than helping. We continually asked if we should “group” our cookies together to get the better price (our friends were buying 45) with no response. We asked the question several times to no avail.... I felt so bad for my friends as the service was HORRIBLE and I had just raved about this company for 15 minutes.... I stepped in and asked is it better for the kids to put all their cookies in one box? No response! So than I just assumed maybe the older employee was just hard of hearing.... but then when we walked out she slammed the door quite obnoxiously and the other employees started laughing. Listen, so sorry we may have extended our stay a moment or two.... but we were nothing but nice to you and wish our friends could have experienced the company we love!! The cookies are amazing and I highly recommend getting a sampler pack. While they are all a pretty similar base recipe, the variations make them exceptional. When we were in Hawaii we stopped at Honolulu Cookie Company at least every other day. Make sure to stock up for when you get home!

Wooohooo! Love this little shop and the cookies are great! This is a second time I had been here and staff was very friendly and quick to ring us up...I had waited 12 years to try these awesome cookies, 2 years ago I couldn’t stop eating them when I finally made it to Hawaii! I knew this would be a must do when I came back and it was! My favorite is the pineapple and the butter shortbread. Chocolate is pretty good!!The store was stocked and ready to serve all customers... they were continually restocking as we were in there.... samples were plentiful and the new matcha flavor was great! Loved the custom box only for Maui!By far the best souvenir to take back home!

The pineapple shaped shortbread cookies of many flavors are rich and irresistible and make a good gift to remind you of your vacation in Maui. Though a bit pricey everything in Maui is you are on vacation so enjoy these special simple pleasures. The staff is very congenial and offer samples of whatever you are considering to indulge in.

Best cookies ever! My favourite is the dark chocolate dipped Kona coffee. They have ton of free samples here. All the staff are very friendly. Store is a bit small and it can get crowded if you go during peak times. They have lots of gift baskets, tins, boxes etc. or you can select your own favourites and pack your own box!

I really like their cookies. I took quite a few home with me. The gentleman that helps me was very friendly. Light and not overly sweet.

Its a chain store. So if you are looking for some really local stuff this might not be the place. But the cookies taste pretty good. They have free samples in the store so you can try out which one you want. I bought some cases from this place as gifts and they look nice.

I loved this place! I got a free cookie and was instantly hooked - they are super delicious and have a bunch of flavors. We even had some shipped home to give to our friends and family.

Generous samples so you know which ones you want. Lots of flavours but pretty pricy. Approximately $1/cookie and its pretty much gone in 2 bites. Wish their individual packages were labeled. I brought home a bunch and couldnt remember what I got. Make sure you get a stamp card!

Free samples of their delicious cookies with a friendly staff. The place always smells great and welcoming. We always pick up a few boxes for ourselves and as gifts when we visit Maui.

Always a stop for us. You get to sample all the flavors of cookies and make your own box or buy one already prepared. Macadamia with dipped chocolate was my daughters favorite, while I liked the guava and mango. Omgsh you cant go wrong with any flavor. It gets really crowded and what I dont like is that kids hang out at the free samples making it hard for buyers to taste the different flavors. I passed this place 3 times, lol, and I dont know how being that I stop in each time I visit Maui. Shop is small and so is sign. Go getchusome!!!

I love the cookies but the staff here are terrible. There were about 5 employees in this tiny shop. They were gossiping with each other, LOUDLY and standing in front of the shelves, blocking the product. I said excuse me and reached between them and they still didn’t move or stop their loud chatter. Never once was I asked if I needed assistance and out of the five employees in the store apparently only one could check customers out. I have been to the store in Waikiki and had a completely different experience. Would not come to this location again.

Honolulu Cookie Company is a must stop for us when in Maui. The cookies are delicious and there are lots of free samples. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Good cookies, samples are nice, but really unhappy with the service we experienced here at this location.When walking in, one of the staff asked if wed been there before, I thought they were talking to the couple behind us so I just continued walking. A second later I hear I guess soooo.. in a nasty tone loud enough to make me turn around out of sheer curiosity of how someone working there could be so rude to another customer. As I turn I realized the other couple hadnt walked in and the employee was speaking to us. Im pretty sure the employee was Trey? Or Tre?. I almost walked right out (if I hadnt gone specifically for a gift, I would have). One thing is for sure, we wont be back.I usually dont write reviews that are bad, but in a place where people go (usually on vacation) to be treated with respect and kindness and a sense of aloha, this was rude, disrespectful and unacceptable in my opinion. Certainly not the highlight of our vacation :/
