Called early in the day asking for a specific color and GABBY was able to put it aside for me to grab after work! She was able to tell me all the amazing deals they had! Such amazing service from her! Definitely worth recommending this specific location.

Sheer incompetence. Sprint support booked a next-day appointment here for me to activate a new phone, but the woman had no idea how to check for customer appointments and even less of an idea of how to add a SIM card to a new phone for line transfer - I got no idea how to do any of that. While she wasnt busy insulting my intelligence by explaining to me what inventory meant, she just gave up without trying and told me to go elsewhere, unbelievably terrible customer service. Where are T-mo finding these people?

My husband and I went into the store 12/31/19 to see about upgrading my phone. We explained we were existing customers looking to drop 2 of our 4 phone lines in the near future as well. The sales associate stated she could help us with all of the above. She offered us several different phones as a Buy one, get one free promotion. They did not have two of the phones we wanted in stock so we were offered more expensive phones that we did not want because they had those in stock and were similar to the phones we did want. Because of the expensive price we were hesitant to buy. I also asked about switching to the first responders plan. The entire time we were in the store the manager, Joseph, was in the room and the sales associate repeatedly kept referring to him for information. After speaking with him, the sales associate told us the more expensive phones we didnt want but were in stock would be half price when we switched to the first responders plan. We believed that to be a good deal so we agreed to do that. Several days later I called Customer Care to ask a question and found out that Joseph had misinformed us about everything. We were not eligible for Buy one, get one free and the 50% discount for first responders had expired in November. So he approved selling us two 1,200$ phones at full price while telling us they were buy one get one and 50%. If i hadnt called T-Mobile to ask a question, we wouldnt have known until our first new bill arrived and by then it would have been too late to return the phones. When I reached out to Joseph to resolve this issue, he was busy for over 6 hours every time I called. When we returned to the store in person, he blamed all the misinformation on his sales associate, who by his own admission was relatively new and still learning. My issue was that all of the information the sales associate had given us had come directly from the manager, Joseph and the sale was approved by the him as well.

Best group of Individuals to shop from in a 50 mile radius! Very customer friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to also assist my wifes mother who only speaks Spanish! Definitely go see Renee, Malva, Andrea, Mason, Justin, and Jackie! They are great!!! Thank you T-Mobile!

Went in to get a new phone. I knew exactly which one I wanted (one of the less expensive ones available). I was told that it was out of stock so I asked to have it shipped to me. They said that it couldnt be ordered because it was popular. Then they tried to sell me another phone that cost over $300 more than the one I wanted. The salesman showed me 2 different phones and said both are 10 per month for 24 months but one was clearly wayyy more expensive. I asked how that could be true and was told oh, well if youre willing to pay 10 you should pay 20 for this other one. So theyre clearly not both 10 a month. They have tried to do the same thing to my fiance in the past. I came home and was able to order the unavailable phone with no issues. It was in stock and ready to be shipped. I understand that businesses need to make money but I dont appreciate it when people try to take my hard earned money for something that I dont even want. As soon as I got home my data had been deactivated and the salesman had changed my plan without my permission.I NEVER leave negative reviews for businesses but ever since I became a t mobile customer theyve always tried to get more out of me.

Had a great experience here at this T-mobile, my wife an I came in to get new phones. Justin was our sales associate an he was very helpful an answered any questions we had. Also transfer our photos an contacts over to our new phones. I would come back anytime to this T-mobile store.

The manager Jaime Martinez is awesome at this store.All of the employees are very helpful and will ensure all of your customer needs are met! If ever you have a problem the staff will with no problem taking care of you! If you are a resident of the local area I would suggest that you definitely you go and see them.

I had an excellent experience with Renee yesterday. But today once I realized that my pictured did not transfer I called to ask them to please verify if the phone was already purged. Carla was very rude and refused to help them put me on hold and never returned or answered again. These photos were last memories with my family who has passed. While I understand the possibility of not recovering them is possible I would of expected to be treated better or at least for the peace of mind of them checking for me. Carla is an absolute terrible human being.

The manager and representatives at this location have not been helpful and made getting a new phone a much harder ordeal than needed. Customer care was able to take care of our issues and went above and beyond to make up for the incompetence of this store. Really looking forward to a new T-Mobile store in Lake Jackson to open.

January 15th we were in the store comparing whether we wanted to stay with tmobile or move to Verizon, we were told if we added a line we could get the bogo galaxy s8. We would have to wait 6 weeks to receive the rebate. Guess what 6 wks later and the rebate was denied because a port in was needed in order to be eligible. It wasnt just 1 employee I the store who provided this false info but 3! Never again! Once we get these phones paid off we are going to Verizon!

Reps were not helpful at all. They didnt acknowledge us from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out 15 minutes later. Maybe need more reps to assist so ppl arent waiting 15 minutes with no acknowledgement.

I wish I could put 0 stars. I called this store before I go to check if they had the phone I wanted so I wouldnt go there for nothing, nobody answer the phone, I tried a couple more times and nothing. Went there anyway to change my plan and get a new phone. When I get there theres 5 people working (but nobody apparently could answer the phone 15 minutes before).Since I was there with my fiancé we chose to stay both in one plan so I got a new phone number and we were in the plan for two $100 a month for 10gb of Internet. This was a Saturday. Monday my fiancé has no data. Called them and the lady at this store forgot to do something so the customer service fixed it. I checked with the customer service about my old phone number (that should have been canceled) and they told me it wasnt canceled so I had to go back to the store and ask them to do it. I went to the store and they told me I had to call customer service. I told them I called before and they told me to go to the store and still they told me they couldnt do it in the store and I had to call. I went to the parking lot of the mall and call them, not for my surprise they told me I had to go to the store. I went to the store talking to the guy from customer service and he talked to the lady at the store and suddenly she could do it. I had the impression that the staff there is lazy and nobody wants to be at work. Im only going back there if I have no other option. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Very Helpful with any problems you may have with your bill and they take away the hassle of having to call customer care and wait for hours on the phone. Unlike Wal-mart or mall kiosks that screw you over, they make sure you are on the most affordable plan.
