The store was well stocked and the assistant was very knowledgeable . I had my last Ray Ban Aviator for 30 years and I went in to get another. I told her what I wanted roughly and she showed me the Ray Ban selection and helped me nail down the exact one I wanted. The assistants are very knowledgeable, warm, friendly and very patient. They will try and answer all of your questions to the best ability. Im one engineer and sales person who is never impressed easily. But today I was. Id recommend anytime.

Excellent customer service at the Lake Elsinore Outlets location. The blond lady took her time to explain about different types of lenses, materials and their use. I’ll definitely go back to this location and will recommend to anyone.

I am always impressed with the service here. I bought my glasses in Aug 2019 and have had to take them a few times to have them adjusted. The gals always make small talk while fixing my glasses (which is about a 20 min process).
