I was meeting a friend next door for a massage. I went early to see what goodies Big Lots had to offer. I was a happy happy camper to see CANDLES glorious CANDLES!!! Candles when I walked in. Candles when I came out of the kitchen section. Candles in the Fall section. Candles in the Christmas section. Candles at the check out. Everywhere I looked CANDLES, CANDLES, CANDLES! I was in candle Heaven. Did I buy candles? You betcha!!!

Curbside pick up. Excellent and prompt service from staff. Very courteous.

Just found a crazy good deal of an outdoor grill with rotisserie that was 199 marked down to 75 Im stoked!!!

I usually like coming to Big Lots to shop but today I accidentally dropped a candle. When I went to look for somebody to help me to get it cleaned up couldnt find anybody anywhere. as I headed to the front to ask for help back where I dropped it some RUDE employee comes out and says HEY YOU next time( with an attitude )let somebody know so I let her know I was looking for someone to help and there was no one around.She didnt say anything just started cleaning it up

The store was a little light on product but not unexpected due to covid 19. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and extremely nice. The cashier was very careful in packing my purchases. She separated all the nonfood and food carefully in the bags.

Big lots is very nice since there remodel. They definitely need more help though. We were in the furniture department recently and feel sorry for the poor clerk there. She was try to do three things at once. She was the only one in furniture. This happened twice with in a month.

This big lots is like a mini Walmart, they have a little bit of everything and the staff keeps the store very clean and organized. Most of the employees have always been very helpful and pleasant, Ive only had an issue with one employee over the last 4 years.

They had a Nine West jacket for women originally $65 it went on sale for $24. I dont think its there anymore. I did get Serta throw blankets for Christmas time for $4.00. Youll find great deals.

Big store. Think they were in middle of rearranging merchandise and store layout bcuz there were a lot of empty shelves and no cohesive placement of merch in store. Im sure that once all the rearranging is complete, this will be a great Big Lots site.

First time in this store clean environment friendly employees,only issue is theres very limited variety in stock or available.

This is not a very well staffed store and the lines are quite long. However, they had pink lights and that was awesome. I did not use the restrooms so I am unable to state how they are.

There’s not a lot to offer at this store... you can find better stuff elsewhere... the employees are polite and helpful but most of this chain’s business is done on line... which leaves the actual customers at a loss.

Ive loved Big Lots since they were ODD LOTS IN SANTA ANA CA back in 1964. Bought all Christmas presents that year..lol. Theyve changed a little bit since then but still will go there once in a while when Im near one. 💋❌⭕💚❗

I had unexpectedly gathered so much stuff (cause the great deals and selection) in my arms I had to either get a cart or quit and check out, but there were no carts inside. The cashier very nicely, seemingly happily, went outside to get me a cart. Thank you.

Great deals on household items and personal items such as soaps, tissues, perfumes, toothpaste, etc. I love finding little gifts for people here as well when Im pressed for time and looking for a low price yet good value. Home fragrance such as candles and sprays are great as well. Seasonal shoe selection is not bad either. Furniture is a little pricey. I do like other household goods though. Variety of food items as well.

I called to check if the patio cushions I wanted where in stock. The staff was very friendly and took the time to have someone make sure they had them. I have physical issues, so its a big deal for me not to make a trip to a store and find theyre out of stock. Extremelyhelpful, and the bonus is the cushions are on sale! Great store. ☺ Just wish customers had the option to order online and pick up items at the store. Hate paying for shipping!

I have to say that at first I didnt like shopping here. There was nothing I wanted to buy. I thought it was cheaper models or store brands that I was not interested in.The more I shopped here I came to realize that I like this store. They offer this rewards program. Three purchases and you get a 5 dollar discount on your next purchase.You may say 5 dollars is not enough, but when you are walking out of the store with a 50 dollar tab, 5 dollars off is a lot. Not only did you buy what you needed or wanted, but now you have 5 dollars in your pocket to either put it back in your savings or to go buy yourself lunch.

I was very surprised to walk in and found out that they had remodeled the place. The place does not look like a Big Lots. But more of a higher-end home store. The staff was very informative and helpful. Great place to buy furniture and stuff for your homes at a great discount price. They now carry Ashley Furnitures.

Half the store is empty they need to restock they do have some garden things but almost no clothing and there food shelves are bare

I got frustrated quite easily today at the staff and the staff answered all my questions and helped me find my products I was looking for even after I was acting that way they kept their cool especially the cashier whom I didnt catch her name but was extremely patient and signed me up to the buzz rewards. I want to thank your staff, they are awesome. I was on edge today, and there is no excuse, even though this is one. I acted this way because Im trying to quite smoking. Ty

We Came in to purchase two power headrest and lumbar recliners. Stephanie helped us. She was great! They even made us a photo copy of the receipt for the 3yr. warranty we purchased since receipts tend to fade. Used my Big Lots rewards card emailed coupon and saved $150. Cant beat the great deals at Big Lots!!!

Empty shelves in the entrance. Items are over priced like solar lights. Health care workers get a nice discount.

It was a quick run in and out but picked up a few things wanted for the back yard. Store was clean and stocked. Although these days seems selection of purchases are not as trendy as they were a few years back and price isnt the fun bargain + unique style item it use to be. So I find I my shopping trips to big lots have decreased by at least 45% to how often I visited 2-3 years ago.

Its a big lots store, not much to say, except this one is BIG and generally not busy, not because of the people that work there, they nice and helpful.

Like big lots, however prices dont seem quite as good as they used to and at this one no lamps, I was looking for two new ones. They do have a great collection of curtains only long ones thoughIll take another trip there in a few weeks for another chance at finding what need.

You wonder why so many big Lots went out of business? This store right here is the reason why. My mom bought me a box of dishes that had damage to it. We asked the man if there was damage to the dishes, could I bring it back and he said yes. Just bring it in and they will exchange it. So I bring it in and they wont exchange it. The manager wouldnt even come to the front of the store to fix the mix up caused by her employee. Will never shop here again. Horrible customer service! Oh, and a slip of the mouth. Not the first time this has happened with a customer. 0 stars if I could.

I like shopping in Big Lots as they have some regular items priced lower than the super market andsince I am on a budget every pennyof savings is a good thing. The cashiers were friendly and helpful when I asked which isle a certainproduct was on and the line moved quickly.
