Brie P is the absolute best!! I started going to her back since May in prep for my wedding in August. She worked with me to find the perfect lash fit as I was very hesitant and concerned with ruining my lashes and looking fake. We did a consult first where her knowledge and expertise shines through. Now, I’m constantly getting compliments at work from people asking if they are my real lashes because they look so good! She accommodated her schedule numerous times to fit me in since I work night shift. She even stayed over just to make sure they were perfect for wedding week. She is one of the sweetest people, and has a obvious natural talent. She even lets me sleep if I come in after work and then wakes me up once my lashes look fabulous. Also, her eyebrow treading is next level. I have gone through numerous waxers and have very sensitive and she is by far the best. If you can book with brie because you won’t regret it!!

I just finished getting a lift and tint for my lashes and they look amazing! I worked with Farah Msary who does Permanent Makeup, Lash Lifts, Tints and is one of the Senior Stylists there. I felt so relaxed during my time with her that Im pretty sure I dozed off a couple of times while I was waiting for everything to process.I would highly recommend Farah for any of your beauty needs that she provides and I will definitely be returning once my lash lift/tint wears off at some point (I think about 8 weeks or so).Staff were very professional and sensitive to COVID standards as well.

I have been going to get my lashes done here for a little over a year now and I have always had the best results with my lashes looking natural just how I like it. My stylist Destynee does a beautiful job and is always so nice making my sessions with her very comfortable and she is very gentle while doing my lashes. This is a very good salon and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to get a membership with a reasonable price!

I am honestly so disappointed, when I called two months ago .They told me all stylist were booked so I waited for whole to months to be able to have an appointment.The stylist Brie is not friendly as all not even nice to her customer .It was my first time, I expected from her to take more time explaining, but she was super in hurry not talking to me at all during my service .The eye lashes were really so bad and look awful .I went the next day was super angry .Chantel ( front desk ) was super nice she tried her best to solve the issue and they offer to fixed for me with another stylist, which I think she did her best to fix it. but Brie already messed them up .I saw Brie that day how she deals with other customers I was shocked super friendly and nice .She chose which customers to talk to and give them the best service .Honestly save your money and don’t go to BRIE specially if you come from a different background or you are not pure white .She will treat you totally different and you will pay for very poor service.Thanks .

I went to the new Happy Valley location and let me tell you I was so thrilled from beginning to end. Staff was incredibly friendly. I even ended up in a different parking lot my GPS took me to by mistake and a staff member came to me in her car to have me follow her to the right one. She totally didnt even have to do that. My lash specialist was Tiffany and I highly recommend services with her. She did an amazing job, incredibly knowledgeable, worked with precision, diligence, and grace. She was so gently with my lashes it left a lasting impression for a complete enjoyable experience. I will definitely go back and recommend to go here for all your lash extension needs.

I love The Lash Lounge because they are all clean, professional, and tidy. However, I love the one in Lake Oswego in particular because the team of stylists is very diverse, and I love seeing inclusivity within beauty spaces like this. Debaj is an incredible senior stylist and I would highly recommend seeing her regularly. She always does a wonderful job and she’s also very deft and quick at doing extensions.

What was going to be a one time application for a small outdoor wedding turned into a monthly appointment :) I had done my research prior to getting extensions and was a little hesitant because I have sensitive eyes. They offer a sensitive glue that after many applications has not irritated my eyes once. Extensions have made my morning beauty routine fast and effective. Even without makeup I feel put together. Farah Msary is my lash stylist and I would highly recommend her. She is friendly and makes the appointment smooth and relaxing. It gives me a moment of peace in the middle of a busy day. Also the location is perfect, right near salt and straw. Get your lashes done on Saturday morning and you can catch the Saturday market too :) 5 out of 5 stars. I saw a recent bad review for Destynee and I 110% disagree with all of the absurdly rude comments made. Destynee is so kind, and very gentle with her work (I’ve had experiences in the past with other places where my eyes would burn/itch during or after my fills). And my lashes always look top notch!! She always is open to offer advice and guidance as to lash care and products to use. She is incredible, and so is everybody else I’ve met at The Lash Lounge!! Cruel slandering of others online is not a healthy way to cope with anger! Sending my love to all 💛

Very nice, attractive, clean shop. Looked like a day spa. Super friendly staff. I got a great special because my technician was training but she did an amazing job - much better than Ive had at other salons at full price! Jennifer was fun to talk with and I really liked her technique. I will definitely be coming back here for my fills. Have already told my sis and a few friends to book there.

Olga was my lash artist when I came for my first lash appointment and my first fill in. She was super nice and professional. I’ve never had lashes before and now that I do, I am OBSESSED. They look so good, and I don’t have to do my lashes or much eye makeup at all anymore. Even my husband likes them. I wish I didn’t have to pay the $150 for the membership each month, I would rather split it up each time I come for my fill in, especially during Covid time when finances are so uncertain, but that’s just me. Overall it’s a great experience and love the lashes. ❤️❤️

I managed to get a last minute appointment for my first set of lashes here. Krystal was amazing. She explained everything to me about the process, my options, and aftercare. I left with a beautiful set of lashes and Im hooked! And they have the MOST comfortable tables! I would highly recommend. The whole staff is awesome.

My experience was amazing! This was my first time ever having lash extensions and I thought I’d give it a try. My initial impression of the atmosphere was clean and bright, relaxing and inviting. Olga was my stylist and she was very attentive to my requests and knowledgeable about the products and services. Top notch professionalism and such a sweet person! I absolutely LOVE my lashes! I opted to go with the hybrid lashes and Olga did a beautiful job attaining the natural look I asked for, they feel like my own lashes, just longer and fuller now! I have had them for a week and I’ve had zero irritation, and very minimal (if any) fallout so far. Thank you!!

I shouldn’t have cheated on my regular lash lift lady. I know what a proper lash lift it supposed to look like I’ve gotten it done 4 or 5 times. I went to this location because it’s closer, I’m sure the other services are okay but be very wary of who gives you a lash lift. My lashes are completely over processed (they are too curled and shift in unruly directions and are frizzy). My tech worked much quicker than what I’m used to a lash lift taking, seemed like a rushed process and she was talking to the other technician one booth over the whole time. She didn’t pay attention to her job and now I’m stuck with insane looking lashes for 6 weeks, I won’t be coming back which is unfortunate because it’s a good location for me but I’d rather travel the distance for it to be done correctly next time.

Been wanting to have my eyeliner tattooed since I suck applying eyeliner. During the intro appointment Laurie described the procedure and showed me pictures of different looks. One week later after an hour and a half I have beautiful eyes again with very little discomfort. Thanks Lash Lounge for helping me fulfill a bucket list Item.

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I decided to start with just the classic set. I had Olga, who did an amazing and meticulous job. I couldnt believe how real they looked. Since it was my first time, I had a small issue with one eye, but they fit me in quickly and fixed it with no problem and no charge. Everyone there was very professional, nice and patient which I appreciated since this was a learning experience for me. I really love how they look and how they make me feel.

Stylist was running a bit behind schedule but I only had to wait for a few extra minutes. This was my fist time getting lash extensions, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Wish we could have had more time for consulation but I was happy over all. Clean space and relaxing atmosphere.

I have never been more disappointed . I have gotten my lashes done before a few times and I have never had them all fall off so quickly I used everything water based like they said, no oils in my cleanser and I don’t even use mascara and they all fell off in a week. I spent so much money and sat in that chair for three hours for my eye lashes to not even to make it to a fill appointment what so ever.

Very relaxing to lie down and have my favorite technician work her magic on my slowly thinning eyelashes. I literally go into a euphoric state while under Dibajs enchanting spell. Once she snaps her fingers Im instantly awakened and amazed at the stunning results! Thank you Lash Lounge!!

But I can easily say I will be continuing to get my lashes done here for a long time! I’ve also had my lashes done by a handful of different stylists, some good and some not so much, but my favorite stylist is Farah! I always make my appointments with her, and I won’t see anyone else! She is always so kind and sweet, and she takes the time and effort to make my lashes as full and voluminous as she can. It’s very clear how experienced she is, she definitely knows what she’s doing! I swear every time I leave, I’m always so happy with how they look and I’ve never been disappointed! If you ever get a chance to book an appointment with Farah, don’t miss out on the opportunity because you will not regret it!

CONSUMER BEWARE! 1 star for the normal friendliness of technician I had and Chloe up front. Lashes gone w/in days! I contacted Sandro the owner with concerns as they were falling off.His response to my concerns, “You signed a waiver.” He did say I could come back and have them redone. Why would I do that? My trust is gone! I already wasted my time and paid in good faith. Sandro would not issue a refund since again, I signed that waiver. Obviously money is more important to him than his customer! Bad way to run a business! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You couldn’t pay me to go back!

The facility is large, and clean and the women working the front desk are really friendly and helpful. Farah is the one who does my lashes and shes fantastic! Nice tables, nice technicians. Lashes look great and the tech did what I asked without doubting me. I’ve had my lashes done for years which might have been why but she was accommodating and offered friendly conversation.It’s a little spendy for upkeep but I suppose that’s what you get from a shop like this rather than a small company/ single owner and operator.

First timer here! I decided to get lashes for an upcoming cruise because I didn’t want to fuss with mascara smearing all over my face. Farrah took great care of me and made sure I knew what to expect during the application process, was happy with the results, and understood how to take care of my new fringe. They look so pretty and feel much lighter than I expected! I’ve lost a handful of extensions on one side in just the first 12 hours but HOPEFULLY that’s not a problem. I’ll let you know how my lashes hold up after 2-1/2 weeks cruising the Caribbean!

I came in to get my first set of lashes from Elena and sadly they fell out within 4 days! However, I was quickly rescheduled with her to get them fixed and she did a fantastic job! Ive had my lashes done twice by Emma, and Ive been so thrilled with the results! She is very skilled at what she does and I would highly recommend booking with her. My lashes have held up exceptionally well, even after 2 weeks, and have exceeded my expectations in every way!

Elena did my Hybrid and I love how she went through with the procedures before hand. However, some of the lashes on the corner side of my eyes came off the next day but they fixed my lashes the next day for no extra charge. I appreciate the professionalism of this place.

Fallen in love with the lash lounge! I started going to them a while ago and have referred some of my friends there. They do a lovely job, are always so pleasant to work with, and are happy to squeeze me in if they have openings for earlier times. Never had a bad experience there, and my lashes always look stunning. :)

I have been to a few other Lash Lounge locations and the Lake Oswego location is the best by far! Krystal has done my fill the past two times and I am so happy. She listens to my concerns and make sure I leave happy. She is professional and gentle. Chloe at the front desk greeted me on my second time in by name and has been so kind and helpful. This location is very clean and has a great layout with relaxing music and comfy blankets! I highly recommend this location and make sure to ask for Krystal!
