Terrible customer service. I went in looking for a Potatoes Ricer for Thanksgiving. From the moment I walked in the guy at the front register was rude. I asked for help looking for the item and his response was i dont know if we sale it. maybe in that area over there on the wall. Then some lady showed up to help look for it but she didnt even know what it looked like. Then another lady shows up and says the system shows 8 in store, has to be here somewhere. She looked up and down the wall. then at me and then left. she never came back to help or at least say Sorry we cant find it . Another employee showed up and said i sold one last night but who the hell knows where I found it. They left me all alone looking for this item and they would walk by, see me and then walk away and never said a word again. I told the manager this is not cool! He didnt care. didnt apologize. Nothing! Ive had good experiences at others BB&Bs but Lake Elsinore store better step up and work on their customer skills. I felt like what I was looking for was not important to them. If its important to me it should also be important to you BB&B.

This place is very vien the reasons of the mountain I do not know
