The order process was ok, ETA of 12 to 14 weeks was not met (took 6 months) but thats ok since I was not in a rush to get it, paid all in front even that was not required. I specifically asked for 2 windows, a door and a vent since Im storing landscape equipment with gas. Shed came in yesterday and installation went smooth, liked the product and so far so good. When they left I realized that there is no vent and here comes the problem, I spoke with Wes and he flipped saying that there is nothing he can do at this time, if I was so desperate for a vent to go to home depot, buy one and install it myself. His lack of customer service was unreal, told me that he has no time to think about vents on sheds with all the work he has (even that I paid for it when custom build it) we were talking to buy another shed in the near future but with his rudness and lack of interest on a good response other than if you dont like it give it back and another one can be built (another 6 months) or get your money back. I even spoke with the delivery person on how to set up 2nd shed but now....Im taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed with Wes from Shed Shop in Lake Worth

We picked out a very nice shed that was just what we needed. We waited the 8-12 weeks it took to have it delivered (due to covid). After 16 weeks and no word from the Shed Shop, we cancelled the order. Were curious about the length of time to get our deposit back.

Exceptional product and service. After inspection of our new shed we saw that it was well installed to withstand winds of 180mph, the color, custom requirements were exactly as requested, personnel was very courteous and friendly, delivered on time, and it was the only shed in the area with galvanized, sturdy steel. All in all, we couldnt be happier.

Due to our satisfaction with our first Lark shed, we purchased a 2nd from The Shed Shop in Lake Worth. We especially like the sturdy steel construction and their reputation for standing up to hurricanes. From start to finish, we were treated well. Even the delivery and installation crew was friendly and prompt. They were careful while unloading our shed (10 X 24) and anchoring it. I wholeheartedly recommend The Shed Shop. Thank you Wes!

The entire process was a breeze working with Wes. The hardest part was getting the permit. Inspection after was a breeze. Was absolutely refreshing to work with such fine professionals! My shed is perfect, exactly what I wanted.

The initial purchase was ok. JC told me to call if I ever wanted to move it. I called 5 months later, told him I wanted to move it the following week. No problem, quoted me $200. I agreed. The day they were supposed to move it, never showed. When I got ahold of them, they had all kinds of excuses. Finally, at 7:30pm, the guy that was moving it said he would be over the next afternoon. Then he wanted to know if I knew price. I told him the quoted $200. He called back 5 minutes later - said it was 200 to move the shed & 100 to tie it down. I told him that was not what I was quoted - he told me to call JC - of course, JC now doesnt answer!
