Extremely familiar with this location due to close proximity of my lake city residence. Found everything no problem. I have the layout mapped in my head. Go to check out and the line is down an aisle similar to an amusement park line 🤣. Temporarily short staffed but another cashier stepped up to the mic from the darkness. So....a duet with only a bassline 🏆. Yeah... i like that . Back to work i go.

The employees are friendly and helpful. I can always find what I need and more. Your cell phone service will not work inside of store but you can log onto the Dollar General customer WiFi. The digital coupons are great. I save money and time when I shop here.

Its a dollar store, like every other dollar store. I do like the fact that they carry more grocery items these days, thats really the only reason I go...and, its 2 miles from my house.

I really like this store. I love the employees, and the family friendly atmosphere. I just wish Dollar General would include more healthy foods in their grocery section.

Superb customer service the young man workin the counter was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He welcomed me into the store and we even got a laugh from my dumb question the answer was right in front of my face.

Cheap prices. Good value just depends on what you get.

I like the convenience of being able to pick up most of what I need without having to head into town. Really like the prices. My only 2 criticisms are 1) not enough products for cats 2) rotate some new products through from time to time.

This DG is convenient and has a friendly and helpful staff.CON: Parking lot is awkward and can get congested quick. MAJOR CON: For some reason it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to use the DG app in store to scan, to clip coupons, to check if a sale applies. I have great mobile data. Clerks say its all carriers. Its bad enough that you gotta HAVE an app for every store, event & restaurant.... Super sucks when you have them and have to walk to the parking lot to use them.

Had a horrible experience with cashier! Wouldnt give me the 5 off 25 on a Saturday because I didnt have it clipped in their app! I am seriously upset about this!

Usually have what Im looking for in stock. Just wish they had more help...lines always long and usually only one cashier. But overall good environment and good people.

As far as dollar general goes as one of the many have here, its is one of the best. Might not be the biggest or the newest but it hold its own

I bought four things and when I got home I only had two of my items. I called and they didnt do anything to make it right. Poor service in my eyes.

Not only is this a nice place to shop but the workers there are so nice and awesome. They know us when we come in just from us coming in there. They are always friendly and personal. Id rather shop at this particular store than any other one in lake city. I do shop at them all as a matter of fact but feel more at home right here. I went into another store today and literally heard the manager talking on the phone with an employee about a dispute. I heard the wholeq story and not only did she tell the employee over the phone that the employee and her the manager was quotee the only ones who knew after she hung up with the employee her and several employees preceded yo talk about the other employees hardship in the middle of the store. I heard everything and I was mortified. I almost left my things and left espically when she retoldd the employee on the phone that she was in the back of the store and no one could hear her. I was not the only customer shopping around her at the time. I will probably never go there again BECAUSE of that.

There are several Dollar Generals everywhere this one is convenient to my home. Im a frequent Shopper there, they are always friendly and courteous

Average Dollar General, friendly helpful employees. Consistent availability of items, fair prices. Store has seemed to be more confined due to overcrowding of displays. There isnt much room to move around and the aisles are only wide enough to allow one customer at a time, because of the constant addition of new items to a store that barely had room to begin with

Hi,Our visit was plesant, we got what we where looking for, the staff was great, the price and the quality for the Items we had bought was just great.I will recommend this store.

Everything was so organized and in place. Very impressed.

This one star is only based on my last visit to rent a Rug Doctor shampooer. First one didnt work correctly. Had to return it and get another...it didnt work correctly either. When the manager was notified all we got was an Ohhhh, Im sorry. I should have been given a refund on the defective machines...my carpets still need to be cleaned.

Typical DG. You get what you get. Cashiers are also stock personel. They cant give that 5star treatment to customers while being required to stock shelves, but I can say. This store does try above others. Which is why I come back

This store is the best run in the area, the ladies are friendly, the shelves are neat, the carts do not own the parking lot!

This is one of the cleaner DGs in Lake City. The staff are mostly friendly. I go here quite often because I live near by. Im not going to lie, they have some super cute decor! Every time I go for something food related I always end up getting something cute to being home. All in all a good DG.

No public bathroom, good variety of quick shopping goods. Not fantastic customer friendliness.
