I have been coming here since before the pandemic, since they had originally 2 shops. My husband and I are loyal customers. They usually have everything we need for our vape. I break my glass constantly and some how they usually have an extra or another option temporarily. Jess is amazing. Knowing her and the other knowledgeable employees have been awesome. We always recommend this place as well. Im not a kava person buy this is a beautiful chill room with lots of actives and a fun hangout.

Im from out of town looking for a memorable experience. When searching places near Boynton Beach to relax The Chill Room was top of the list and for good reason. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting where musical instruments greeted me and hospitality awaited me at the longest bar Ive yet to see anywhere. The Kratom Raspberry Lemonade was yummy and lived up to my expectation. The Kava Shot, a gift for a first timer was interestingly reminiscent of mushrooms and dirt but the pineapple chaser was a nice distraction for my tastebuds, which after only seconds were numb, Ora gel like. The staff and patrons were welcoming. I will definitely return before I travel on.Happi

Love coming here, I drive all the way from Port St Lucie because its the only place I have felt so welcome. The employees are a blast to hang with and two thumbs up on the food options. Tthis is my chillroom.

I started frequenting here around 6 months ago from a friends suggestion, and I have to say, this is one of the most well run family owned businesses I’ve ever seen. I personally had 0 Kava or Kratom knowledge prior to going, so the bartenders had to walk me through some of the menu items at first. It can seem a bit intimidating, but you’ll get the hang of it quickly once you order a few drinks.Every Wednesday, the Chill Room hosts a karaoke night, where people can sign up to perform on stage. This usually draws a large crowd, and a TON of insane vocal talent.There’s also a pool table, which provides a great visual centerpiece for the room, as well as a fun activity. However, the one suggestion I’d make would be to invest in a higher quality pool table, as the one that’s currently set up has some table sinking issues on one of the corner pockets, which can make games frustrating to play at times for everyone involved. Nothing too fancy or crazy, but a slightly larger one that’s balanced correctly would be perfect - and it would make the regulars enjoy their time at the chill room that much more.Management isn’t afraid to make changes if necessary to improve the experience of staff and customers (unlike large corporations) And there doesn’t seem to be the stereotypical stinginess or “click” you’ll sometimes find with your run-of-the-mill family owned business.The owners of this place are the type to shake your hand and smile when you walk in, whether you’re a seasoned veteran or checking the chill room out for the very first time. This makes trying out any new spot that much more inviting, and I’d wager you wouldn’t regret the decision to do so.

Walked in met Kevin, Elliot and Eddie the bartender and was welcomed like I was family had my very 1st experience with Kratom, I was totally unfamiliar with it and he made me a blood orange pomegranate tea!!! Not only delicious but has medicinal properties as well. Not sure who they buy their kava from but they should stop. I order the powder kava and it comes like super dry saw dust. Seems like it was picked like 10 years ago. 4 out of 5 times I was able to see what it looks like coming up. Not a good time, the root is far from noble and really need to think about switching suppliers Not matter how it is packaged from the islands its a lie. Non noble stale kava. Maybe even some saw dust included. Very good if youre Boleymic.

I was a regular here for a long time but the last few times I was went in there all the baristas stared at me and told me to wait a minute while they had conversations, 30 minutes the first-time which made me late for clocking in from my break but I couldnt just leave because he already made the drink but didnt cash me out. I got written up at work and I gotta say Im kind of annoyed. I went in there again tonight to a similar vibe but left because I had to get back to work and wasnt even given a chance to order.

There’s not many places to hang out with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The people who work there and the customers who frequent there are really open minded and chill people. The bartenders Jessie, Brooke, Skylar, and Colton are the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. My favorite thing to do every time I go is to ask for a “surprise” drink and they always deliver the best and highest quality drinks. Unlike other Kava bars I’ve been to their shells aren’t chalky and served with a slice of fresh pineapple. My favorite kava selection is the Tiki Breeze Shot and my favorite Kratom selection is a kiwi-passion fruit tea. They serve 3 Dragon’s Kratom on tap (Blackberry, Peach, and Pomegranate). If Kava and Kratom isn’t your thing they also serve a variety of freshly brewed teas and coffee. Also if you’re in the mood for a snack they have a variety of hot foods and muffins to choose from, vegetarian and vegan options included. On Wednesday there’s open-mic night that starts from around 8:30pm-12am where everyone exhibitions their various musical talents.

Ive gone to almost every kava bar in South Florida and The Chill room kava bar is in a League of its own. Not only is the staff super friendly but the patrons that go there are as well! If your looking for a super dope atmosphear surrounded by super dope people i highly recommend checking the chill room kava bar out! They have drinks for Newcomers As well as novice kava drinkers. Their open mic night on Wednesdays is like an episode of the voice. Im pretty sure one of the bartenders there is even on the next season of the voice! I cant recommend this bar enough!

Out of the handful of kava lounges I’ve been to in South Florida, this is the best one, hands down. It’s one of the things I’m really going to miss when I move.The inside of this place is immaculate. You can tell the owners really care about the integrity of the space and that a lot of thought has been put into the decor.The owners are very nice. All the bartenders are nice. A few of the bartenders also really know their stuff and almost seem passionate about sharing their knowledge with you.Now I will say, there have been a handful of times that I’ve noticed some inconsistency in the batches of Kratom when I’ve purchased growlers (ranging from really freakin’ strong to kinda weak). It doesn’t happen all the time and most of the time I’m very happy with what I get. I think maybe this is more of a recommendation for the owners to push for a little more consistency. ;)

This is a really nice family business. It is definitely a chill room recently. They have glass blowing classes as well as beautiful glass equipment. They have a real nice place to just sit up front in Hangout. Stop on by and give them a try.

First time at this location and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. They have many different Kava drinks that i havent seen at other locations. The smoke room was amazing, blown glass and fun art that you can actually use. Karaoke night/open mic night on Wednesday and reggae night on monday and many more. Very relax, comfy environment.

Came here with a friend for open mic night, it has your usual vape/kava kind of crowd but these people are as kind as can be. The owner is SO personable and the rest of the staff is just as friendly, the clientele, while you might want to form opinions at the door, are all friendly and open. Came in there with my friend and they were rude to him. So I went in to buy a stig, waited at the vape bar for quite a while, was clearly acknowledged and was never assisted. I felt disrespected I’ve been going to this place since it’s opening and now whenever I come in I never feel welcomed by the staff. I’m 19 always have my id, never rude or loud. Just a normal customer who wants to buy this places products. So I don’t understand why I have to feel unwelcome. Makes me not want to come here anymore, wouldn’t even recommend it to someone else because of the staff

Love this place I go here a couple times a week, great prices, great environment, attentive bar tenders and great daily deals. I’d suggest the Thursday kava drink it’s usually blueberry lemonade and it is delicious.

The name says it all, the chill room is to me the new place to hang out, meet, drink, vape, even learn how to mold glass.(that last one is super true. This a place where you can chill, vape, while listening to sick mixes, and drinking something exotic. Highly recommended.

One of the best and most relaxing places that you can visit in Palm Beach County. Newest and worst customer service in the area... I called in to ask if the q2 POINT 6 coils were in stock NOT POINT 4. I asked a total of 4 times over the phone and was told to come in. Upon arriving I asked another two times to verify they were .6 not .4 again was told yes yes not to worry. As the inexperienced employee proceeded to take my money before EVEN CHECKING THE BOX I took it upon myself to check the box myself and sure enough they were the .4...... he checked nervously through every box only to admit he had lied to me and been negligent.. I drove 30 min to be lied to a total of 6 times worst experience ever will never be back.
