Wasted my time making a trip here after being given wrong information. My mom called this morning inquiring about dropping off a bag of glasses she’d accumulated over the years that she wanted to donate. She spoke to Tammy and was eagerly told they do accept them, and that they recycle them to give to people who may not be able to afford glasses. I make the trip there, and the woman I encountered was friendly but immediately told me they do not accept donations due to COVID. I don’t know which employee gave the wrong information, but I don’t live close and it was frustrating to have my time wasted like that. How long are places going to use COVID as an excuse? Life needs to go on, and there are always going to be people in need of donations.

I’ve used LensCrafters in multiple locations for over 15 years and just had the worst service ever. I made an appointment, walked in to an empty store waited almost an 45min to get my pre exams then an hour until I was finally seen. The service slow and poor. I also had to insist on getting samples to hold me over, the associate lied and said they didn’t have any, I had to mention that the doctor offered an alternative. It turns out they did have the samples.UPDATE- I received a call from the manager, who sincerely apologized about my experience and resolved the issue. Kudos for keeping a customer.

Dr. Greziak is the best! He correctly diagnosed and treated me for a pretty serious eye issue over the course of months. He truly cares for his patients and never gives up. He followed up with me constantly, making sure I was progressing as he expected. I highly recommend him! His staff—Tiffany & Ryan who were always helpful, kind & accommodating as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The Docs at this location are terrific. Even with my very poor vision, I am able to wear contact lenses. My glasses are beautiful and even though there was an issue, the store side of LensCrafters is taking full responsibility and fixing the problem. We dont need perfection, just the willingness to work with a customer until they are happy. Thats what youll get here.

I was visiting NY from Florida and My sons glasses were broken, they never even asked if I purchased them at LensCrafters (which I did) They just fixed them!!!!! And then sold me a pair of sunglasses and told me I get a AAA discount!!! Who would have known!!!!! Go Joe at Smithaven Mall!!!!

We needed new glasses for my daughter because hers broke in half. We paid 50 for new pair and they told us we didnt have to return the old ones. When we went to pick up new ones they said they cant take it unless we returned old ones. So now a 3 year old has to go longer with no glasses and we got scammed out of $50.

When I arrived at the store. I was warmly greeted by M J [Mary Jane}. I was fortunate enough to have a copy of my prescription and she was able to locate the lenses in stock. I needed new glasses for an upcoming trip that is only a week or so away, so I was cutting a bit close. She helped me pick out frames and spent tme calculating the cost that would be the most beneficial to me. Even with her best efforts, i have to say I was a little surprised the cost, but given the time constraint I was under, it solved my problem. She was friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. Lenscrafters is lucky to have such a personable employee greeting customers as they walk in. Even while she was assisting me, she was mindful to greet new arrivals and assure them they would attended to shortly. Marie first meet me when I was looking at sunglasses. She was extremely friendly and welcomed me to the store and asked if she could help. I told her I was just looking but had a few questions. She did not hesitate to help me knowing I was probably not going to buy anything that day. She must have spent 25 minutes with me. She gave me some suggestions and when I was done told me to have a wonderful day and hopes to see me again soon. Because of all the time she spent with me, I wanted to go back to her and the lenscrafters in Smith Haven mall. Well I did go back and she helped me get my first prescription pair of sunglasses. She took so much time asking me questions so she could learn my style and what I would like. She was fantastic and Im so excited to get my new pair of sunglasses. I highly recommend LensCrafters in the Smithhaven Mall if you want excellent customer service!!!

I have to share my excellent experience at LENSCRAFTERS in the Smith Haven Mall. Thank you to Dr. Grzesiak for the excellent contact lens and eyeglass exam. Dr. Grzesiak was personable, knowledgeable and prompt. The young man at the front desk, Ryan, who administered my eye pressure exams etc. was wonderful as well. Thank you George in retail for the assistance in selecting my beautiful new eyeglasses. Start to finish one hour! Amazing! I have been wearing eyeglasses and contact my whole life and this was truly the most enjoyable experience I can recall.

This place is horrible. In the confirmation they had their old address and I had to go back and forth several times to find the store. I rescheduled online for an appointment at a later time since I was at their old address and could not make the original one. Then they told me that they were with other patients and the online appointment simply doesn’t count. So I spent 2 hours finding and waiting and didn’t even meet the doctor. Such a waste of time.

Dr. Grzesiak, Ryan and Tiffany were wonderful in assisting me and making me feel prioritized and comfortable. All the other staff there were also very kind and professional. This is my favorite LensCrafters on Long Island and Ive been to many! Thank you all!

Super quick service and fair price, is not cheap but is not expensive, if you are in a budget be prepared, I thought I was going to spend 300 I pent 500 but I choose top materials and brands.

I started going to LensCrafters when my glasses (that I didn’t buy from them) broke and they fixed them for free and were so polite, helpful and nice. Well I purchased my next few pairs and never ever had a problem. Everyone there is so helpful I couldn’t even think of going anywhere else. As a matter of fact I lost my glasses and they helped me out so much I was so thankful. If you want honesty, customer care that goes beyond LensCrafters is the place to go. Doctor G was amazing. He took the time to explain things to me. The service was also super fast. I barely had to explain anything to them they already knew what my problem was. I can see like a kid again!!

Would never go back to LensCrafters again! Next time Ill stick with my local optometrist. First the coating on the glasses fail, then they order the wrong prescription to replace...in the end I had to return to the store 4 times. Then as I sit there...Im listening to an employee saying to the employee helping me ... this is the one in a nasty tone!!! Normally dont post reviews but Im tired of the General incompetence of the big stores which causes us inconveniences without any compensation or acknowledgement that they created the error!!

Very friendly and helpful people!I made a mistake with my glasses order and brought the glasses back to have them replaced. There were no questions asked, no hastle, and no sour looks. I told them that I need the glasses as soon as possible because I am leaving for a cross country trip in a few days and needed them prior to leaving, so they will have my glasses ready for me by 12pm tomorrow (its Friday today).Most eye glass stores will take a few days. They could have gotten them to me the day of, but I brought my glasses back an hour before closing (with is completely understandable).Like I said before, the staff at lens crafters is very friendly and helpful. Customer service is what theyre all about!
