What to say about a chain location that serves pretty consistent food and drink? Well, this Starbucks continues the same tradition with preparing coffee drinks that were are good and tasty. However the staff needs to be complemented since they were very friendly and very attentive to everyone in my family. At the end of the day it does not take a lot to be polite and show that the customer is truly number one.
Anastasia took care of my partner and I at the drive-thru window. She was very apologetic at the speaker box about items they were out of and tried to suggest other things we’d like. She was so friendly and engaging with us. I’m a partner from out of state who was here on vacation and it was one of my better Starbucks experiences in general. And our drinks were delicious, so shout out to the bar partner! The manager of this store should be proud of their team!
I don’t usually participate in reviews but, this one is necessary. I’ve been to this location multiples times and each time they got my order wrong. The most recent visit, I had to have them remake a simple pumpkin spice latte three times because they didn’t read the order to make with soy milk. And the the final time it didn’t even taste like it contained pumpkin.Don’t bother, drive further down the road to another location.
Hosted our book club here tonight and it was great! Drinks and treats were so delicious and the ambiance was very nice and mellow!
This Starbucks location is always on point when it comes to my orders. All the drinks are tasty and they get my orders right all the time and swiftly.
Especially friendly & helpful. I spilled my whole coffee putting carrier down & gave me a stack of napkins to clean it up & replaced it no charge. Super nice staff!!
I was meeting a friend for coffee but their dining area was closed so we had to sit outside in the light rain. They were very nice when I picked up my order but its a shame their dining area was closed...it didnt say anything on the door or anything. We would have picked somewhere else to meet if so.
Really depends on the shift. As usual lines get freakishly long. However many times even with no cars ahead it takes 10 minutes longer than it should. Im a patient person and understand how it operates so I get it sometimes. Im also basing this on going there daily for many months not just one visit.
Drive thru was long so we decided to go inside. I noticed 3 of the employees huddled to the side talking and looking at a cell phone. I waited almost ten minutes for my order. I can’t understand if the drive thru was so busy, why were three people waking around doing nothing. Once we got back to the car, tasted our drinks and they weren’t good. I decide to not return them. But I won’t ever go back.
Always a favorite... especially when I need a pick me up quick! They generally are never backed up also, major plus!
Our experience was an great, Jack was our barista. He was awesome he made our children deccafinated drinks he was very friendly.

I stopped in to order coffee and bakery goods for my office. I was served by Kira and she offered exceptional customer service and was very patient and kind. It’s hard to find that nowadays! Kira is an excellent example of a Starbucks employee 💫I will definitely be back after this experience.
I ordered a pink drink and a mocha frap and it was nasty it tasted like water and looked dirty. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
I have NEVER been to a Starbucks where the worker on the intercom is rude but I live right down the st from this one and every time I come the same guy sounds like he should be at the McDonalds in rivera .
Very rude service. Came in multiple times. One time I was the only customer inside waiting and it took me a little over 2 minutes to get served because there were 7 people working the drive through. Next time, I order curbside and it never got delivered because they turned off curbside but yet my order was still processed. Ive got multiple instances of bad service but they need to do better.

Worst service Ive ever had. As a former customer service advocate and manager of 3 restaurants. The problem lies within a poorly executed team work, but further more, lack of accountability and leadership. I have full confidence, that with a fully capable and well trained manager, will help exceed the expectations and standards that Starbucks promises to its customers.
This location doesnt have a system for mobile orders that are being picked up from the inside. There are 9 employees and not one assisting with mobile orders. Beautiful locations and of course great drinks and food. But if you place a mobile order, be prepared to wait just to be acknowledged.

This store needs more administrative assistance. I come here all the time and I’ve seen the general climate of the store - the staff are so kind but are always pushed to capacity. Today I placed a mobile order. I show up 30 mins later and the items are not prepared. I usually give this store at least 20 mins to get it together sometimes I give them an hour or more, which one time none of my stuff was ready because the “printer was down.” Today there was no reason for the setback. Expect long lines and if you do mobile orders you may or may not have your order there when you arrive. I wish I could give 5 stars but management/corporate needs to do a better job supporting their staff here so they are better equipped to handle the volume of sales and ongoing surge of clientele...
I love there coffee way better than dunkin the only thing is the drive thru can take for ever

I only give a one star because I get the same drink at every Starbucks I goto I order the same way, and its made just how I want it. But at this Starbucks Ive gotten this drink 3 times and they completely butched my drink each time. I mobile ordered my drink and it was made perfect, just not stirred in. So I reccomend mobile ordering instead of in person, plus if your in person it will take 20+ min to get your drink.

So I went to Starbucks on Valentine’s Day andEdelso Started singing to us has an amazing voice he was so awesome and It was a memorable experience. Funniest barista ever. Deserves a raise and if I could I would rate it a 10 star.!!!!

I have a two experience my first experience when I first went we knew what we wanted but the person or on the other side was very rude because we wanted to order our drinks and he said no you have to order food first. And its just felt like that was very rude of that my second time was a little bit better a long wait kind of messed up my order but was still okay drink

This Starbucks service is normally amazing but today employees weren’t attentive to helping customers after they made their drinks inaccurately. There were other customers also coming in from drive thru multiple times to have their orders remade.

Extremely friendly staff. I am here every single morning being this is the closest coffee place to me. Sadly this location has no managment and no one in charge. Lots of employees with no rhythm and not working togeather. It seems this stores employees have been let down by corporate managment. Not prepared for the amount of volume they are doing. The drive through parkinglot is a sh*t show with no direction . then you go inside to about 20 people waiting for their food and drinks but only the drive through is receiving their orders. I feel like starbucks makes enough money to hire a proper manager.

This Starbucks location is one of the fastest around town even during peak hours. I will go out of my way to go to this location because they make their drinks so good and do not water down the flavor with excessive ice or other add ins.

Great drinks and a very clean store. The only downside is that the outdoor seating is on a very busy road with a lot of road noise. Would be much more pleasant if there was a small privacy wall or some greenery.
The location is wrong in GPS.parking is terrible. Store inside was closed when the sing on the door said it should open .windows service was a mass.

I love the new starbucks however, the manager was very rude and did not look like she wanted to help anyone out and on top of that i visited the T-Mobile next door and the employees of the starbucks were ALL OVER there windows smoking, and enjoying their drinks. I think this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and the manager of starbucks should do something about this.

This location in lake worth seems to be temporarily closed more than it is even open. Ridiculous. At least have the courtesy of updating google if you are open or not or if you randomly decide to change your hours.
Starbucks is always good. I rarely get the wrong order or slow service. Yes, mistakes do happen, but that is just a fact of life. Overall I am very satisfied with Starbucks in general, but especially this location. Oh, did I mention that the coffee is delicious!
8/22/2020 Sat 6:40amHad a Smores Frappachino with a Coffee cake.I was heading to Burger King near by however it wasnt open even though it opens at 6am(I assume its time changed due to the corona). So I headed to this nearby starbucks and it seems they open at 5am I think ? The store is clean and the people are very welcoming, the food is great even though its a bit expensive. Still a great place for breakfast. Ontop of that the area is littered with hotspots from Xnfinity.
Today I ordered a french vanilla latté with whipped cream on top, and I repeated it. And they gave me a black coffee with no sugar. I would have gone back but by then I was too far away

Its in the middle of Lake Worth which is a mostly Mexican community and the staff was all white. Its obvious whoever does the hiring has a preference. The order was placed online 15 minutes prior to me arriving and I still waited another 15 minutes to receive my order. They move at a snails pace and focus mostly on the drive-thru so dont go inside unless you have time to wait.

Starbucks recently changed one of their products that I absolutely love and to which Ive grown addicted. I was so disappointed to learn of this, so I contacted their corporate office to see what could be done. That office worked with the store manager in Lake Worth to help provide me with the product in its old form, a special request that they easily could have denied. It speaks volume to Starbucks excellent customer service that they would do such a thing, and I wanted to show my appreciation for what they did by posting here. Thank you, again! Went on a Sunday afternoon to a fairly quite environment. The space is wonderful with great seating options for quiet studying to group conversations. Sadly, service was beyond slow. I couldnt understand that with only one person ahead in the queue I had to wait and wait and wait. It was a simple espresso. I was tempted to walk behind the counter and pull the espresso myself!
By far the best starbucks in the entire county. they never have problems making my complicated drinks and customer service is on point. also shoutout to my girl kelsie. greatest barista of all time😤

I went to this location last night and I did not understand why they turned off the ovens at 6:57pm and also there was a restroom cleaner spray bottle sitting next to the cup holder cardboards. It’s not allowing me to post the photo on here otherwise I would. I think that’s disgusting to have restroom cleaner next to where people put their drinks in.

The service is good. The employees are courteous and attentive but this location never has anything. They are always sold out of half the menu. These poor employees are always apologizing for it. Last 4 times I went they did not have what I wanted all 4 times. Whoever the district manager is should be relieved of his/her duties. She is doing a disservice to location and the people who work there
Early for an appointment so stopped by for a quick coffee and bathroom break, unfortunately no TP in ladies room. Frozen vanilla coffee drink was good but a bit too sweet for me.

I understand that due to the Covid-19 pandemic alot has changed but you guys need to control your drive thru a lot better. You guys show NO respect to the businesses next to you. I was trying to get a park for the t-mobile store but i could not even access the parking spot. Everyone is trying to make money please respect the others around you. Its not always about starbucks. You guys already took up half the parking lot and didnt leave much for the other businesses. Have one of your employees directing the drive through like chick-fil-a does. Sonce you guys have all the damn money to get all those parking spots use your employees to manage your drive through. SELFISH STARBUCKS. PLEASE BE NICER TO THE OTHER BUSINESSES.

Ill start with the good...this location is spacious, with all the modern stuff, lots of seating, plugs everywhere, etc....only reason I give it 2 stars...On the other hand this was such a mistake for Starbucks. Lake Worth is a downtown kind of community and how can this store on the opposite side of US 1 expect to get any of that pedestrian downtown traffic?? Furthermore I found that it was very confusing to find parking since the 4 spots closest to the door are reserved for mobile pick ups...the only spots regular customers can park in I found I have to walk through the drive through path to get to the front door....accident waiting to happen. I think honestly Starbucks should have opted for a smaller drive through location here since I understand they want the Dixie Hwy drive by traffic..and kept the Lake Ave location.
I love the Lake Worth Starbucks! The staff is super-friendly. The space is large, clean, and modern. Its a great place to meet up or to do work!

It was ok coffee I was just upset on the fact at the amount of ice they put in the drink you end up with water down coffee. The price is a little outrageous for the amount of water downed coffee also Id rather go to Cumberland or Wawa an make my own for more than half the price.
This Starbucks is kinda hit and miss! They have a few REALLY amazing employees... but the bad employees just kinda screw up the whole experience. Im coming here for an experience and higher quality coffee, so when Im spending $9-$15 almost every day + I tip... I dont want an attitude when Im asking about other menu items. I also dont want to repeat my order 3-4 times.Honestly Ive always dealt with having my Starbucks in Wellington and on Okeechobee/95I was excited as a Palm Springs resident to have a location closer, but for the QUALITY of the service I get at those other two locations I think Ill give this location another try or two then Im done.
This morning I ordered a grande white chocolate mocha with soy milk and as I was about to place my straw into my beverage I found a long piece of hair. I am beyond disgusted. Why wasnt the barista wearing a hair restraint I dont know. I tossed my drink out immediately I cannot look at coffee the same after this incident and Im at Starbucks every single morning.
