Zack and Kenny are the best, I tried to go to other stores that couldnt help me transfer over all of my information to my new phone. But these guys did it all even my service! The people in this store are very very rude and disrespectful. The way they didnt ask me anything from the time I walked in to the 30 minutes that I was standing there I didnt want to take product off the shelf to show anything then they had a $5 box of phone cases sitting on the glass counter well wouldnt help me figure out what went with what they dont even really deserves to stars and theyre very overexpensive very overly priced

Went into Phone Shack to purchase a dirt bike for a birthday present that was in the front window and left with a great experience. Kenny was extremely helpful, polite and truly a nice person. He had to assemble it and did a great job with no problems. Will be back for more from this place.

I went here Hoping they had a case and a screen protector. They did have a few cases. But even better was they had a screen protector. Was kind of nervous when the guy said he would make it on his machine and it would be better than a regular one?? Well after the first one failed and it took a minute he got it right and I love it. It feels good No bubbles, no lifted parts etc.Would 100% recommend. Good friendly service.

Went with a friend to look for a case for his older phone. They didnt have it, but the lady helped my friend out by getting his internet to work again. He really appreciated it. When he got his next phone he came back here to get all his accessories. They also have a smoke shop in back.

Jack no longer works here and the new staff isnt good. I felt accosted and interrogated like a criminal from the time I came in with an issue. I bought this phone from here and have my receipt. They did help out somewhat, but its very VERY clear money is more important than the customer.

Purchased a Samsung S5 from them and was never told the phone was refurbished. We paid the price of a Brand new phone and now to return it we have to pay a $50 restocking fee. The girl I spoke to stated ALL of their phones are refurbished and they do sell them at a higher price or else they wouldnt be in business. BE AWARE of this if you choose to purchase a phone from them. I will never purchase a phone again from this place and they do business very unethically.
