The repair was speedy so we didn’t have to wait long.The screen looks good and with no issues to the touch screen. Couldn’t request for a better service.

Had the absolute worst experience here. It’s very obvious they are buying reviews so don’t believe it. Came here three times for repairs and each time had a defective screen . Both Seth the owner Wen his employee Ahmed refused to service the phone nor give refunds. Over a month of returning back and forth here getting defective screens. Went to ifixscreens and was told this was due to the screen and their not putting screws nor plates back correctly. Save your money and go elsewhere

My daughter got a new screen protector on her brand new phone, paid $30 for the service. The glass bubbled up the next day. Went back to complain and the owner was unwilling to replace the glass! Very poor customer service, I will never shop there again and will be telling everyone I know not to shop there. Glass didn’t even last a day, poor application in my opinion. I’ll stick with big companies that back up their products from now on, sorry but I will never use a kiosk in s mall again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I’ve gone here abt 3/4 times and it took me till now to realize that they are not worth going to.Every time I’d go they’d fix the iPod touch screen and it would break again the weird part is they charge $20 extra for the screen protector which would never have a physical damage my iPod screen would crack on the inside and the screen protector wouldn’t on the outside (which is weird) all these 5 stars reviews are fake hype because now they tell you”if you give us a five star review we will give the screen protector for free” today I went to have my screen fixed came back home noticed my keypad wasn’t working there was a line not a crack but some technical issue on my screen it looks like a pixal line straight down my screen I will never come here again on top of that the man wanted to charge me $100 when he has always charged $90 him thinking I was a new costumer and wasn’t aware of the actual price . Please go else where, they may fix your screens temporarily but you will notice something will always damage your screen for absolutely no reason almost as if they install the cheapest iPod screen

The screen stops working after 2 weeks and starts freezing out of no where who else had this problem?

6 months ago I bought a phone case here and because of the price, which was not cheap I paid $35, I thought that was a good quality case but it wasnt. The color started coming off a few months ago. I didnt drop it, i keep it safe in my bag or car seat or on my bed. Theres no way a 6 month old phone case should start having the color come off exposing the white plastic underneath :(
