I was very disappointed, I had a party for my mom and I don’t live in the area I went off the five stars and I ordered 2 balloon pillars and when I called to confirm a day before she had no Idea she didn’t remember but remembered my tables and and chairs the. The day of the party she came and put the pillars up and the balloons were small as hell looked like they were blown up a day before they didn’t put no effort in them they looked bad everyone at the party thought they were so ugly and they looked old so I text her and let her no I wasn’t happy and I never got a reply sorry or anything it’s bad business and I will never use them or recommend them ever again.

I went in to order a pinanta and the lady was very friendly, and I was super excited to see how it was going to come out. I ordered a custom circus tent pinanta and we went over color etc and cost was about $40 for a medium size. I got a call the day before party saying it would be ready for pickup at 3pm, so we planned our entire day around picking up the piñata at 3pm, because we live about 25 mins away and I have a one year old who hates car rides, and had lots of running around to do for the party the next day so it was going to be our last stop. Anyways I get there about 3:10pm and the lights are off, doors locked and I can literally see my pinanta sitting on the counter. I called and it was the store phone so no one is there. I wasted an entire hour and moved everything around to make sure I made it there by 3, and then this happened. Anyways I go home and then I call about 4pm and her son answers. I explain to him what happened and his exact words are “well I’m here now and it’s ready so” lol. He should’ve been there when I went to pick it up. Anyways he called his mom and she said she will drop it off at my house when they close. So she did but I had already left to my dads (where the party was happening) about 45 mins away to start decorating for the next day. I got pictures that night when it was dropped off and was disappointed considering the money I spent. There were pen marks on the letters, it said “1st”...first what?! She could’ve at least just put ONE. Some colors were not what we discussed. I lether know and she offered a refund for the pinanta but I NEED A PINANTA FOR MY PARTY HELLO!! Then she said I had to BRING IT TO HER for her to fix it over 45 mine away which makes no sense because it wasn’t MY MISTAKE. She said stuff happens with homemade items but it wasn’t like oh it was bent here and there it was mistakes that were in her control that didn’t need to happen considering I paid $40. So I got nothing but free delivery and she stopped responding. Very disappointed and won’t be using again.EDIT: you offered me a REFUND IN EXCHANGE FOR THE PINANTA. I needed a pinanta for my PARTY THE NEXT DAY! You also offered to fix it IF I DROVE IT TO YOU, when I had already explained I was 45 minutes away where the party was taking place. Please DO NOT LIE, because I do have screenshots.

They ruined my party for my son!! I ordered tables and 20 chairs and they had no idea where the reservation went. The person only spoke Spanish and tried to rip off my husband. Absolutely rude people!! We have done business for years with them. They have officially lost our business now and we will never go there again.
