This place is awesome! Almost everything local made. I got home with the wrong sized dress, and the manager kept in touch waiting for an order to come in to exchange it for me. Very sweet and patient! So many fun things to choose from and they can order more sizes if needed. I was born and raised in Maui and am SO glad that the tiny local shops made it through the pandemic! Its not far away and although parking can get tight close to busy restaurants. Its very worth the visit. Mahalo nui loa!

I visited Hawaii on a family vacation that was for a wedding. I was the wedding officiant and wanted to give my friends a traditional Hawaiian wedding. I had the wedding planned and had done my research. The only thing missing was a few traditional Hawaiian items and a little bit of Hawaiian knowledge. I went into Jasmines shop and she was amazing!!!! Not only did I find the items I needed Jasmine took her time to educate me on Hawaiian culture and help me fill in the missing pieces of the wedding. The wedding was a success and I could not of done it without her!!!!!Support local and shop at Witts End !!!!!

Update: Response from owner typical unapologetic tone of her negative reviews. The shopkeeper wasnt just doing her job. She was extremely rude in multiple uncalled for comments to my wife and I. A polite and acceptable response from the shop keeper in the situation would have been, Good morning. Our store isnt open yet and Im not sure about the other store. It is located immediately next to mine. Or simply, Im not sure. Either of these would have taken less time than the scornful comments we were met with.Original Review:Rudest encounter during our week on Maui or in Hawaii ever. My wife andI stepped into the doorway of Jasmine’s Boutique Ka’anapali Beach location at 9:30am on Saturday morning. We were looking for Cruzin’ Cafe which we were having a hard time finding (it was closed due to COVID). While her door was wide open and she was setting up inside and outside, she told us to her shop wasn’t open and to get out. She told us she wouldn’t answer any questions. As a small business owner myself, good customer service is essential for the most successful business.We looked to our right under the stairwell, less than 5 feet from her shop door and there was a large Cruzin Cafe sign with their black door locked. Jasmine’s boutique is the white door for reference. I don’t know about the quality of her product, but I wouldn’t purchase something from someone so unwelcoming and down-right mean.

It’s my birthday and I was hoping to treat myself to something special. Owner’s remarks to me, although hopefully unintentional, left me sad and wanting to leave ASAP despite the beautiful items for sale. Talking aloha but insulting me several times about not looking happy- having a mainland vibe, on and on . Did not feel welcome at all.

I came here with my 4 year old daughter to pick a few momentous to remember our trip to Maui. My daughter found the most adorable handmade mermaid that hasn’t left her side since we bought it. They also had lots of Hawaiian dresses and shirts to choose from. Jasmine was very friendly and helpful. She found the sizes and colors we needed. Highly recommend you visit!

Amazing customer service! Locally owned boutique shop with the best beach dresses Ive found on Maui. Definitely worth a trip to one of their two locations in Lahaina. Ill be back again for sure.

Best gift shop on Maui! Jazzy, the owner, is welcoming, kind, and a talented jewelry maker. She custom-made some beautiful lava rock & abalone earrings for me. Her kiddo is such a sweetie, too! We highly recommend you stop in and shop at this great shop when visit Maui!

Unfortunately, the owner, as another reviewer posted, is extremely rude. It is too bad, since the products and materials being sold were beautiful and handmade. I was planning on purchasing a couple items, but after the owner made it clear she is no fan of tourists by patronizing me when I asked to use the fitting room, I chose to leave this establishment. She seems to think it is ok to treat customers like they are stupid and insult them when they have questions about sizing or where specific items are located in the store. I suggest to the owner, if you dont like tourists, probably best to setup shop outside the tourist spots. Better yet, get out of customer service related fields as your business would thrive if only you had a better attitude. I was disrespected and in shock over my mistreatment that I walked out, which I have never done before. Im all about kindness and treating others with respect no matter what. This shops owner is the antithesis of what the rest of Maui has been, which is kind and welcoming. I recommend other tourists to shop elsewhere to support local business that will treat you with respect.

I normally dont write reviews, but this is the exception. Jazzy & Cashy are the TRUE Maui spirit! They were more than kind to us on our second visit to their store... My wife bought some additional Hawaiian dresses on this visit.Great prices and Aloha given to us! Will certainly be back and will tell other to visit!

I felt like a family member here. I was greeted and chatted with. Just enough attention, but not too much. It was so lovely! I could have stayed there all day.

Kids were very excited to visit this shop and look for a special necklace to commemorate our vacation. The owner instantly grabbed every necklace from my daughters hands and kept putting them back on the table. She proceeded to tell my 8 year old daughter that she was working there and she didnt want her to touch the necklaces, so I told my daughter well go find one somewhere else. We were instantly badgered by the owner as she yelled at us as we walked out the door. It was very uncalled for, very unprofessional, and very inappropriate in front of children. We went to Honolua Store to purchase our necklaces and were treated with respect and gratitude.

The owner Jasmine is extremely rude. When you step into her store you are treated like trash. Most of her inventory is NOT! handmade by the owner. I Do not recommend this store.I recommend shopping at a store that will not give such a negative experience even if the inventory is hand made by Locals or not.Store owners like this reflect on all the good folks that are honest hardworking shop owners that built their integrity and inventory honestly. We went in browsing for items to purchase and after saying aloha to the owner and her telling us where the sales were and saying thank you decided that we didn’t want to get anything she yelled across the store while helping a customer and told us to work on our manners. If she’s going to get upset about people not wanting to buy anything than working in retail doesn’t seem appropriate for her. It was very rude and ignorant of her to believe that she could treat people that way. Disappointing that a store in Maui would be so unfriendly.
