I absolutely hate shopping but Rack Room makes it easy with their huge selection and BOGO deals.

Walked in empty handed and left empty handed. This store is well organized but as I entered not one person greeted me. All employees were deep inside the store. They seemed friendly but just nowhere near where customers come in. Sale signs were everywhere but the prices were still kind of high compared to deals online. The selection of certain brands seemed good but other select brands not so much. There are a few bags and totes sold here. There is another shoe store in this mall, and that is where I went after visiting this one. They have free in store pickup.*

So opposite of the other place. Salesman was patient and helped me find a good pair of shoes and flip flops. Will go back again and again. Prices are reasonable and with a BOGO deal you cant loose. ❤️😁

Whats great about this store? The selection is fantastic but the prices arent necessarily the cheapest. What didnt I like? When a customer is placing an order for several pairs of shoes online this means this is going to take awhile. I asked the manager could he call someone to assist me checking out on another register. His response was no shes going to do it for you. There are several employees talking and hugging each other around the store while customers are waiting. This is totally unacceptable!!!!

I was at Rack Room Shoes on 9/20/2020 spent $236.01. While review my bills I saw that there is a 2 pair of Sneakers for $89.99 each and the BOGO discount was not applied. I returned to the store on 9/22/2020 to inquire about the discrepancy on the bill. I was advised by Sanna, Manager the sneaker is excluded and a sign is posted. As per picture there is nothing posted. I advised as per Florida statue then the 50% should be honored. She became argumentative and so did I. She says because I have an attitude she wont honor it. Customer service was not applied in this matter. I requested the DCM contact information as I was going to report the matter to corporate. A male family member came in the store and he said she was inappropriately dressed for a manager with her midriff out. I went to shoe him the shoe and she starts talking to him and I was explaining to him I was gong to call corporate and she was getting upset. I video taped her threatening me that she going to call the police on me. Is this another instance of Karen.

Went in to purchase shoes. Due to whatever reason, the company’s website was not loading on my phone allowing me to access the coupon. While checking out I and the worker completing the transaction asked the manager if there were any coupons available. She said yes. I asked if there was a way to use without actually seeing it on my phone and explained the situation. She said no you need a barcode. So the person complete if the transaction asked for permission to use his phone to look it up. She said yes and walked away. So the male at the register was fairly new and was not well versed in how to look up the information (go figure). So I asked to ask the manager again. She so rudely declined to look up the information. My problem was that she was deviously rude to another employee in front of customers and now she was rude with a customer. Needless to say, I left the merchandise there and will no longer spend my money with this store. The manager’s name is Marisol. BTW, I found the same shoes at Famous Footwear cheaper!!!

Went in to browse and buy bit didnt see anything I like but they do have a wide selection at this store however I couldnt find what I was looking for.

This is my favorite place to shop for shoes.

The store manager, James Roper is the worse manager I ever had to deal with!! To make a long story short I ordered shoes on their website and had it shipped to my house. The color looked different online than in person so I wanted to return them. I went to the store in Lakeland Square Mall to get a refund. The first manager, Heather ended up charging my card $18.19!! So, she got another manager, Alexis to try to do the refund. Alexis was able to refund me back $22.47 for the return. She stated she also gave back the $18.19 as well and if I have any issues to come back. I agreed. The transactions finally showed up on my bank statement and the $18.19 was not credited back. So, I went back to the store and spoke with James Roper and he would not listen to my situation at all. He initially started with, if you are looking to get money back I can tell you right now thats not gonna happen. Those were his exact words. Then he blatantly lied to me and said that they dont do refunds in store, in which I confirmed with the customer care hotline I called today, THEY DO! You can return any online order in store because I have done it before with no issue. So, I already knew he was lying. I even told him that the 2 female managers said if I have any issues to come back. Also, the same store associate that was there the first time and witnessed everything was there, but he didnt care. I was not cursing or acting belligerent towards James, but he was still rude and acted like he did not want to help me. Rack Room robbed me for $18.19 and I was treated like crap from the manager for trying to get back what was rightfully mine. I have reported him to Rack Rooms Customer Care hotline because no paying customer should be treated this way. Hard lesson learned, but karma will handle it. P.S. The store manager is on facebook as James Roper that lives in Orlando. He has a baby that has down syndrome on his page if anyone wants to know who I am referring to. JAMES ROPER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/MANAGEMENT SKILLS WHATSOEVER!!

Good vatiety, on-going sale, and knowledgeable staff were all at this specific Rack Room. The sales person assisting meknew his merchandise and was able to offer recommendations based upon over fifteen years of experience. I had recently lost weight and was having difficulty determining my shoe size. Here the staff could help and that is not what I typically find when shoe shopping these days. I have been amazed at the number of shoe stores staff that said I should try on different sizes until I find the size that fits best. I was actually expecting someone to measure my foot and make recommendations based upon the styles I desired. Well, this Rack Room has the staff who can do it. I will be back! Thanks

When looking for shoes this place still sells shoes. Wide variety of shoes for the whole family. Other stores around this one sell just Nikes that really doesnt cut it to be a shoe store. Customer service was great, very nice and polite. Ill be a returning customer.

Good selection of shoes but prices were ridiculous. They offer these sales but then charge more than everywhere else. I literally saw a guy leave this store and go to the store across the way and buy shoes a lot cheaper. We left without buying anything as well.

We found what we wanted at a BOGO sale. Prices are equal to any other store. Clean and organized. Children shoes for little girls too grown up.

It was ok, this place is in a died mall. I do like the lower shelves because it makes it much easier to find what shoes I am looking for to purchase.

This stores “Manager “ Laura is incredibly rude, she needs to be retrained on how to have better customer service skills, she was just flat out nasty to me and when I told her about her attitude, she told me to go shop some where else. No worries! I will never return to that store I’d rather pay full price then have to step foot in that store and spend my money where they have someone as rude as her working.

I would give no stars if possible. Tried to return shoes today because they ripped on the side while I was wearing them. Didnt hit anything or run anything into them. They must have just been loose when I bought them and was probably a manufactured defect. The lady at the counter said I did that to them and refused the return. I asked for the manager and she said the same thing. So they Blatantly called me a liar to my face. That is horrible customer service and I will never shop at any rack room shoe store again!!!

I highly recommend you not to use the Ship2Home option. It is the worst process any human being could possibly go through. First off lets start with there carrier, FedEx, also another awful option. Combine those 2 awful companies you get a headache that no medicine could cure. Now, they lost my package, big deal right? So I never even got the shoes actually shipped to my home. I called FedEx which RRS advise me to do, to tell them to ship back to them so I can get my refund. The process they adv me would take a month in total to when I get my refund. So far, no refund, and it has been 5 months now. I am still dealing with there customer service via phone. So aggravated I decided to go to the location here in Lakeland square mall. The manager was a total joke. Said she would be right back to speak with me, she disappeared for 30 minutes, after the long wait she came back, so rude and said well if you want your refund you cant get it here, call our customer service line. I advised I already did that hence why I was here, ignored me once again than proceeded to help the next customer. Awful! I spent 200$ on shoes to be shipped to my home, (reason why I had them shipped is because they had no inventory in the store) and never got my shoes, or my refund! Still dealing with this customer service, may God be with my on the endeavor.

Horrible!! They try to lure you in with good prices, but when you get to the registers to pay, all of a sudden all the shoes you picked were conveniently not on sale. This company should be a shame of themselves. They put the wrong price tags in front of the shoes purposefully. Beware shoppers.
