Was looking forward to a great ice cream shoppe experience after seeing some of the high ratings. However, we walked in and were disappointed with the fact that the two young ladies behind the counter choose to talk to each other the entire time instead of pay attention to the customers they were serving. It was borderline rude. The ice cream was fine, but nothing special. Very basic shoppe. Will not return.

Both dairy and non-dairy options! Cutest ice cream shop located on the far side of Lake Worth Beach. Their mango sorbet and mint chocolate flavors are a must. Great customer service!!!

Very hard to say anything negative about their Ice Cream Club locally produced like 45 flavors to choose from. No lines, 3 very pleasant staff when I was there for my first time last week. Street parking usually available. Lucky find. Actually I think Lake Worth is happening as an up and coming neighborhood downtown on and around Lake Avenue.

I went to this place today in the afternoon. I walked in and was not greeted. It appeared one young lady was training another. I said hello. They finally responded. I ordered the green machine and the mango madness because two others were not prepared. As I am waiting the two young ladies are all standing there speaking with the 3rd. slowly as they spoke taking out the ingredients that appeared to be prepackaged for the drinks. The trainee stood there as I witnessed large amount of spilled chocolate all over the counter and the floor. I dont know about you but when I go into an ice cream/smoothie shop I expect it to be immaculate meanwhile yes I had my pups and they were trying to lick the floor when I noticed it was chocolate I moved far away from this spillage. I had to mention the spill 2x for one of them wiped it up. No spray and only the counter. And, yes I did have my pups and maybe they they did not need to be in there no one told me I could not bring them in...Lake Worth is full of dogs and we take our pups everywhere. Im standing there waiting for the trainer who is slowly making my smoothie while the trainee rings up my order. Doesnt even know what I ordered even though she was standing right there when I said it. Her response. Im new. The trainer still hasnt blended the 2nd one and she is still talking. No one is even saying Im sorry one minute. I was the ONLY patron in a place with 3 employees! At the end of the day the smoothies werent even blended properly, not smooth at all. Mediocrity at its finest. Place is being run by kids.

Best diary free vanilla ice cream hands down that I could find in south Florida!

We did not give our business to the other ice cream place on the beach that requires a mask. Instead we came here and it was great to see smiling faces!

The place was filthy, whoever was working tonight (august 15) was rude and unhelpful. I’ve been to this place multiple times and have always had an amazing experience, but tonight it was someone new and entirely incompetent.

Nothing special really. The ice cream flavors are okay and truly the best way to put it is there is nothing special about this place. It isnt bad and gets the job done if youre in the neighborhood. Theyre stingy with their scoops as well.

It’s about time downtown Lake Worth had a decent ice cream shop. These guys really came through for us. The coolest shop and kids sized toilets and sinks!!! Great ice cream and clean as a Columbian ladies house. Try the garbage can flavor.

Ice cream!! This place is awesome. They even have a little hand washing station. The ice cream is good and you can sit out front and people watch since its right there in downtown Lake Worth on the Lake Ave strip there next to all the other shopping places. Its worth it.

Whoever made my order on thursday March 4th 2021 at 4:45 pm (I ordered uber eats) did a bad job. I ordered a banana split and I got no caramel and barely any peanut butter. This was my cheat meal. It was ruined. I still ate it but I think the person who made it needs to put a little bit more care into their ice cream art ... no loveUpdated - today’s date is Saturday March 13th 12:20 pm. Today’s Sunday was much better because they took my requests and added the extra toppings despite uber eats not having an option for it but the pitfall for today’s Sunday was a rotten banana. There was only one full banana half on one side and a half of a half of a banana half on the other side because the store ran out of bananas I’m guessing and the bananas were way too mushy and yucky tasting. But otherwise it was exceptional except for what it’s famous for, a banana.

Visited the place once after lunch and the ice cream (I had pistachio with the actual nuts in it which is always nice) was great. The smell of freshly made waffle cones filled the whole shop and I knew that I wanted one right away. The service was very nice. We were greeted as soon as we walked in even though we couldn’t see the person as she was at the other end of the store. But it felt like she stopped doing whatever she was to come and make us a priority. That was nice. My dad had cookies and cream and after I tried it I started wishing I got two scoops. The ice cream didn’t fill too heavy or fattening though so even after I ate it after a big lunch I still felt fine. They also have options with no added sugar!

Absolutely worst experience. First and last time there. Very rude and condescending staff. While trying to take the order the girl would go trash talk us to her coworker. Sorry taking my family’s order was so stressful. As per this employee they arent required to wear a mask while working when theres a global pandemic. No wonder there’s a rise in covid cases in Lake Worth.

Really surprised by the variety of not only flavors of traditional ice cream, but also my lactose intolerant friend was happy they offered non dairy options as well. Pretty sure saw sugar free options also. Cones were fresh, and enjoyed the ice cream very much.

Started coming to this shop a few months ago. I am dairy free and they had limited options so I spoke up and asked if they would be able to branch out and get more non dairy options. Fast forward a month or two and we come back in and they have brought in several more amazing non dairy options to go along with their already great ice cream choices ! I am so pleased ! Staff are always friendly and they have made every experience wonderful !!! Great local spot or a tourist adventure.

Have been here a few times already, and I love it every time. The people there are super friendly and the ice cream is so good. My favorites so far is their coffee ice cream and this chocolate frozen yogurt. They even had colored cones for the pride festival last weekend which I think was great.

For 10 years downtown Lake Worth used to have a Kilwins on Lake Avenue until it closed in 2018 and moved to the beach. Within two months of Kilwins closing, Ice Cream Affair opened a few doors down from where the Kilwins used to be in the space formerly occupied by State Senator Jeff Clemens office.I popped in during the Lake Worth Street Painting Festival to check them out. I am glad that there is still a place to get ice cream because I always used to buy my daughter a cone during the festival. My first impression was that the shop was pretty basic. In addition to the ice cream, Kilwins sold all sorts of hand made candy and treats. It was more like an old fashioned ice cream parlor.The line at Ice Cream Affair was long due to the festival but the young staff really worked hard to get everyone through the line. They even handed out menus to people on line so they could check out the flavors before ordering to make the line move faster. I checked out the flavors and they had all the usual suspects. butter pecan, vanilla, Captains chocolate, strawberry. Mexican hot chocolate, cookies and cream, pistachio, and birthday cake are all on the menu along with more interesting sounding flavors like garbage can and Superman. As long as they have mint chocolate chip, and they did, I am fine. Two scoops in a waffle cone will set you back seven dollars and change. They also sell ice cream sandwiches. Ice Cream Affair isnt the fanciest of places but it gets the job done.

As we were walking down the street, a very enthusiastic young lady, to our surprise was giving out shots of ice cream. Right away, we loved her personality and the ice cream. She mentioned that the ice cream shop was right down the street. We followed Fabiola to the shop and my whole family purchased ice cream.To our delight the location was very kid friendly which was a plus. It even had miniature water sink and chairs with small tables.It was a wonderful experience and amazing customer service. The place itself and the quality of the ice cream were amazing!! Fabiola truly is a marketing asset and a great team player. We will be back.
