Unfortunately I had an extremely bad experience with this store. I did not receive what was ordered. The arrangement was thrown together. Did not receive all fruits listed per the website in the basket. The person I contacted at the store was unprofessional and just rude. I will never utilize this store again. First time ever being unsatisfied with edible arrangements.

I felt like family i needed a birthday gift last min went in on a Sunday the girl was alone and had 41 orders to do that day yet she quickly made my arrangement and I was out in 25min someone should give that girl a raise she went above and beyond to help me we need to clone her she made me want to send all my family and friends there THANK YOU I will be there for all my adult birthday presents 🎁 ❤ 💗 💕

The ladies from delivery team are great! They made my mother in law an special lovely delivery, they waited a long time for her to arrive at home after she wasn’t picking up their calls, they were so patient and even sang happy birthday to her. She called me crying of happiness, They truly made her day! THANK YOU!!

I placed an order for Valentine Day delivery. The store did not include the customizable card, or 12 fresh baked cookies I have paid for. I tried calling the store, but no one answers the phone. I will not be ordering from this store again.

Paid extra for a delivery and placed a Mother’s Day order days in advance and they called me 10 minutes before the store closed to tell me they couldn’t get my arrangement delivered. Terrible service 0/10

First time ordering and this location was the worse experience!! There was no way to contact anyone when I realized my order will not be delivered before nightfall on Mother’s Day. I called the 800 number and was holding for hours and still no one. I will never support this business again.

A terrible customer experience for what should’ve been a great Mother’s Day gift. We paid extra for it to be delivered in the peak of a holiday on Sunday, our order was marked delivered but nowhere to be found. Come to find out the next morning when we called, the truck broke down yet the driver still marked the order as “completed”. The representative had no answers as to why this happened, upon further pushing, she ensured the delivery would be made today (the day after Mother’s Day) and it never showed. AGAIN.Absolutely ridiculous to pay this much money for a service and it not be executed properly, not only the first time, but not even the second. Unfortunately there will be no third time as we’ll be looking to be fully refunded.

My daughter is the US Army in Korea and for Mothers Day she sent me an arrangement. The first one I received the fruit was as if was sitting for over a week in the store. I called Customer Service and they told me I could receive another so I opted to pick it up. Got home anticipating some yummy and it was a piece of hair right top of the pineapple! Needless to say I was disgusted! My daughter is highly upset because her gift was ruined. NO MORE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ME!!!

Ordered for my gfs bday, everything was delivered on time, looked great and was very fresh.

This is the only store that opens a little earlier on Sundays which benefits me. Ive been here multiple times and never any issues. Staff is real nice and helpful, I highly recommend pre ordering your arrangements before any big national occasion though. Highly recommend this location!

Order flowers online and they shipped the wrong ones. Called the store and they just told me its what it is and hang up on me. No apologies or nothing. Will never user Edible Arrangements AGAIN!!!

A lot of the fruits aren’t fresh. The strawberries under the chocolate dip were old and spoiled. I don’t have time to go back. I just won’t go to this location anymore. Not worth my money.

I am so impressed by how motivated this staff and dedicated to their customers at this location. I wanted to order a quick arrangement the Sunday before Memorial Day because the staff at the Wellington location is so rude (particularly the baby boomer-aged short blonde haired lady). Even though the Wellington location said they closed at 3PM and I got there at 11:30, they said they closed in 10 minutes and could not make the arrangement for me. I called the congress location which closed at 1PM and they said they’d have it in half an hour. They are amazing! This is not the first time they make something for me in less than an hour. I love them!! Haven’t been to the Boynton location but by far this is a much better location with amazing customer service compared to that of Wellington.

The strawberries and chocolate covered strawberries were rotten. There was a disgusting taste to the chocolate and when I told them about it they remarked with an oh, well. Delivery of second package was a day late and thus not wanted. A $300 mistake

Worst experience ever!!! Im living out of state and I ordered a nice arrangement for my mom and they tried delivering my moms birthday SURPRISE on Saturday instead of Sunday when it was scheduled and they ruined the surprise so then I call the store and the girl I spoke to says it will be delivered no problem on Sunday. So Sunday comes around and they didnt deliver everything and I called and the store was closed and my fiancee called the main number they filed a complaint and we have yet to hear back from the store manager. They ruined the surprise and didnt deliver what had to be delivered I need someone to return my calls and make this mistake right!

They took my order last minute and completed the same day. Thier customers service is great!!!

Just went for strawberries cover with chocolate !! Unfortunately they ran out but had a great experience the lady that serve me wasss the best she even gave me a discount and 4 free pineapple cover in chococlate def will buy more from there!! Hope the patriots winnnn !!😉😉😉

This is the second time that i went to this store asking for strawberries dipped with chocolate ! The lady on front with blonde hair( sorry i dont know her name) she always telling me she dont have available that i have to wait 30 minutes for her having them ready! Really ? How you can advertised something that you dont have ready and make costumers wait that long.. very dissapointed with this place.

Was shopping at Gamestop and saw this place on the corner of the plaza. Never seen one before (but heard of them) very clean place, they also ship edible arrangements and make smoothies. Very creative, you can buy big premade items or smaller boxes of samples of fruits coated with chocolate, candy, vanilla, dippings etc. They also sell mixed fruit drinks with protein or kale.

Ive calling the same number for tracking answers over 4 times and was on hold for over 15 mins each time I called. No one answers the phone number provided on the website or location. My mom had to go in person to figure out where her gift that I sent was. Pisses me off
