Generally nice store. Very tightly packed and has one of everything. Only complaint would be some things can be harder to find but staff is very helpful

Went to the Lake Elsinore store to rent a trailer. Called first and the girl who answered was nice and helpful. When I got there, Dylan assisted me. I was extremely impressed with his positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Its hard to find good customer service anymore. Most people act like they hate their job and youre just an inconvenience. Dylan made me feel important. You cant put a price on how valuable that is, but I would say this kid deserves a promotion or at the very least a raise. He should be manager in my opinion. Great experience 🙂

Big store, good selection.

The staff was very rude and short when asking her for help to get vaccines. I watched her be rude to another customer that needed help with the dog food. With out us customers, workers would not have a job and at this difficult time, you would think one would be grateful to still have a job and taking home a paycheck.

Great place for hard-to-find ranch type stuff, helpful employees, home town feel. I know its a chain store, but it feels more like a family owned hardware store. Has a little something for everyone. They even have cute chicks! 😉 if ya know what I mean😁🐤

So went in to get propane bottle filled... Apparently there is filling of propane during a cloudy day... Danger of lightning strike is what I was told... And that is corporate policy.

Fairly new store with great service when you ask. They have great deals especially on the mark down table right when you walk in. Dog supplies are cheaper than the big name stores. If this was helpful please give me a like.

I like this place a lot. They always have good deals on tools. The staff is real friendly. Thats not easy for me to say, Im the guy that looks suspicious in every store I enter. But they dont make me feel like that here.

Theyre well stocked for garden and small farm animal needs. I went in for potato starts to attempt a Fall harvest. They had em, and so much more. Starts seemed a bit iffy, but perhaps its normal that the seed potato was shriveled up. I got em planted. If the spouts dont green up and thrive in the next few weeks... Ill know if theyre duds or spuds.

This place just down right sucks call and get put on hold for well over ten mins. And when i call back again put on hold for another ten minutes staff has no clue as to what they have as inventory and piss poor selection on horse tack its just sad to have a store ran like this could be great they just seem to miss the mark at every turn....

Very few ladies wool love this but if youre a horse person if you love gardening Landscaping if you love working on stuff Tractor Supply is the ultimate destination they have the coolest the best solutions for your livestock your pets your Landscaping even automotive and and probably stuff that I havent even listed but its a great place to go its like the Bass Pro Shop of farm.

Store is like a graveyard! NOBODY goes unless they have a specialty. Store has maybe 2 other people in there. Never see more than one cashier and all they care about is themselves, you ask for help and they give you an aisle to look. Not customer friendly at all. In my opinion.

Purchased a couple of tool boxes with extended warranty a couple years ago. Had a small issue recently with both. Warranty was very helpful and resolved my problem with just one phone call in about 5 minutes. I am now very impressed with Tractor supply and there customer service. First time ever having a problem with anything purchased there and it was resolved very prompt and professionally. Thank you Tactor Supply.

Well, I wouldnt steal a grape from a grocery store, but today a female employee, probably an assistant manager, followed a potential shoplifter into the parking lot. Upon finding nothing in her purse, came up to me and checked my receipt for a candy bar and a $12 infrared heat detector I bought as a toy 5 minutes earlier. She made me feel like a criminal. I will NEVER step foot into that place again. She needs retrained. Shes not management material. She should be sweeping floors. Somebody needs to check her purse and her panties every night when she a clocks out. She needs to know how it feels. Over and over. Like writing sentences in school. I will not accuse innocent, CASH-SPENDING SHOPPERS OF A CRIME AND HUMILIATE THEM BEXAUSE IM FRUSTRATED, BOTH SEXUALLY, AND AT WORK.

Tractor supply had everything I needed for happy dogs. And a nice perk, is the Pop-Up Shop on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays in the parking lot!

Clean, fair-priced, establishment with nice folks employed there. Nice variety of home and garden supplies.

Chicken feed/supplies selection seems smaller than Murrieta. Employees are not as friendly. Remember to give them your customer number because theyll never ask for it. If youre heading north, watch carefully for where to turn in to the parking lot or youll miss it and youll have to make a right turn to make your way back since u-turns are not allowed at the signal. Other customers dont seem to understand the pull through parking spots for trucks. Shopping carts are to the right of the entrance which means youll most likely have to maneuver through people who have just checked out at the registers and are trying to leave the store. Its a poor layout but its the only option in that part of Lake Elsinore.

Not necessarily the most helpful. Had 2 50 lb. bags of feed to load into my car and there was no offer of help at all. Extremely helpful at Menifee store. Better horse selection too! Go to Menifee store
