Got my phone from there and the left speaker bearly plays sound and the right one is way louder. Some workers are just rude but some are nice. The first time I got my line was July 16 but it ended on August 15 idk why it works like that but overall it’s ok.

Nice enough staff. Its a relatively small location with, usually, only two employees. The wait can be long when it becomes busy. Other than that, nice staff, clean environment, comfortable being there.

I was impressed by not only the phone service but the customer service. I had been with cricket for a couple of months and they had continuously treated me bad and I was tired of their bad service, so I decided to pay this Metro a visit. WOW. I honestly was mad at myself I hadnt left sooner. They treated me like family and managed to hook me up with a free phone and I KEPT my same number and got a better plan for more LTE. I dont even do reviews almost ever, but I was so satisfied, I had to. I would recommend this service to anyone and this store to whoever is near!thanks metro!!

Very bad behavior from the saleswoman, a woman with plastic in her ears and very aggressive treated my friend badly and showed us her finger as a sign of offense. Someone has to tell this woman that Cortez does not take away the bravery. They should change her. this happened this morning

I came to pay my phone this morning and I was greeted by this very rude woman with an Attitude problem and she declined the payment and showed me her finger and I had to leave the store I suggest they move her to another place for being antisocial
