I am so impressed with the engraving. I brought in two fishing reels for Christmas presents this year. Not an easy job to engrave on them. They came out perfect. Extremely pleased. John D.

Some engravings on square glasses i bought were slightly off center, but the service was quick and excellent. Had two replaced free of charge due to the engravings looking a bit messy.. Stephen was very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend this service to a friend. However take the time to review all of the pieces carefully in the store in case there are changes that need to be made, it will save having to make multiple trips.

I just had the BEST experience at Things Remembered at Smithaven Mall. Stephen was working and was super helpful. I called 1st before i came down and he had all the answers i needed. He was so personable, he knew his stuff really well! We need more people like him in this industry. He made everything happen for me in a matter of minutes for me. His boss is so lucky to have him. I went to Things Remembered on Saturday to pick up a 4th Graduation frame for my nephew& was greeted by Steven. He was extremely helpful and professional. He made my experience very pleasant. I went to smith haven mall and Steven. Helped me he was so patient and extremely helpful. I was so undecided about what frame to get and he made suggestions I could not decide on the writing style he told me what ones would look good. But not in a hurry up or pushing way. Steven was very polite and just a joy to talk to. . He made me feel like I just wanna go back to say Hi.

Stephen went above and beyond to help us with an item that needed to be repaired. We expected it to be a big process to fix a gift we got but he made it easy and stress free. He was very personable and easy to work with and made our experience seamless.

I never ever wright reviews but today I felt the need. I walked into Things Remembered and was greeted with such a warm, friendly and genuinely nice manner. Stephen, the employee, deserves to be commended on being so personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He helped me choose gifts for my daughter’s 18th Birthday. My experience at the lake grove location was amazing !!! Stephen is PHENOMENAL!!! I happen to live 1 hour away from this location, and I would take that drive any day just to deal with Stephen !!! Corporate if you are seeing this please give Stephen a raise and promotion ... it is well deserved !!! ;)

Stephen was extremely helpful and pleasant. I purchased a small jewelry box to be engraved and it was ready in less than a half hour as promised and it exceeded my expectations.

Wow oh wow I cannot begin to Thank Kerri who works here. She was so patient and sweet through my whole time in the store. I couldnt figure out what I wanted for my nieces birthday and she helped me find not only one but 2 items for her special day. and she engraved them both in 30 mins I couldnt ask for more. Nice stuff, terrible wait times. For over 30 minutes they let two women place a huge online order, in the store at the register. They left with nothing. No one else helping customers. 10 people on line, ridiculous

Great staff help. Online inventory doesnt match was store actually has in stock. The girls told me that its like that all the time. A bit pricey for personalization. Store was clean and easy to shop.

Couldn’t be happier with the customer service. I ordered something online THIS MORNING that I needed today (very last minute). I called to inform the store someone else will be picking it up and asked if there was anyway to rush the order. Cynthia answered and told me she can’t guarantee but she will do her best and they’ll send a text when the order is ready. It’s 40 minutes after my phone call and I’ve received a text that my order is complete and waiting to be picked up.Thank you!

DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO ENGRAVE IT CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. When I was in store ordering someone was picking up something and it was wrong. When I went back the next day to pick up my item, it was engraved incorrectly, and while I was waiting for them to redo it, someone else came in to pick something up that was screwed up the first time around, and it still had spelling errors. Make sure you leave enough time to come back to the store a second and possibly a third time.

Very sweet store with a variety of products to personalize. Its pricey but they tend to have good sales.

I hate to give them 1 star...This place has horrible service. The Asst Manager Janine lacks professionalism and need to be trained basic customer service. My plan was to purchase a locket from the store for my daughter and they did not have what I wanted. We then checked online and although the item showed IN Stock she said it was not available. I then went next door to Zales and purchase a similar but better item to be engraved. She said they did not want to do outside work ...which is not there policy. It was a horrible experience they left my daughter in tears.....

The attendants were super helpful but those prices are astronomical! Left without buying anything.
