Reached out to customer support because the crib we purchased on Craigslist didnt have all of the hardware we needed. They were so kind as to ship us the bolts we needed very quickly and free of charge! It just made our day! They were extremely kind and courteous.

We ordered a dresser and crib. The crib box contained all the correct the parts and was easy to assemble. However, when we opened the dresser there was a part missing. I called the company for THREE days with no answer and a voicemail that was full. I was told by the main line to email the parts department as they apparently only have ONE person in that department. I got a response to my email on Wednesday. After a thread of unprofessional emails with Centhia Etienne I was finally told the part eas ordered and given a tracking number. I noticed the part listed was not the correct part. I immediately emailed her back and she stated “sorry I was on the phone when I emailed you, the correct part is ordered and on the order form”. I tracked the package each day and on Monday it said it was out for delivery...in a completely different state!!!! So I emailed her to tell her this and she informs me so casually that she gave me someone else’s tracking number, for almost a week I’m tracking someone else’s package! She tells me she will call Fedex and find out about my order. Two hours go by with no response so I had to email her back for an update to be told “your package is in the warehouse waiting to be picked up here is your tracking number please allow 5-7 business days. No I’m sorry, let me try to overnight this correct this etc. Nothing! I emailed her back to let her know I wanted a manager to contact me as this was unacceptable. Her response “ there are consumers ahead of you” again I responded with my request for a manager. Which at that point she stopped responding to my emails and after 2 days of waiting still have not received a call or email from a manager.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! COMPLETE RIP OFF AND A BUNCH OF LIARS ANSWERING THE PHONE.I got defective peices of furniture and was told they would be replaced them. They kept me on the back burner for months only to tell me the person I had been dealing was fired for making up stories, not reporting actual issues and sweeping issues under the rug. I was promised a replacement by the person that was fired and I have emails to prove this, but the company decided not honor it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy a baby furniture set.

We received a dresser that had a damaged top. I contacted customer service at the end of December. They said they would send a replacement. Its now early February and I have not received anything. Ive requested tracking. Nothing. Ill be contacting the BBB soon. Customer service follow through leaves a lot to be desired. Fisher Price should really look into working with a different supplier for furniture. Fisher Price/Mattel customer service is fantastic. This company makes them look bad.

The only reason I am giving them one star is because they offered a refund for my trouble. This is the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. No one answers the customer service line - they are very unprofessional via email. All I need is a set of replacement hardware and a replacement part. I sent the required docs back the same day but had a question and could not get a hold of anyone for days. I have received the tracking number for the hardware but cant get the tracking number for the part because the warehouse is closed? I believe by closed she meant after hours???? I then just asked for confirmation that the part was shipped and have yet to receive said confirmation. Its almost like you are not communicating with a company, its like you are having someone in Junior High who doesnt know how to communicate process your order. Hopefully I will get the replacement parts I ordered.

BE CAREFUL with this furniture store! They lost my crib for a month & now they sent me a broken dresser, I asked for the replacement parts and its been a month when they said in one week. Now baby is about to be born and nothing, they dont answer my calls or emails! They really are experts in stealing peoples money. If you can buy your baby furniture with another company do so! I regret the moment I bought their Ti Amo furniture!

Absolute idiots! When I called for help with a badly damaged crib piece I repeated my address twice. They did not even question the damage... (odd). When I finally got my shipping details the bloody imbeciles had my apartment number wrong!! I repeated it three times to them. How do you get 6J from 65?? I called to have it corrected they said no problem we will call UPS and have it corrected. The day UPS is scheduled to arrive the y are unable to deliver due to the wrong address!!! I HAVE NEVER TALKED TO ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS THIS INCOMPETENT!!! I was rushed on the phone, never asked to confirm details, and talked to like what I was asking or stating was impossible.I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND WILL BE TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The dresser I ordered as part of a nursery set arrived damaged. I called the customer service line and was told I’d be sent a replacement. Almost two weeks later I recieved a replacement part for a completely different dresser. Called customer service again was told that I would be sent the correct replacement and that they would make sure the warehouse double checks before sending. I never received anything. I have now spent the last three months trying to get the part I need. I am now unable to get through to the customer service phone number and did not get a response from multiple emails I sent. After sending an email to the marketing email I found listed on the website I was finally responded to and was told a customer service rep would be contacting me. I was...and was asked to send information....which I did....and again am not receiving a response and have not recieved a replacement part.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The furniture we bought didnt fit together. So we called and emailed multiple times to their customer service. After weeks of no response, they finally said that they would send us a new part. Still waiting for them to ship us the new part and its been a over month. We keep calling and emailing them and they just ignore us. So frustrated!

We ordered a dresser from Buy Buy Baby and the we are now over a week past the estimate shipping window and 3 weeks after ordering. When calling Buy Buy Baby for updates, they say that they reach out to the manufacturer for an information about shipping. After a week of doing that, Bivona still has not replied to Buy Buy Baby customer service. I have emailed Bivona directly for info and was told that someone would reach out within 24 hours, which didnt happen. When I call the customer service number, I get to sit and listen to music while, I assume, my call is placed on hold for nobody to answer. This is completely unacceptable. We ordered the dresser 3 weeks prior to having our baby with every expectation of having it assembled and the nursery completed by the time we brought our baby home. Well, we have a baby home now with no dresser.

I 100% regret purchasing anything from this company. You literally have to send multiple messages and call over and over for this company to assist you. I purchased a $300.00 dresser that was completely chipped and wasnt provided with any type of assistance with this. Ive also been contacting them because the drawer track for the top right drawer is broken and Ive been waiting a MONTH for them to just MAIL it. The quality of the furniture isnt worth the price and not wort the headache youll get when dealing with this company.

I would also give this company ZERO stars if that was an option. I had an issue with a defective piece of furniture. After a very long time, and not receiving any calls or emails, I finally heard from one of their reps, and they made a determination of the cause of the damage, without even viewing the damage. Their customer service was horrendous, and i strongly DO NOT recommend dealing with them. Its a shame, because at the end of the day, the place we purchased the furniture from was nice enough to offer to replace the top for free, if Bivona would supply the top of the end table, and they refused. Instead they offered to charge me $50 to a replacement top, to replace a defective end table top, which I never even got to put anything on top of, besides a small box of tissues. If I was a customer service manager over there, I would be livid with the way this situation was handled. Oh well, you live and you learn. Needles to say, my other twin will NOT be getting any furniture made by this company, due to their POOR customer service, and not standing behind their products.

I ordered a crib and the headboard came cracked. I contacted parts customer service and the women Roseanne was completely unprofessional and rude! I called Monday and explained this order was a gift for that following weekend, she told me when we spoke there would be a rush placed on the order immediately after receiving my email with all the information needed. Come that Friday I have yet to hear back from anyone! I called the office and she told me she never said anything about a rush (even though I directly put it in the email; like she stated to do). While I was on the phone she pulled up my order and it wasnt until 4 days later and me having to call that she processed my order! This women was the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with. Im more upset now with the attitude of ROSEANNE from parts then I am about the actual crib coming broken. This women needs to be fired and replaced! I wont ever be ordering from here again.

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever received. I cant even explain how disappointed and shocked I am by it. Recieved a crib and the headboard was cracked in multiple places. Okay, I understand sometimes things happen in the shipping process. But when I tried to call, I NEVER could get through to anyone. Left multiple messages, emails, and continued to call, sometimes multiple times a day. It took WEEKS to finally get a call back from them. They said they would ship a replacement part to me but it would be 2 to 3 weeks before it even shipped and at least another week to get to me!! By now 2 months have gone by and Im getting close to my due date. After patiently waiting again for 3 weeks, I called to find out why I havent received a shipped email and they tell me the cannot even locate any record of this piece needing to be shipped!!!!! Absolutely absurd! They said theu would look into it and promised to personally call me back. They NEVER did. I had to spend another week trying to get through to them again. Finally spoke with Roseanne who has been the only helpful person through this process. She got it ordered and promised it would be shipped out this week. I spoke with her again yesterday and she assured me it is on the truck on its way to me (although I still havent received a shipped or tracking email) I really hope it gets to me soon as I am due any day now. My husband is beyond livid we do not have a crib for her yet and that this company has ignored and jerked us around this much. They are impossible to get a hold of, and clearly do not provide good customer service or service at all!!!

We received the Ti Amo Catania 4-in-1 convertible crib as a baby shower gift and we are very pleased overall. When we got the package, the front piece had a big splintering gouge in the wood on the railing right where our baby would eventually be putting her face & hands as she gets bigger. We contacted the Ti Amo customer service and Dave was great! They sent out a whole new replacement part after I emailed them pictures. The crib is very sturdy and heavy - all solid wood - and looks like it will last many, many years to come. We got the Misty Grey color and the grey tone is more on the warmer side than I would have liked but that is just my personal preference and not a deal breaker at all.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service known to mankind! Buyer beware, if you need a part, somuch as a bolt, your out of luck. I should have read the customer reviewsbefore ordering from this company. I work with over 3500 people and trust me, I know most of them and anytime I get a chance I will make certainBivona gets what they deserve, which is no business.

This company is the biggest joke. Purchased a Ti Amo Castello crib + dresser from the same store. The products are part of a set, but clearly the color is completely different. Ti Amo/Bivona have acknowledged they are the same product line and that there is a significant color issue, but there is nothing they can do to fix it. Their solution is that its not their issue to fix because they dont offer product replacement and I should try and return to the store. Meanwhile, the products have been assembled (a whole other issue). Their Customer Service support is terrible. They stopped responding to emails and it forced me to call. When I spoke to a person, I was told that the parts person was out for the unforeseeable future and nothing will be done until they return. Regardless of Quality Control/manufacturing issues, as a company they dont care what happens. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered a dresser on February 15th got the dresser and it was damaged and all the parts didnt come with it. We contacted the company the next business day and have had nothing but the run around from them. It is now March 22nd and still not even a shipment as to when Ill get the parts. This company is absolutely horrible and David cestaro the customer service manager is a serious liar and just tells you what you want to hear but does nothing!! I do not recommend buying anything from this company!! You will be sorry you did just like I am!! Such a shame.. next stop better business bureau!!

Only a 1 bc 0 isn’t available. Sent me a dresser through buy buy baby that had wrong parts. Requested replacement and they never sent it and wouldn’t respond to buy buy baby or my calls. Horrible company and really makes Fischer price and buy buy baby look very bad for even using them.

Horrible Customer service and company i would never buy or recommend this company to anyone i was suppose to get my furniture in august they told me it was back ordered and i would receive it in sept when sept came around they then told me oct i called eveyone at corporate and all they did was give me a run around then after i told them i was going to take legal action they found a set for me but one problem the hutch was broken so they told me i would get everything but a hutch the best one is they told me at the company call other stores to see maybe someone has one and buy it from them this is what a company is telling me i told them i didnt break it why am i calling stores u do it after that i called the store that i bought it from and they said they were working on finding one they finally found another hutch after all these problems making my 8 month pregnant wife sick they deliver the furniture to find out when they are taking the furniture out of the box this hutch they found is also boken now i call the company and store and the company tells me oh well sorry u will have to wait until november for a new one ok so i wait till november when november comes around they tell me now u have to wait till the end of december now i tell them this is wrong i order furniture in may and Im still waiting for my furniture they tell me they dont care i ask them to at least give me a discount they tell me point blank tuff luck we dont discount anything call the store u got it from i told them its not the stores fault it urs the tell me again tuff luck. now in december i call the store now they tell me its still not in wait till january now Im really up set they dont care at all wouldnt even discount the hutch a dollar now it is january 15 and i finally get a call that the piece is finally in and i will get this week as i say this company is horrible i would never ever treat a customer the way they did all they care is about is MAKING MONEY and not the customer at all with the amount of money i paid for this furniture they should be helping me out big time not tuff luck DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS I SAY ALL THEY CARE IS ABOUT MONEY NOT MAKING A PREGNANT LADY HAPPY DURING THE HAPPIEST TIME OF OUR LIFES SHAME ON THEM

STILL waiting to for a replacement piece! Contacted costumer service on Nov 15th, after a week they replied, gave them all the info they needed and said the part would be shipped out within 10-14 business days...that would of been over a week ago. I sent an email asking what the status was of our shipped piece on the 21st of December and never got a reply and have never gotten a UPS tracking email like they said I would. TERRIBLE RESPONSE TIME. Thanks to this company my baby will be here before the crib is!
