Horrible customer service! Not sure if it’s a bunch of kids handling this store now but I cannot begin to explain the level of unprofessionalism I’ve received there . They take your money for items and then will tell you to pay for it again since it’s not showing up in their system. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere like Staples or Quill!Update 11/01/21: Update although I had a horrible experience with this store, I called corporate and Teasha Bell (executive dept) made it right. She called to apologize on behalf of the store and gave me a gift card to buy another phone for all of my troubles .

Worst place ever. Don’t do it. Go elsewhere. I needed to print off one page of a single word document. 2 of the 4 printers were not working. The guy told me to go to full service and send it to the email. I did. He told me to wait, he walked to the back and never came back out. I went to the library down the street and had it printed out in two minutes. This place is absolutely horrible. Go to the library for all printing needs.

This is always my go to store to fax, print or make copies in general. There was only 1 person in the store, which happened to be the cashier. I needed to fax some papers but for whatever reason, it was not available for self service (it was behind the counter). It could only be used by the staff assisting customers. I asked the cashier for some assistance but she didnt know how to use the fax machine & said that the person who knew was running late. I couldnt wait for that person to arrive for their shift and had to leave.

Always always atrocious wait times, & to deal with it..office depot had a genius idea...lets charge extra for services in a neighborhood where there is a majority non English speakers and elderly as these are the people that needs the most assistance..(see photo of their new posted sign) Employees are nice though!

Great selection of office products.

Definitely not going back to this store, i went to print .. they have self service now which is great, but ... my pages were not printing properly so i asked for help, the employee gave me a look 👀 like she was bothered that i asked for help, and instead of helping me she just wanted to explain how to go back and do it again, so i asked if she can just be so kind to print it for me, because the machine was charging me for pages that were printing blank, she said “sure” but she definitely was not happy to help .

The gentlemen working the very front cash register today at 3:50pm November 28th was extremely helpful going above and beyond helping me find holiday stamps and I hope corporate recognizes him for being a great employee... especially during the busy holiday season.

Raul in the printing Department did an awesome job! He reprinted my order after it was not done correctly the first time and instead of taking a whole day like he said its my take, he actually did it in 1 hour! Going above and beyond for sure. Thank you Raul.

Single till operator, very effective and pleasant, with plenty to do other than ringing up sales. Customer in line with coupons, process slowed markedly, requiring a supervisor override. Other wise shopping was good.

Great selection of ink & toner for most printers at low prices. Its nice to see items before you buy instead of pictures online. Helpful staff.

Great customer service. They helped me with my online order pick up and it was an easy, stress-free experience. I was in and out of their store in less than 2 minutes. I am very happy with their reward program and all the rebates and sales I get to take advantage of for my company.

They were pretty busy. I found everything I could on my own, then asked for assistance. It was pretty awesome. The employee really knew the store. Was able to help myself and 2 other customers in a couple minutes walk thru the store.

I would drive an hour to go to this exact location if i had to visit office depot again! The customer service from the manager himself was exquisite ! Wes was able to help me find what I needed and give me a slammin deal also! When my transaction went thru a cheerful happy associate, Branden, and the manage, Wes, loaded up my car n I drove off fully and completely satisfied.

Having a local Office Depot is great. You can check stock online before you go in, they price match in store (even Amazon), prices are fair for in store immediate gratification. I had to return a network switch and they returned it without hassle. I hope this location does not close.

Great customer service but the wait can be a bit long. If youre in a hurry, youll learn quickly about being patience coming here, but youll be pleased when you leave.

Overall not bad. A car alarm was going off in the parking lot the whole time i was there, and you could hear it through the whole store. Not sure if it is the safest area

I came into the office Depot looking for a few things for the hurricane that was coming my way. They actually had what I needed in Stock! Nowhere else has any of the things I needed. And the help was incredible! The gentleman even act to the bank to get me this one item I needed. So thank you my local office Depot! You guys still got it!

They were really rude and All I needed to do was to print and scan documents in the end I could not get it done and head to head to FedEx.

Ive shop here frequently for back-to-school deals over the past 30 yearsI usually have a great experience. Staff are generally always helpful. Today however check out was terrible. The cashier was rude and complaining that he had other things to do.

I went in to buy a new printer. I was pleasantly surprised by the employee who helped me with this purchase. He was very knowledgeable and hwlpful.

Called in to see if you had a 6 usb charging cable for an Android phone. The man said that he had the 6 cable. I drove all the way out there from Hypoluxo only to find out you only had 3 & 10 no 6 I wasted my time & gas. Wont be back there anytime soon

I had a good experience. The associate at the counter helped me make a special Calendar for 2016 that I had on my usb. It looks great, did an excellent job and it only took less than 20 minutes.

The young employee had a hard time assisting me. He didnt listen well or defer to another to an associate. Not impressed.

Ive called mutiple times to see if I can get my laptop fixed and everytime they say theyre going to transfer my call to tech support, the calls mysteriously drop. I have great service on my phone. I dont know why they keep hanging up. Ill take my money elsewhere.

I will never go to this store again! They didnt have the printer ink my printer called for, so I was going to purchase a similar one. There was no one to help me. They were all up front, but not working the register. At that time the girl working the one register closed it down. I am disabled, and can not stand for long periods of time, although I was waiting in line with everyone else. I finally put my item down and left the store, never to return!

I just came in today 3:10 pm, I just was needing two copies of my taxes that I sent from my iPhone to office depot email, today there was one guy that I now from before Brian ...,and I got good attention from him all the times but there was another girl who assist me today but she dont have the best customer service, she was not polite with me, what happened was that I sent the two emails from my iPhone and she didnt get it on the Office Depot pc, so I send it one more time but I lost her attention because she took care of the next customer online, which is not nice because I did the line and waited my turn,So she was unrespectfull and if some Office Depot manager can see this review my suggestion is fire her up because we dont need people who hurt the customers emotion because of bad service and by the way her name was not visible on t-shirt, when all other customer service staff have it visible, so bad experience from her, its true i dont have her name but the manager can check the Work schedule for 04-07-18 at 3:42 pm the time on my receipt and see her from there, again if I were the manager I fire her up for bad customer service, Office Depot are wasting money with people like this and getting bad reviews for a while, THANKS!!

Ive been in this Office Depot many times. Its great for computer and all the gadgets needed for computers. There is a lot of controversy this yearBecause usually Office Depot has really cheap school supplies as a drawto get parents to come in with there kids. Promotting sales prompting parents to make purchases. Not this year its the first time I can ever remember. No cheap school supplies for the kids this year. Ive always loved the store cause its huge and the have everything. I hope this is not anotherBusiness going strictly with on lineSales only? Its a great store. It sits way back off the Road, cornor Lake Worth Road and Military Trail SouthWest Cornor.

Service center always seems to have equipment problems at this location, I spent an hour just trying to print 30 pages because their printers werent working properly again. And Im unhappy with the way the clerks at all the locations rush when creating a stamp because then if youre not happy and they have to re make it, they get frustrated (even though I paid for copies that took an hour to print) Smh. They also dont seem to ever have enough help in the service center.

The absolute worst office depot. Te people working there were great but seemed understaffed. The store itself seems disorganized, cramped and dark.

This store could definitely have more workers in the copy/print dept. Took way too long, several in line.

Had to shout for service no one there very bad.

Most of the time there is a little line there but the people are extremely helpful.

Went and asked an employee if they had a cassette adapter with an aux cable . He said no with all the confidence in the world. Went and asked another employee and said the same crap, until I finally decided to look for it myself and found what I needed.

It seemed no one new what i was talking about. I came in looking for a laptop memory stick and they thought i was asking for a harddrive. I even described it and no clue. Finally, a person that knows computers new what i was talking about. After spending 45 minutes, they dont even carry the product.

Cashiers machines didnt have paper on it so about 5 customers had to wait for a good 10 mins. I asked the cashier to do 2 seperated transactions for my items and I had to repeat that to him more than 5 times (2nd receipt 2 binders everything else on the 1st receipt) before he managed to get it right. At the UPS part of the store I had to wait 20 mins send a letter.after waiting for 20 mins the lady told me its $91 to send a letter and thats the only option. I would give it 0 stars of I could.

One person behind the copy counter, 7 people on line. This me er happened to me at Staples.

Need more employees. Waited in line for about 30nmin to fax and there is only one employee working I needed help and there is no help. Had to leave and go to publix to fax my stuff. WAIST OF TIME GOING HERE AND THE STORE IS DIRTY LIKE DOES THE MANAGER EVER HEARD OF CLEANING

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just needed some things printed (four pages in total) and spent an hour plus between the associate Pearlaruby Morales chatting and giving service to her family and ignoring myself along with everyone else (she was also extremely rude) and then to end it off I had to wait in a ridiculously long line checking out. Wheres the manager at times like these? Avoid this office depot at all costs

The supervisor Carly was an extreme help with my business cards and now I got 2 new clients off it because I took her advice.

Customer Center always busy. Get a sample of marketing materials before completing printing job. Waste of 250 business cards.
