Our neighborhood market is FINALLY UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!! The grumpy dude that always had expired everything is gone. The market is now run by friendly people. It is so nice to have a neighborhood store to go to again!!!

Sadly I havent seen old Asian man in while, I kinda miss his rough grunts and otherwise lack of communication. Now there seems to be some new blood in the store, and each one has been incredibly nice and polite. This store is close to my house which is rlly convenient, and Im greeted by smiles and cheery attitudes I had to write this review, cause now I love this store. Also theyre doing some nice modifications for covid safety so A+

Great little gas station where you can also get a few groceries like eggs and butter. They also have mailboxes for secure deliveries!

*Edited*This business is under new ownership and is now staffed with assorted people. It took me a long time to try them again, but I would say that the customer service and general condition of the building is greatly improved.The owner of this mini mart is incredibly rude. He cant be bothered to acknowledge your presence or to place his phone call on hold to help you. If you ask for a product that is inaccessible to the customer, but instead requires him to retrieve it, he gets huffy at you. Whats worse, he seems to think it is okay to make you wait while he takes notes about his phone conversation. I understand that sometimes there are important phone calls, but this is not an isolated incident. Every time I have come here and he has been working, I have had the same experience. I was served by his wife one time, and she is quite pleasant, but the mans rudeness is literally intolerable.Their prices on everything are exorbitantly high, and there are multiple things on the shelves that should not be. Some are designed to be sold as a package and have been broken apart to be sold individually for far more than they are worth. The biggest issue, however, is the outdated food that is for sale. On one occasion I purchased a food item and got home to discover it had expired two years ago!I will not be returning to this store again. Its a shame, because it is so close to my house, but I can not support this behavior. I highly recommend making the extra drive south to the mini mart on bothell way.

Most of the candies in the store were expired. When I told the store owner about it, he got so mad at me rather than acknowledging. Stay away from this place

I paid $6.97 for a Starbucks Double shot espresso and a 1 liter Dasani water bottle. He didnt say one word to me despite me being extremely polite and friendly. He didnt scan any of the items I went up to the register with and probably just made up the prices up on the spot. Im a city worker who is working in that area for the next week. I plan to go to another mom and pop store near me (SLU) and purchase the same items to compare. Should have never left my Nalgene water bottle and Thermos of coffee at home. Oh, and they dont let city workers use their restroom either

I work all over, from Fall city to La Conner(as north as north can be in Washington) so i see all types of places, im at a job up the street from this place, so i dont have options as ive been here before, and nothings changed. The owner acts as if ive offended everything he stands for, and im a generally polite person. I wouldnt write a bad review about this place for just that.....once i came here and got a protien shake(Muscle milk), it expired 3 months back.... And today my co worker got a rockstar that expired 4 months ago today, i mean what the ACTUAL F%#& is that about? Wont return, and if you do, CHECK THE DATES!!!

I waited inside for 10 mins. for the owner while he was outside sitting in his car! He saw me enter the store, but he apparently didn’t care and never thanked me for waiting.
