Store was fine, but most of the employees were in a group at the center of the store talking about whatever subject suited them. Including boldily functions and why it wove easier for a female to find a job then a male. It was like they were socializing at a house party. The girl running the checkout was great.

Not bad, but employees could have been a little more engaging and helpful and prices were a little steep I can get better deals thru competitors, but they were open later when others were not. The cashier was not friendly or engaging at all was kind of short with me but I remained polite. If staff was more engaging I would give it a 4 out of 5 just missing out cause of pricing and also organization of the shoes size and color and model

My 66 year old mother and my baby brother went to the store off 98 N. They were both treated with SO much disrespect! NONE of the employees would help and acted like they couldn’t be bothered with helping them. The boxes of shoes fell off the shelf onto the floor and nobody would help them??? What’s wrong with y’all????? Has this store forgot what respect and helping people are about??? We’ve shopped Shoe Carnival for many- many years. I called and talked with the manager on duty regarding this and she acted like she definitely couldn’t be bothered with this at all!!! I’m NOT one to complain, but I don’t believe in disrespect! Please teach the employees about helping and treating your customers with dignity and respect.Thank you 🙏

Combo ribs and brisket. Brisket was served chopped and I prefer sliced which I should of requested but still very tasty. Good service. Sat outside so no wait. Cobbler was good.

Entered store with 3 employees directly in front casually have their own conversation. No greetings or assistance offered. Very limited in simple formal shoes and color options. Price options could be better

Two size 14s in the whole store for mens, the managers pathetic excuse is that they cant keep them in stock. Well if you cant keep them in stock then you need to order more of them. Its really that simple. Businesses complain about not having customers then they dont sell what the customers want and are surprised when they go out of business.

Stopped by to grab some flip flops and was surprised at the selection of shoes. Theyre rather pricey, but it was clean and well stocked. Ended up buying two pairs of shoes that I love.

Well can say the best experience there with my daughter. The manager I want to say Chirs well he was former military. I remember this so much respect to this man one for his service. But and a great manager of his staff cause the way he handled my situation was above and beyond. And I sure his staff follows suit. I was all about being respectful and how to talk to people. We are forgetting this Americans to.many of us .

One of very few places in Lakeland that carry larger sizes. The only place we have been able to find shoes for my teenage son size 14. They always have several styles of Nikes his size to choose from for school. Associates are always available, friendly and helpful.
