What a joke. I was told our sales rep was going to get final measurements on May 12th and get back to us that week with the ship date. I never heard back. I emailed 3 times since asking for an update and finally called them on June 10th. I was told David never even measured! Not even the courtesy of a phone call letting us know they didn’t do as promised since they got the deposit. It’s a small job (one window and one door) but if it’s too small for them, they should have declined. I work on a real estate team and we are always looking for good local contractors; this is a company I would never recommend. We will see if they actually get the job done or not.

A very positive experience overall. Very competitive pricing, even for a smaller job like mine. Very professional in their process. And, the last and final payment was not requested until after final inspection and permit complete (job done ! :-)... Very much appreciated ! and, we love the new impact windows! The rooms are now quieter, cooler and more private. (And, no more worry about or struggling with those old hurricane shutters) Thank you Royal Palm Aluminum !

After careful research across a number of vendors we selected Royal Palm Aluminum to make and install impact windows in our home - a big job as we have many sliding doors and windows. We signed our contract and paid our deposit for the work several months ago with a plan to install the windows this coming May. Unexpectedly, we are selling our condo. I assumed that we would have to take a loss, as the contract had long been signed. However when I notified Royal Palm Aluminum of my situation (and they confirmed that the windows had not yet been made), they allowed me to back out of the contract with a minimum penalty for costs already incurred. I find this so honorable, as it was something they elected to do by choice. Clearly a company with integrity - Ill go back to them if I have the opportunity.

After interviewing several impact window companies we contracted with RPA. The sales rep, Brandon Kausch, was extremely knowledgable and pleasant to work with. The price charged was very competitive and fair. We replaced 13 openings, several of which were very large. We encountered an issue with (only) one of the widows, the service department acted quickly, diligently, professionally, and courteously to correct the issue. The technician, Mark, that corrected the issue was very soft spoken and great to work with.

I was very pleased with the work and surprise that they were able to get all the house done in one day they did everything in a timely fashion just as they said they would do it it couldnt have been an easier experience and they were also very pleasant kind and I do highly recommend. Hired them to replace 25 windows in my home with new impact ones. Received a detailed and competitive price quote and decided to go with them based on their experience and reputation. My house was built in 1946 and the windows are original. I did not know what to expect but I hoped for the best and that all would go well. You never know what can go wrong when dealing with an old home.To my relief they made it a seamless process and now I have a home that is considerably more energy efficient and I no longer have to worry about putting up shutters when hurricanes threaten! Highly recommend!

The best there is

It has been such a please working with Royal Palm Aluminum. Our home desperately needed windows and throughout the whole process from estimate to installation, they have been friendly, understanding, and willing to spend time with us as we made this big step in improving our home. We were the most impressed with the installers who left the house as clean as it was before they came in. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for everything.

Initially very happy with service! They were able to help when no other company would look at the door. After ordering parts and someone coming out and fixing the door, which broke as soon as it was opened they disappeared! We made at least 5 phone calls and since Chelsea (who is awesome) was on vacation no one had any information at all! When Chelsea returned we had an appointment, a fixed door, and a final bill within a day!! So if Chelsea is there, great!! If not...run!!!

It was always a dream of ours to build our own home. In 2015 we purchased a piece of land, hired an architect and started the process. It ended up being a poor decision. There was little to no Good supervision on the job which led to lots of shoddy work and lots of stress for my wife and me. Among the sea of so so sub-contractors there were a few shining stars. ROYAL PALM ALUMINUM was one of those. The windows are absolute beautiful but here is the best part. We found a few pieces of scratched glass. We contacted RPA. They came out to measure the defective glass and a few weeks later the glass was replaced. Never did anyone have a poor attitude. As a matter of fact we found the customer service to be outstanding. Mark and Red took their time with the repair and did the job right with smiles on their faces. Chelsea from the service department bends over backwards to make you happy, Anyone looking to install hurricane windows as we did would be making the correct choice with this company. We highly recommend them!

Didnt get my impact door installed from them initially.. They were the only company out of 10 that I contacted that would even look at door.. They fixed my door and charged me minimally.. They have been professional friendly and have gotten back to me when needed. I will gladly use them for high impact glass in my new home and would highly suggest them to my friends and neighbors..

3 years ago, I ordered a complete window and door package for my home. RPA came on install day with a very professional crew and installed the windows perfectly. I was extremely impressed by how the install came out. This week I broke a spindle in my door handle on the french door and called them this morning. They informed me it was covered under the 5 year warranty and sent a tech out within 4 hours to replace it. Overall, I have had a great experience dealing with them and will absolutely use them on all my future projects. Thank you RPA

Customer service experience became a problem when one of the sliding doors they installed was warped and difficult to open and close. Would not honor warranty and never fixed the problem. Shop elsewhere for your impact door and window needs.

Royal Palm installed PGT windows in my house 13 years ago. As there was nothing wrong with the installation, the windows are not good quality. They started leaking after 5 years and the opening handles come off constantly besides other problems as well. A rep from Royal came out, but was not able to fix things satisfactorily. The windows have been a pain throughout the years. I recently contacted them again after getting the run around from PGT, but never heard anything.

The finish on their windows discolors, quickly, and they do not honor their warranty, or the factory warranty, they abandon you when their product fails, its essentially worthless. stay away.
