Was good service except...they charged me for a set of tires,and only put on the driver side tire on, so I brought it back and they changed it, but other than that was ok

They scheduled me for an appointment Monday at 9am. (When they open) waited around till 9:15 no one showed up and there were about 6-7 people waiting. I left and got my tire done at a professional tire installer.

Just had an amazing experience with BIg-O Tires. Had a blow out on travel trailer and service tech/supervisor Jonathon and Will exceeded our expectations. Without hesitation they jumped into action and resolved our issue (valve stem and replacement tire). They even as so much remained open past operating hours to make sure we would not be stranded! Took My Car to get An Oil Change Fluids flushed and back brakes done. Great work and everyone is friendly and efficient!My Wife took in her Van to get Tires with our Twins and she said Jim was extremely Helpful in getting her the right Tires and got her in and out of there in a good time. Ive been doing business with this shop for about 15 years and have always felt like I was being treated fairly. They do what they say, on time and for a fair price. Ive checked other tire shops and Big-O is usually pretty close on price. I can call and see if they have what I need and if not they can usually get it next day. They have even stayed open late once so I could have a flat fixed.

I would highly recommend this store for any tire or brake services. Very nice personnel work here. Jeneva is very knowledgeable with services and products plus a friendly smile. The tech Brett was also very helpful in helping me completely understand what the problem was with my brakes. Thank you guys ... great work!

I have been a long-time customer of American Tire Company. But this time when I needed new tires I decided to shop around. Not only did Big O Tires beat my previous quote but I was able to get my alignment done there also. I would highly recommend going there. Plus they had me out of there in a very timely manner.

I had tires put on a utility trailer. I use this location for all of my vehicles tire needs. Jim and his stall always treat me well. Also always very competitive with price.

Please read before shopping here***So it starts when I went here to get my new tires and there was no deal or anything and I happened to need 2 tires since my front were still decent, a day later there was a deal for buy two get 2 free. I was bummed but it’s ok I understand. About three weeks before I needed new tires I went to another Big O to get my alignment checked and it was completely fine, then after my tires got done they said my alignment was terrible. I thought it was fishy so I went back to the other Big O to get their opinion and the guy there remembered my car since it stands out a little. His description of the situation was also fishy, he aligned it for me for free. Great customer service which I had been used to since the time I started my credit card. During the time I was there I felt anxious and almost like I was being spoken to condescendingly. I also noticed that every person there I saw rung out was charged the $79 for the alignment. After the tires originally got done my steering wheel was also crooked, to go straight it was pointed at 1 o’clock. The alignment at the other Big O didn’t take care of that, so I brought it back here and again I felt anxious by the way I was being talked to with him shaking his head and huffing like I did something wrong. Eventually after calling the other location they tried to fix the problem that was not there before I took it in. They failed. Since then I’ve been driving with a crooked steering wheel. IT ISN’T OVER YET! I decided to just deal with that as well because I hated going into this store. Then a couple weeks later I was showing a coworker the new tires and he notices a rip in the wall of my tire! No idea what it’s from and so I dreadfully call the Big O and it happens to be a nice call, he says that even though I didn’t purchase the protection plan it would be replaced I’m assuming under the tires warranty. Classic bait and switch because after I used my hour lunch break to go there they handed me an invoice for $140. Worst few experiences I’ve ever had...I also asked them to inspect my suspension and they said they checked and it was fine but turns out my shocks were bad, turns out it affects my steering and brakes which puts my life in danger along with a tire that can blow at any second. These guys are great. They let you know the cost up front and give you that price or better. If they run into a problem that cost more, They will call and fix it only if you agree. Of course my price was about 30% higher than the initial, but thats the way I do things. My vehicle is in the shop, they say I could use brakes, I get them. They have the vehichle torn down waiting for a part to get there, They will do the brakes, oil change, grease pack bearings, etc while waiting why not give them the go ahead.They gave me a 10% discount on the incidentals. I always went to express tires until they raped me. Then I tried Midas... nothing to write about there. These guys (Mike, Randy and of course the bearded one but I cant think of his name) are the best in the area in my opinion.I had major suspension issue with my truck and they did it all on the same Sunday!!!They were also great with my Mustang which just needed tires.

Order tires online and they put them on saved me over 50%

Prices were okay, franchise standard. Chairs were okay for waiting and if you love daytime womens talk shows you cant beat the TV selection. Otherwise they took great care of my car and Im happy with the work they did.

If I could give this place a ZERO stars I would!!!!!! I went in and left my car to get an oil change, tire rotation & wheel balancing on a coupon & after 4 hours they called me to say the ONLY thing they could do is the oil change. The said that by law they could not rotate my tires because they were 5 years old. I told them I bought them 1 1/2 years old. they told my its a law because of the DOT #s. I called my relative that has been in the tire business for 20 years & he said that is a law that they are trying to pas but has not been passed. Then they told me that my FREE oil change would be $15.85 because my the company would only let them put in the manufactures requirement & that there is a charge for that weight. I said I have been putting 10/30 in since I bought the car. They never did balance the tires!!!! I took my car to a tire shop in town & they rotated my tires with NO PROBLEM. The man at BIG O was rude and I think this place takes advantage of women! BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been getting work at this Big O for years now.I had a freak accident and my Tire broke off on the Hwy! The owner came in on his day off to make sure I was ok. Furthermore, the Big O family made sure I was on the road again...That Day! Bottom line, youre making a great decision going to this Big O Tires.

Recently, me and my friend, who are driving cross-country, had a cabin air filter replacement which was installed incorrectly. They also did not check fluids of the coolant, and brake fluids. My friend took his car to the dealership and is was told a lot of his fluids were low. This is after we told Big O that we were driving 1500+ miles and specifically check the fluid levels.Im pretty upset that I recommended this place to my friend and they ended up slacking hardcore. I wonder if my car even got check for fluids because I had the same thing done a day later. Speaking of my car, each tire reads a different PSI level 35-36-37-39 after the visit... They were all at 35 prior to coming in.I have had small problems in the past where my tire pressure was off after my visit so badly that I had to return for then to tell me their pressure gauge may have been messed up (12 PSI off)Would not recommend. They are nice people, but the service is why I came here.

Found a place I can trust. Been going there for 3 years. They make sure youre satisfied because they really want your return business. I definitely recommend these guys.

I bought all four of my tires from them over 2 1/2 years ago. Theyve all been great. When one got a hole shortly after they put them on, they replaced it for $25 under the warranty. We dont take our vehicles here for regular maintenance but, theyve been fine for the small things.

I go there just to watch TV. Jk but they really are fast, professional, and kind. Best place Ive been to so far. Alex is a good man. Very interesting TV shows lol

This tire store is on the shady side. I would never go back. If you break something when performing a repair, fix it! If you tear a boot while adjusting a tie rod end, fix it. Tie rod ends and or boots for a tie rods are not that hard to replace or repair . Sub standard work. I always check my vehicle before and after having my vehicle serviced by anybody. The reason for this is due to sub standard work. I you break it I will know.

Buyer beware!Nice guys, but, not allowed to repair my damaged tire that was under warranty because I did not buy it at this location. They were afraid of the owners disapproval. The nationwide warranty is worthless - warranty fulfillment is at the discretion of the franchise owner. I did not know this at the time of purchase nor was it disclosed.

When I did “the alignment “ there, They tried to sell me two screws for more than $200 and a new tire was about $150. 1 Year’s later ，that tire blowout because it was 1 inch smaller than the other 3. If you sell something more expensive than others, then your things must be better than others.

I bring all three of my vehicles to them for tires, rotation and alignment. Excellent customer service

I went here about 45 mins before they closed looking for a quote on some tires I need, when I asked about the tires that I need the guy seem like he didn’t know what I was talking about he didn’t want to search up any tire for that rim size . He flat out said no we don’t have that tire before pretending to search for it pretty sure I’m not the only person in the world with 19x8.5 rims . After he went on his computer he pretended to search a few secs (I saw the screen he wasn’t searching anything ) then he said I have to special order them and he couldn’t call at the moment for some reason . I told him I get the hint you want to close up Il leave and take my business elsewhere . Up until today I’ve used this location plenty of times without many issues but not anymore never going here again
