We recently moved to the area and have been wanting to upgrade our queen to a king for a long time. That hadnt been our priority when we happened to notice this store as we were killing time around Big5. Out of curiosity we stepped inside and were kindly greeted by Sonya. We explained to her right away that we werent buying today but that we wanted to get an idea of what we might want and prices. Knowing this, and that she wouldnt make an immediate sale, she offered to walk us through our options and help us find the right mattress for when we were able to make a purchase. She was very informative and thorough, beginning by asking how we sleep and having us try just three different levels of firmness/softness. Then, without needing to try every mattress in the store she narrowed it down to type of mattress and gave us a small range of three options that might suit us rather than an overwhelming number of choices. At no point did she seem pushy, and rather than steering us toward the most expensive matress she included a low-end, mid-range and high-end. In the course of conversing she learned that my girlfriend is a Navy veteran and immediately informed us We love our military here, and ensured us that wed get a discount for that. Still knowing we wouldnt be buying, Sonya went through the trouble of filling out an order form that wouldnt be submitted, just so we could have a printout of the prices of the final options. After other experiences mattress shopping, we will definitely be going here when ready to purchase.
