Very bad experience at this location, customer service is HORRIBLE. Had to wait over a month to have any news about a phone I’m supposed to be receiving just to find out I might have to wait a whole other month for it to arrive. That means, two months paying for two phones when only one is active. If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself your money and a head ache and go elsewhere.
I came in this afternoon looking to upgrade my phone. Came in, set up my appointment. Told them what I was looking for and the associate told me it was in stock and the wait time was 45 minutes. I can back 45 minutes later only to wait another 45 minutes or so. When it was finally my turn I went up to the desk and told the guy that I wanted to upgrade my iPhone and he told me that phone was no longer in stock. When I asked him why they make me wait so long just to tell me the phone wasn’t in stock he looked at me like he could care less. Very unapologetic and unprofessional. There’s a reason I was skeptical about coming here but I went against my better judgment.
Eddie was very helpful helping me choose a phone for my child. He did the process smooth and easy and he also offered me a discount on a phone case and a screen cover. He has great customer service experience.
The clerk that helped was quite short and unfriendly not paying attention to what I was telling her.

Went in looking forward to purchasing a new phone for my wife. Unfortunately none of the phones we wanted were in stock. The person who helped us had the demeanour of not really wanting to help. Thats why when I realized what was going on I took my business else where.
Quickest phone experience ever. Upgraded our phone and finished in less then 10 minutes.

Negative sales talk. In the first 6 minutes is not customer service, especially when you haven’t opened account history, their are 2 sales associates and just me in the store!How about some Customer Service Training??

While the store itself is clean and up-to-date the employees just seem to not care my wife was just in there to get a brand new phone and after hassling and messing around they sent her on her way and her phone wasnt working all the way yet when she asked how come I wasnt working she said you just got to give it time so she came home an hour two hours later still wasnt working so I called T-Mobile and come to find out the person behind the counter never actually registered her SIM card its things like that that make it hard to light the employee their employees there

The first employee told me that the only cellular sprint compatible with T-MOBIL is Galaxy s9, it has to be paid and unlocked, I opened the account with T-MOBIL and I bought 2 cellulars, so I went to sprint to paid My cell phone and when I comeback to T-MOBILE to transfer my 3rd line the 3 employees who were at that time told me that it is not compatible and that I have to buy a new cell phone, I asked to cancel my accounts and they told me that I have to talk to COSTUMER SERVICES, I called and they told me otherwise, ANY CELLPHONE FOR ANY COMPANY IS WELCOME TO TMOBILE I DO NOT HAVE TO BUY NEW. This happened on 04/04/19 around 10:10 am
45 Minute Wait Just to Be Turned Down...After standing in line for 45 minutes behind a truckload of Korean tourists looking to switch out their SIM cards and a woman who couldnt control her screaming, squirming son directly in front of me, I was finally told that the Replacement System was down and that they could not scan my phone to see if I was even eligible. This store is flat-out understaffed and the staff that is there should make more of an effort to provide quality customer service. If there are people in line, they should have multitasked and asked what each person was there for when they came in. It would be a minor interruption to the person at the register, but it would make everyone in the store happy. Guess Im off to the Temecula store to get my replacement... thanks for wasting an hour of my life!
Once I entered the store all the employees left to the back and no one helped me at all. I did wait a good 10 min and no one came out to see if i needed help. Never have experienced such rude employees and such a bad experience.
Came in with an issue and got great ideas on how to fix it. In the end I got a phone that is the envy of my girlfriend and I got it at a good price and its perfect for me.

In April I went in to get a buy one get one free deal I added an extra line just to get this deal! Long story short I just found out that they didnt set it up right and was paying full price for both phones!
Sent away to Murrieta, wasnt even asked my name, allegedly they couldnt use diagnostic. However had the customer service member been knowledgeable, a diagnostic was done on the device. Murrieta T mobile was excellent. I recommend you use murrieta!

Worst people I have ever delt with in my life. I was accused of trying to sell a phone that they clam was stolen even though 2 weeks prior I was able to add that phone on my t-mobile plan. Manager in the pink shirt is a scumbag. Do not visit the store.
Worst T-mobile store I have ever delt.With the manager was very very difficult to deal with he could care less about the problems my wife was having with her phone. We ended up going to the corporate store in Temecula they took care of our in a very professional manner my family will continue to deal with the Temecula store.
It usualy takes a very long time, but yhe staff is very friendly and helpfull.
Got a replacement iPhone for a defective one this morning after a three day wait. I was informed by T Mobile technical service it would first be overnighted to our home. :-( !! I picked the phone this morning. Took 45 minutes and a I was the only one in the store. The staff claimed the safe was having issues, then later they blamed the POS system for not registering the IMEI number of the replacement.Headed phone with a working phone. When I got home the phone prompted for an updated to the current iOs of 10.2. When it updated the phone flashed the apple symbol. I put it into the recover mode on the computer. Then it got stuck on the iPhone cable with a itunes symbol and computer stated unknown errors. I repeated my attempts several times to no avail.I called TMobile tech support. We went there the same steps and they said I had to goto the T-Mobile store.I did. I walked in. Told them about the issue, explained how frustrated I was about the whole issue. They scanned the IMEI number and informed me it was not registering in the POS system. They then said sorry but youll have to goto the Apple Store. No apologies, no options given, and a rude tone. Im in the fourth day of no phone.I will never grace a T Mobile store again. I got more customer service from AT&T. One stop care. No bull pucky like T Mobile gave.Im pulling our four phones and relaying this issue to my friends, relatives, co-workers, and whom-ever maybe reading this review.T-Mobile get your technical and service houses in order !!!

Bad customer service. if you have any problem they can not help you they say to call customer service for help. i ask to see the store supervisor two times the first time they say he left early second time they say he wasent there what kind of help is that. THE WORST.
