This location is okay. Its well stocked for the most part. Most of the employees are really nice. I feel like theres a couple ladies who are pretty rude though. I called last Wednesday to see if they had the bat hand sanitizer holder. They did. I asked the lady if she could put just one behind the counter for me because I was coming from a far location. Instead of politely telling me no, she straight up just said no. I thought she was very rude about it. By the time I got there, they were gone. I wish I couldve gotten her name. I have had other Bath and Body Works stores hold items for me at the front. I get it if theyre not allowed to, but she did not have to be so rude about it. I will not be returning to this location anymore.

I forgot my coupon at home and I proved that I spend money shopping there a d they didnt accommodate a coupon lol wow. I spend such money yearly here I felt so sad that after showing them online purchases they still didnt accommodate a coupon

Always busy. Expect a line and wait outside during COVID. The variety of whats available and the daily discounts make it worth your time for the most part.

There is your typical Christmas line but the the wait was about a half hour customer service was the best Ive ever experienced I am your typical confuse the male when I go into that type of store a gentleman at the front door get started and the lady inside got my shopping done in like 5 minutes I would have been there all night. Usually I go to bath and body works and do my usually spending and of course getting my friends things, etc. And for the most part it’s the usual greet at the door and assistance, most of the time everyone is friendly. The reason I decided to write this particular time was the go above experience I received Ed today from Marcella. She made this shopping trip more special and I appreciated her help. That is one exceptional employee that loves what she does.

I love. Coming to this outlet. Even at its busiest the wait to checkout isnt bad. And they usually have multiple people checking out when they are busy. The people walking the floor are also really kind and helpful when you need help finding something

Bath and body works is in Lake Elsinore Outlet Center. The store was busy when we went but everything was nearly where it should be. As expected, the prices were still a bit high, even for an outlet center. But clearances made it more affordable. Smaller store than in regular malls, it was pretty busy that day. The ladies at the counter were doing their best to take care of customers at the register, so none were available to help on the sales floor.

Asked a staff member a question. she was then asked by another customer a different question. walled away. I asked her about my question. I was told to wait my turn. I asked if I said it in Spanish would you have helped me.

Great place to shop for lotions, candles, sprays and everything in between. They have a good selection for men and women, most of the items are unisex so dont be afraid to just go in and see what you can find if youre a guy. I recommend getting the app so you can get freebies and savings.

I shop here so often now they have great deals and amazing customer service

My only issue is that I have to repeatedly leave due to the strong fragrances. My sinuses simply cant handle it. So the shop becomes uncomfortable. Last time there, I had to walk out 8 times.
