Great selection of instruments. Knowledgible staff. Good prices. The Hawaiian Kona wood ukeleles had a beautiful, big tone.

Fine selection of ukes but they were overpriced significantly from the same exact one online by KalaEdit: 3 stars now because I understand some of your points and the customer service was ok I think but I just really value money as a customer and to upcharge almost double from the online retail price is a bit outrageous even considering the labor, land, labor, and capital costs. I assume you guys dont have a shortage of customers because of the large amount of tourism. So Id like to politely say that my opinion stands and I still think the $120 kala soprano uke and cheap case that came with it was too expensive.
