A little taste of home in our new home! We are originally from Michigan, so we were thrilled to go to Kilwins! Nothing shouts up north like REAL Superman ice cream (not just multicolored vanilla) and fudge slices! The chocolates look amazing as well. My Michigan family members are going to love coming here when they come down to visit!
I went to get a double Scoop cone of the toasted coconut and found a hair on my cone, not to mention that my cone was soggy and soft. I never felt so disgusted with a workplace in my entire life. 10 worst dollars I have ever spent. Owners do better

Great dark chocolate and milkshake! Right on the beach so good shore atmosphere. Not too crowded and staff was very good. Give it try, you may love it.
Delicious!!! Everything in this store looks and taste amazing. First time customer, we had a couple of slices of the fudge and OMG!!! Definitely coming back to try more goodies. They also have beautiful gift boxes and little bags of candy as a cute gift. We loved it ❤️Edit: Don’t miss the goodies they’re offering for the holidays!
Very nice shop and helpful staff, but their prices are very high. I expected high prices given their location, but $12 for a very average milkshake seemed unreasonable to me. Truffles were $37 a lb. Pretty expensive for what it is.

Just by walking in you can tell is going to be good. The smell of fresh made waffle cones would guide you to this place. I had the chocolate ice cream and it was delicious. A little be pricey but it’s worth it.

First off, EXPENSIVE! But if you dont mind the high price tag, youre going to get great product. Ice cream = amazing. Coffee = incredible. Chocolate counter = delicious.
Usually great service however staff was focused more on the weight of the scoop than customer service or my request to try to get some peanut butter when scooping chocolate peanut butter. Unfortunately I did not get one bit of peanut butter which in my opinion is the best part.

I was so disgusted I wanted to hand the cone back to the young lady and tell her I dont want this. I have had better ice cream that didnt melt in 5 minutes, from Publix. I could have bought ice cream for two weeks or more at that cost. I was so mad I shared my cone with a friendly pigeon walking by me feet. I even said here pigeon, want part of my $15 dollar cone?!! My sons bowl of 3 scoops was $16. This is robbery.. if you like handing over your money.. then go here.
If you feel like ruining your evening, be sure to stop by this establishment. You will be welcomed by long lines and very slow service while you wait impatiently for your WAY overpriced scoop of mediocre ice cream. I used to like this place when it was located at its old location in downtown Lake Worth. Now, unfortunately, it is not good - stay away! I decided to skip dessert after a tremendous dinner at a local restaurant to grab an ice cream by the beach. Big mistake. I waited approximately 20 minutes and decided to walk out (thank God - because I found an excellent gelato place off of Worth Ave - Piccolo Gelato). Tourist trap!

In the year or so that I have lived down in Florida, I had never been to a Kilwins before. Upon telling this to my roommate, he immediately dragged me there and insisted that I simply must go. I was not disappointed! If you are a fan of fudge, ice cream and a wide assortment of homemade treats, put this in your Must Go list! A little pricey but its what to expect from a specialty shop and well worth the price!

Went to Kilwins for dessert, they had many wonderful flavors to choose from and lots of great goodies to eat. The fudge looked great but I missed them actually making it.

Terrible. Not worth their over pricing and servers were not friendly. When i asked for 2 cups of water they gave me one cup warm water saying warm is all they had and could only give 1 cup. This after spending $25 on 4 kids cones.Never coming back. Also charged $1 for sprinkles. Disgraceful!
Awesome staff very helpful and friendly that is faced many different flavors of the ice cream they make their own I recommend it to anybody it is some of the best ice cream Ive ever had in my life and the chocolate say make their way around your junkie like I am with chocolate so dont even go in there

Horrible! Been here many times. My ice cream was old and gummy. Probably because it was at the end of the container and air exposure. When I expressed my concern to the employee. She said Its not old! We had ordered other things. Her and the other female employee saw our disgust and didnt offer to do anything about it. Needless to say it sits in the garbage pail on Lake Ave. So disappointed at their lack of customer service and product! No wonder we were the only customers they had.

I like other Kilwin’s locations, just not this specific one. They don’t display the prices, so when you get 2 scoops of ice cream in a cone it comes out to $10. Extremely overpriced for low quality ice cream. My friend asked them for a cup of water (being it was over 90 degrees and we were dehydrated) and they told her they can’t do that and that she is only able to buy a water bottle. She then asks them for their wifi password, and they say they cannot give it out. Really? They can’t give it out after spending $15 at an ice cream place?
Good quality candy but overpriced. Ive picked out different pieces of candy at different prices and the staff weighed each selection. Then looked at the receipt for the individual weights and could not believe what was claimed by the stores scale. Ive done this at similar stores/ prices and no one else is so far off in weight

This place has very poor customer service. I took my lunch break and decided to go here boy was that a mistake. I literally stood in line for 5 minutes before the girl at the counter decided to get off of her phone and assist me. Once I received my ice cream it was an even bigger disappointment. It was all melted and not even good at all. I will personally never go here again. I work in the hospitality business and I hold a high standard whenever I go anywhere because I expect to receive the same great service I extend to my guests.
Terrible customer service!! The manager didnt know how to use a coupon. I payed for a book of local coupons and have 2 dozen for kilwins. Ive used 4 there, never having a problem, today i got turned away after having my half empty cone melting on the floor from her taking so long to try and understand what it was. Not going to see me in there again.

Walked in at 9pm on a Wednesday. The girl serving the ice cream had the worst attitude. We asked her if we order from or the girl at the cash register and her only reply was “yea” with a straight face. She clearly did not want to be there we thought maybe they were closing up and we walked in at closing time, no they close at 10pm. My friend waited for her ice cream, I didn’t even want mine anymore and waited outside until she was done.
I really enjoy kilwins icecream . actually there malt shakes are incredible. Long story short. The last two times I went into this lake worth. The kilwins on the beach the employees behind the counter were rude and seemed to ignore you until you are asking them to pay attention so you can order. After placing our order. The women with out ever looking up from her clipboard says they will not make me a shake as it is after 9:30 pm and they do not want to reclean machines . They do not close till eleven. I decided on ice cream and my wife chooses one that is low and needs restocking. They immediately tell me they will not restock the ice cream of her choice as they are closing in an hour and a half. This was ridiculous to be treated as if we were a nuisance. I have since urged dozens to go somewhere else to receive proper service as the multiple people encountered have been rude and quick to dismiss you with their goal of not having to ring anything up . pure laziness . bad service. Management of kilwins needs to be replaced . I used to spend hundreds there. NEVER AGAIN !
I love Kilwins. When I visit I usually go to the location in Coral Springs or the one in Lauderdale by the Sea. When I head to the Lake Worth Street Painting Festival however I wouldnt finish the day without a visit to the Lake Worth location. I go for the ice cream but in addition to that they sell candy apples, fudge, and assorted chocolate concoctions. You cant go wrong with anything. The heavenly smell hits you the moment you enter the door. I wish I could capture it in a perfume. My poison is the chocolate chip mint with hot fudge and my daughter got a pumpkin ice cream with chocolate sprinkles. The total for two small cups of ice cream with one topping each was $15.00 Pricey but its a once in a blue moon treat so I say its worth it. If you are going to pile on the calories from ice cream it should at least be good ice cream. When I really want to live large I get one of the hand rolled waffle cones, They are heaven.Update: Kilwins is a mom and pop confectionary shop that was founded in 1947 in Petoskey Michigan. Now the company operates 123 stores in 22 states. This Kilwins was located in downtown Lake Worth for 10 years on Lake Avenue. Last year a rent increase forced a move and they are now in the historic Lake Worth Casino building on the beach. Owner Maria Matias may be sad about having to move but I think the new location is a better fit for them. What goes better than the beach and ice cream? Nothing!I came in after a stroll on the Lake Worth Pier. Around once a year I decide to have ice cream for dinner and this was that night. The thing that always hits you when you walk in to a Kilwins is the incredible smell of sugar. As I once heard a gentleman say it doesnt smell to bad in here! He was indeed correct. I would by a perfume of it if I could. The closest I have found is the vanilla scent from Bath & Body Works. Once your olfactory senses have been sufficiently primed its time to shell out for the ridiculously overpriced confections. I got my staple of chocolate chip mint ice cream in a hand rolled waffle cone but you can also purchase chocolates and some entirely too tempting candy apples. My single scoop cone was $12! Watching the sun go down on the beach while sucking down delicious ice cream in the tropical Florida night, priceless.
