Always polite there. Get my hair done too here and no complaints, they give out useful tips and advice for hair, skin and makeup. My go-to and love all their travel sized items!

Security, staff and supervisor were following us around the store. My cousin had told they were but I thought she was being paranoid until I noticed the supervisor following me, then the Security popping at every corner where we were shopping. Then he would say hello to us every time he made eye contact. Seriously? I literally purchased over $300.00 last time I was there. Needless to say, most uncomfortable and humiliating shopping experience.. Ever!

I had came in a few days ago and was assisted by a young lady named Alexia she was so ecstatic and sweet she helped me find skincare products that were a perfect fit for me, mind you I have really sensitive skin but this girl went above and beyond my expectations, showed me multiple products and was very knowledgeable. I will be coming back soon just to be assisted by her again she was a huge help 🤗 and so very kind.

There is not a day I go in there without Austen always greeting me and providing me with an amazing customer service! I work in property management and definitely can agree his customer service is on another level of amazing! Thank you so much! For everything and keep a smile on your face!

Sometimes I forget that Im not the main character in everyone elses life so no one was pointing and laughing at my bleach burned hair as I ran for the redken section. This store is always well stocked and almost always has what Im looking for.

Everytime I go in everyone is usually very helpful and kind. Today I purchased a roll on perfume, I instantly took it back, because it was missing 1/3 of the product. On top of me sending my recipe to my email, and the employ recognizing my name and email was misspelled for the phone number I gave. They worked it out fast with no problems, and I left with a new perfume as paid for. Service much appreciated.

The staff here is amazing and very educated. They do carry men products as well.

After knowing 4 people who died from Covid, I was reluctant to take my daughter for a haircut. I watched the video of the precautions on the Ulta website and booked an online appointment. We arrived a few minutes early. They had a hard time finding our online reservation. No big deal. I was told the hairdresser was still working on customer. I looked around and waited. First off, no one was wearing gloves (even though the website stated they would be). Secondly one of the hairdressers barely had a mask on. Nose fully exposed breathing down on the client. Come on people. It’s really not that hard. So after waiting for nearly 20 minutes without even seeing (or being greeted by) our hairdresser. We ultimately canceled and left, due to time constraints and safety concerns. I can’t speak of the quality, but everything was pretty poor. I’ll reluctantly give 2 stars, assuming the haircut would be good. Which it should be, for the price. I won’t be back.

The employees are great, super attentive, nice gals... it’s the security guy I have an issue with. You can’t shop comfortably without him following you around and watching what your looking at like you’re about to steal it for well paying customers. Seriously reconsider this approach or this staff member, he’s driving away sales. I chose to go to a competitor for my make up needs after that experience, Macy’s and Sephora are now my go to options Bc of that experience.

@jenna.lee.beauty worked on my hair and makeup on the day of my cousins big wedding and she was amazing! Not only is her personality sweet and thoughtful, but also her work of art. There was no need to ask her to re-do or make some changes to my face and hair, since hair and face were perfectly glowing! I would highly recommend working with her on any big day!! Nice place. Clean. I was just picking up a order my girlfriend had ordered and was helped. The Woman was very polite and fast. Only thing that ruined it was a older woman who Decided to put her 2 cents into a conversation i was having with the woman who worked there. Can’t do anything about rude people tho 🤷🏽‍♂️

I went in looking for a concealer and new foundation. The woman who was trying to match my concealer could not match the right color. After that, there was a tall guy who helped me match the foundation. He was extremely friendly, patient, helpful and made the trip worth it regardless of the concealer fail. Wish I got his name but he was great! Thank you :)

Katarina has done highlights in my hair more than once and I am always so happy with the turn out. I’ve tried many different hair stylist but I still would have such horrible yellow tones, but every time she does my hair it has the platinum/silver look that I’m aiming for. Definitely 5+ stars all around!

Ive come to shop at this Ulta multiple times and have always received good customer service. The store is beautiful and the friendly staff always offers suggestions on new products that I should try. Stephanie helped me pick a new lipstick and I love it. I will be back for sure.

This location is always out of stock of EVERYTHING! The location shopping center its in is not busy hardly ever so Im not sure why this is, kind of defeats the purpose of trying to shop when everything is out of stock ! Employees are hit and miss, some are sweet and helpful and others are snobby. I could over look the personality if the product was stocked!!!! 🙄

Hanna cut my hair for the 1st time, she spent time hearing what I liked, asked questions. She did a great job! My cut was what I asked for. 1st time in years I walked out loving my cut.All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience at this Ulta. I went to the Dermalogica Skin Bar and was attended to by Jamie. She gave me a 10 minute facial and it was very relaxing 😌. She has very gentle hands so I recommend you go to her if you ever want to make an appointment for facial or other skin care. There were plenty of helpful staff and my check out was smooth. I’ll definitely be going back.

First time at this location and I was sad they didnt really help me with make-up application when trying to find the correct match.The Menifee location was much more helpful trying to find the right make-up and much more friendlier.

Dont ask associates for help because they dont know about most of the products!

This was the second time I have ever gone to the Ulta in the Lake Elsinore location. Those two times I was approached by I believe Stephanie is her name she’s the manager or something but the minute I walk in my friend and I are being stared at. She sends the security to us we were in the back looking for purple shampoo once the security leaves she comes to us to just look at us then leaves 5 mins later the security comes acts like he’s going into the door then leaves right when he leaves that’s when Stephanie approaches us once again asks us “can I help you guys?” I said “yes, why are you watching us and sending the security to look at what we’re doing? You’re making us feel like we’re stealing or something” she said “well I wasn’t aware i was making you feel that way. But do you guys need help ?” I just left what I was gonna buy and left. The second time I asked her where the James Charles pallet was she looked at me laughed and said “right there” and rolled her eyes. She’s probably the most rudest in that store. Never going back again.

I received amazing customer service from all staff and a great facial from Jayme. I highly recommend her if your looking to revitalize and hydrate your skin for a natural summer glow!!!

Came for the first time and very clean and nice because its new. But my bf and I had just walked in and started looking at the perfume and right away the security guard started circles around where we were, I didnt think much of it until we move to look at the shampoos and conditioner and he still was only circling where we were at and not once was doing that where all the other people were. Felt super judge and stereotyped so we will not be going back to this location. My bf is tatted and dressed still in work clothes and I had all black on so idk if thats why but didnt feel right how the guard was only near us the whole time we were there.

I honestly had terrible customer service ever coming to this Ulta location! I always go shopping at Ulta but in other locations. I wanted to try this one out but they did not make me feel comfortable shopping in there. By that I mean this one girl acted like I was going to steal something. I do get that all places do that so at first I did not mind but she literally followed me everywhere in the store and right next to me too. She was maybe a few feet away staring at me. I felt like I couldnt enjoying shopping when there is someone not leaving my side for one sec. I asked her a question in regards to a credit card and she was giving me an attitude telling me about it. So I was like okay thank you and walked away. Right after that she was still watching me while a coworker went up to her and asked her what I had asked. Im not going to write their whole convo about me but they were both laughing at me about the credit card like if Im stupid. So finally I was going to pay but I was so upset that I gave everything to the lady up front and walked out. The only person actually being nice was a woman that worked up front. The other two should be treating people how they would like to be treated with respect. I didnt get their names but they were two older ladies. If you want to shop at ulta I recommend driving all the way to the mall.

Staff was so fun and funny. Showed off their products well and quite nearly talked me into a makeup remover I didnt need! Haha.

Found some new eye shadow pallets. New lipstick & pencil. Everyone was friendly & helpful.

Customer service was great until it came down to the price. Lots of items in the curler/ironer section were in wrong places and prices differed at check out. Employees didnt help the situation. Ended up leaving to another store.

Most of the staff are sweet and helpful but most are just whatever about their job and extremely rude.Had my bf return something for me as I had a duplicate of the product at home and someone told him that I should fly a kite. WOW. He was shocked as well. I didn’t even know the cashier personally and neither did he. I rarely go to this ulta too but seeing as how rude and unnecessary that comment was I will go to the ulta in Corona.

Once again I had issues with one of the lake elisnore managers stephanie this isnt the first time. My first run in she rudely asked me what I was going to do with a colored eyeliner..A few other times she has been rude, and while this time it wasnt blatantly rude it was aggressive and somewhat harassing. My friend and I came in looking around, she greeted us asked us if we wanted a basket.. we each declined, and thanked her anyways. However, it would of been fine if it had ended there, but she continued to ask us if we wanted a basket at least 5 times more in the 20 mins or so that we were in there. I spend plenty of money at ulta, I also work retail as a manager for a department in a grocery store. I know when I am being followed, harassed and pretty much acused of stealing or that I was going to try to. She was not comfortable with me just holding my two small items. At least two of the times I had no items yet in my hands. Its bad enough when loss prevention follows and watches, but that is their job. It is not hers to follow and harass me asking me the same annoying question over and over. I keep wanting to give the lake elisnore location another chance as I have had pleasant experiences with other managers there and associates, but stephanie needs to have some serious training. I am a platinum member at ulta and a VIB at sephora. I have never experienced this kinda harassment at sephora. I know sometimes you get what you pay for, but I spend enough at ulta yearly to not be harassed repeatedly by the same person who is supposed to be a manager, the face of your company.

They have a full salon and every makeup brand possible, love this place

If you don’t look like a Stacy or Becky you will be followed by the super obvious security guard. My boyfriend and I were just browsing the store, and I was wearing a baggy flannel shirt and generally kind of tomboy-ish looking so OF COURSE I’m there to steal your makeup. Get real, dude. Try to be less obvious when you’re robotically walking by the aisle and looking over at us multiple times.

Ladies all have terrible attitudes and no desire to help with color matching or understanding of deeper skin tones. Security followed me the entire visit.

Stephanie has been consistently rude and disrespectful every single time I’ve been here, ever since the very first time being “helped” by her. She makes faces and gives you looks for no reason, and has an attitude over honoring THEIR COUPONS.She has been the only associate so far to tell me that even exchanges are not possible when a coupon and points have been used together.... what? Every other location has absolutely no problem doing this, what gives? So I ask her to elaborate and her explanation was BS, I tell her I’m still not understanding her explanation and she has the audacity to say, “Well you should, it’s pretty simple.” BOLD girl! The security guard had been standing there at the register just STARING me down for no reason while she was dishing me attitude, like can you not? Then he has the nerve to chime in after that smart remark by Stephanie!!!! Unbelievable.The other day I went to use the $3.50 coupon with a nail polish purchase, and Stephanie immediately isn’t willing to apply it or try, since apparently “nail polish is prestige”. Ok fine. I purchase them anyways, go home to check if the ulta app would have allowed me to use the coupon, and IT WORKS. NAIL POLISH IS NOT PRESTIGE, at least OPI isn’t. I confirmed within the fine print details link on the app that OPI is NOT on the list of restricted items for the regular $3.50 coupon, so she was full of it!She just didn’t feel like honoring the coupon for me, and I don’t come to ulta to be discriminated against. Thank you very much for that.Not only her, but the rest of the employees have horrible attitudes! Everyone is nasty and rude. Their security guards are the absolute worst, stalking you around the store and just STARING at you up and down to the point where I actually had to ask the old security guy if he needed something from me because he would not break eye contact. That kind of behavior is just excessive. Especially considering I’m a DIAMOND customer. Better RUSH through your shopping trip here, otherwise you’ll be stalked around the store as if you’re a criminal. Trying to decide on nail polish colors and the security guard circled me a MINIMUM of 20 times.A comfortable shopping experience is absolutely not what they accomplish here. Can’t even walk around the store without feeling like you’re doing something wrong.Makes me not want to shop with ulta anymore if this is their idea of customer service standards!!!! Horrible.
