Pretty good, spent way more than I intended. Plus I do like their wine section. Its pretty big and I always find something new

I recently moved to Lake Elsinore during the summer of 20 and have shopped regularly at the 99¢ store. The customer service is always fantastic, and they work hard to alleviate any backups in the checkout lines. Management here is doing an excellent job maintaining helpful, kind, and efficient staffing.

Theyve really clean the store up it looks nice however its not the 99 cent store any longer now items are well above ninety nine cents oh I think that they should change their sign someones going to sue them eventually for that

A typical dollar store. Pretty good about lines and consistent availability of their stock. Smaller size store.

For the past couple of days they have been closing early. By 9pm instead of 10pm as listed on-line and store hours on door. If store hours have changed please change it on your site. This isnt fair for those of us who work late or have specific hours to shop. We rely on information being up to date and correct. GAS IS EXPENSIVE AS WELL....

This place is a mess, and expect to wait in long lines with 1 or 2 cashiers. Nothing is organized and a lot of items are in the wrong isle.

Very good deals and prices. The candy here isn’t good but the grocery’s are. Last year I came here I saw a homeless lady steal a lot of stuff but It was mostly food. The line is always long and there’s usually 2 cashiers open but it’s ok

Never really had a problem with this place as I am a frequent patron. Today I was appalled to walk into to and see more customers without masks than ones wearing. No one was enforcing the state wide mandate. I just ended up leaving and most likely wont return truly for health reason. I scary to think that a large company like this with so many customers would take a stronger stance in protecting the with something as basic as a face covering mandate.

Pleasant and quick and yes they had exactly what i wanted in less then 3 minutes with help of very nice employees.🤓

Everything at affordable prices of less than $5 but mainly at 99 cents. Shelves neatly stocked. Friendly store attendants.

Great place to pick up my salad fixings. Butter lettuce.99 a head . Cucumber zucchini mini bell peppers green onions brussel sprouts radishes all at .99 a piece.

This is a good 99 cent store BUT most of the customers dont practice social distancing

I’ve been there 4 times since November. All those 4 times this store had no carts Available. I didn’t think much of it especially in Christmas season. After today I must rethink and realize they have an issue.Not only is it an inconvenience, the store is loosing money. Customers are forced to limit their shopping to what they can hold in their hands.Management needs to get ahold of this immediately.Other then that it’s a good store.

I love 99 cent store. Their products are superior to Dollar tree. I just bought this dual micro USB cable and the lightning charger cable. It works like a charm.Dont get me wrong, Dollar tree has great step two, but the majority of the stuff that I find at 99-cent store tends to be superior to Dollar tree. I just plugged it into the 2.1 amp charger i also bought from 99 cent store. Charge is super fast

Always a great shopping trip. Employees are always polite, always sanitizer and cleansing spray available for the carts.

They had everything, hand sanitizer, alcohol, facemask and can goods also fresh produce.

Usually crowded as all hell, but for good reason. 50% off certain items for a limited time (I think just this weekend). Stationery, home decor, storage bins bags and boxes. Half off at the 99?!? Yup.

Nothing in the toy department, there toys but nothing most kids want. The toy section is the smallest section of whole store. I love 99 cents store but had never been to this one. Just stopped because I was at target. Will never go there again.

I love my neighborhood 99 cent only store...which its not. But I love it anyway. Just wish when they call for back up cashiers, that the back up cashiers respond. Other than that, Im loving it!

The employees were very nice and helpful but the store itself is lacking a great deal in product and I find this to be true many times when I go there. I can go to the same store in Corona or Menifee and find much more selection. It seems like the company thinks that the residents of Lake Elsinore will accept substandard selections and therefore they just dont stock like they do elsewhere and I find this at other establishments as well. I find this very disturbing!

This 99 Cents Only Store is just like any other of its kind. The store was very clean and tidy. There was a large merchandise selection, especially seasonal pool/beach items. There was an entire aisle stocked with floaties, beach balls, beach towels, picnic items, and much more. There was only 1 cashier working, but she was hustling, so we didnt wait long.

Yes this is the best 99c store I ever been in.. its the largest but they got amazing buys there. Sometime s after holidays the manager cuts bk amazing deals on holiday merchandise, cheapest I ever seen .. I love it ..its all Abt timing..

99 Cent Only Store is a fraudulent name. They charge way more than that. Change the Store name! I’ll never go there again. 2 items for $7+. Not worth it, keep it, walked out.

It is not 99 cents store any more, only something worth much less than 99 cents are selling at 99 cents, anything worth close to or a little more will be selling a lot higher.

Ive been here several times. Always find name brands and I mean produce is also a hit or miss. You have to get there when they get their shipment. Cashiers have always been nice to me and are fast.

I shop here all the time...Like three times a week. Sure theyre always busy and have super long lines but the employees have always been very nice...Until last night.I needed to use the restroom, which management has to unlock for you. The cashier told me she would tell a manager to go back and let me in, I told her Id be waiting at the bathroom. As I was waiting I saw the manager walk out from the back stock room, I waved at her, and she blatantly ignored me. I ended up using the mens restroom that a family had been using and held the door for me. As I was exiting the store I met my mother before we reached the check out counters and she told me the cashier had informed the manager that I was waiting and the manager had told her in spanish that I would just have to wait. Well, I speak Spanish fluently as well, so I found the manager and told her that there were still people waiting for the womens restroom.First of all, she shouldnt have ignored me when I waved her over to the restroom, secondly it was extremely rude of her to be speaking in Spanish to say that I would just have to wait for her, thirdly...She shouldnt assume her sheer lack of caring that a customer was waiting for her would not be understood just because she said it in a different language.Very very rude and unprofessional.

Love shopping here. No, its not fancy but everything is 99 cents for Gods sake. I dont care who else is shopping there. Its great

Customer service varies depending on the employee youre dealing with but frequently the employees are not respectful or are rude acting like their mistakes that they make are your fault and when you get a manager involved trying to get the issue solved they kick you out for being a nuisance to them. I have had a personal experience of this happening and i have seen it happen to other people. Although I do shop here often, I usually dont enjoy my time in the store because of the customer service and also because many of the employees follow shoppers around for security purposes. Often they will announce over the intercom Security scan all isles. Especially as soon as they see a person walk in that they profile as a shoplifter. Its not a pleasant experience when youre not a shoplifter yourself.

Nice employees, however they have a poor inventory compared to other stores.

Often busy and understaffed. Was stuck in line once because the cashier couldnt count change. Seasonal section is very messy as is to be expected, but overall its not bad.

I always find awesome produce and fun treasures there..and its so inexpensive. You can get a whole grocery cart of stuff for under $50.00..which is unheard of from any other store.

The worst one i been to. I live close vut drive to the menefee store. Lake elsinore is dirty have no baskets and never enough checkouts open. Also other stores are bigger and have more stuff

It could use a deep cleaning, the lines get long and some of the workers dont speak English very well and cant really help me. But they usually have what I want or need when I go.

Although the place is generally well-stocked it is usually understaffed and trashed before noon by the black-haired brown-eyed clientele who would never behave this way in their own native land. But its no wonder: Elsinore is like a giant magnet for sociopaths.

Always fun to see what they have, since the selection changes constantly.Unlike some of their other locations, this 99 Cent Only store also carries beer and wine!

It is always under stuffed and the manager is rude.No social skills what so ever.I made a purchase yesterday afternoon and the cashier didnt give me all the items I purchased.It was at least $12 worth.I realized the mistake and tried to call several times but the line is always busy.I went there the next day and the manager called me a liar,she had an attitude from the get go,she said she was there all day in that register and never found any bag,but it wasnt true,there was a gentleman when I was checking out.When you lost your job $12 worth on merchandise is important,but at that point I was more dessapointed for the way I was treated than the money.She could approched the situation in a nicer way, not talking down to me and calling me a liar.I know karma will get to her.I worked in retail before an you always have to be nice with the customer not matter the situation,always be nice.

Managers rude,accusatory, and have no customer service skills. Maybe they can be trained again by the regional or district manager. Lets hope...
