Best store EVER!!!! Brandy the store manager is amazing!!!! Will always be going there!

I purchased a 100gb plan and mobile hotspot device. I was given a 50gb plan, which I discovered when the data ran out. These crooks are refusing to refund my purchase. They make up reasons that are not in the return policy, which I am in full compliance with. Buyer beware dealing with this dying company. April 2021

Excellent people and great staff

The automated system is a joke. It will annoy you to no end. They have no interest in providing any REAL customer service. I said AGENT, then it asks what is the problem, I say INTERNET CKNNECTION, then it goes back into a. loop and it will have you there all day, but you will NOT EVER speak to a real person.If they really cared about customer service, they would hire more people for their call center.

Love the phone service, but not the customer service. Ive gone up there multiple times to help me out on a phone that was basically a lemon phone and they said it didnt have insurance when I had got insurance for the first month. Only had it for less then 2 weeks and they couldnt do nothing but have me pay full price. Every time I go in there, theyre always on their phone and do not show interest in the customers.

Very frustrating place unless you work with Veronica. She is great and can fix any issue you have with your phone. I wait until she is working before I bring my phone in for service.

SAVE $$$$$---They ARE charging MORE and Metro is aware..Please read. The representatives in the store gave me different prices. I called next day and spoke with the 2nd rep who gave me cheaper price, so I informed her that I was overcharged, she said she couldnt help since she didnt handle my transaction. SMH. Gainesville store gave same price as 2nd rep in Lake City and is cheaper because the Lake City store CHARGES EXTRA AMOUNT on top of Metro prices as authorized dealer. I really wish I stopped to read these reviews 1st.Please make sure to ask for a breakdown in writing... its not unheard of for people to charge more on credit and lift cash...be safe with your $. Not saying this is what they do here, just know I have heard of it happening. I do know I could have paid about $85 less in the 5 other stores outside of Lake City!! Or had the other store Rep help me, apparently.

I want to start off by saying what an amazing experience I Had in lake city at metro today. I’ve never meet a person whom has so much knowledge on phones and plans thankyou veronica. The store was so clean you could eat off the floor. Veronica has gained a costumer and my family for life. Thankyou so much for making my 39th birthday on to remeber.

Terrible. One agent doesnt know what the other agent is doing. Corporate sends info and new deals and they ignor it. I was guaranteed one deal by one agent and the other agents told me tough, she screwed up and started pushing me to more very expensive deals. I really believed that I was being conned. Whereas before with the other agent I was getting good service and a good deal. But then, maybe that was the setup.

It is a scam place. they unlocked my phone for $40. metro pcs customer service unlock your phone for free dial 611 while you are in your house.two hispanic crack head girls work there, they are ripping people off. Everybody be carefull. metro pcs is a good carrier BUT I do not recommend Lake City, FL store.

Very pushy sales reps that wont let you just go in and pay your bill without insisting you buy accessories, or get a new phone. I dont like that. Im also cancelling with metro because thier service signal is a joke in this area. I got no signal at my own house! Lol.

When I call for HELP, no matter how SIMPLE...I am always told I HAVE to come into the store! WHY??? Its NOT like I have a way to jump & run when a SIMPLE answer over the phone would SOLVE my problem!
