Went in told me my income was more than enough to get the car but the car had to go to the shop took 3 weeks to get it fixed finally got fixed put the down payment down then told me my income wasnt enough even though they told me it was so now Im out of a car and have to look else where STAY AWAY

If i could give -10 stars i would. After i wasted over $4800 fixing this junk and then got covid & misses 2 weeks of work due to covid, have nerve to disable the car, even though a payment was made. Late but it was made. Mind you, 5 minutes earlier I would have been on a highway or an hr later, would have all my kids in it. If i crashed & my kids hurt, i would have sued you guys for every penny! Buyer beware!

So my wife was pre-approved online before we showed up. We arrived early Saturday morning. They didnt have any vehicles on the lot that my wife liked. They only were able to pull up two vehicles in their inventory that matched what my wife was looking for. My wife picked 1 of the vehicles, & we had to put down a deposit to pick it up. They went & retrieved the vehicle from Orland. It took them 6hrs to show up with the vehicle, which was right before they closed. We had a few minutes to decide if we wanted the vehicle and to sign the paperwork. While test driving the vehicle I noticed a small slip/misfire. I mentioned it to the sales lady, & she said she never noticed it. My wife decided to take the vehicle as we were tired after waiting hours & hours, they had already drove it down, & she had to work then next day. That same day the vehicle broke down in the Walmart parking lot with groceries & my 19mo old daughter in the car. I left a voice-mail asking to return the vehicle, & my wife also sent several text messages. They were obviously closed Sunday, but they wouldnt return our calls or texts on Monday either when they were open. The sales lady actually tried selling me another car when I called in Monday not realizing we had just purchased a vehicle. Once she realized who I was they ghosted me. They conveniently & finally responded on Tuesday when I was well after the 24hrs to return the car & said theres nothing they can do. Then to top it off, the payments suddenly switched from semi monthly to bi weekly. I paid 40.00 for them to switch the frequency of payments, signed a docu sign document, only to be told they dont switch the frequency of payments once the lease is signed. Ive been round and round with these people, & am over the bs. Ive turned the car in, & would rather take the hit on my credit than deal with these people. Shady at best, horrible experience from start to finish. I will never, & dont recommend anyone doing business with them. Ive talked with others who have had similar & worse experiences. Glad I got out early.

If I could recommend Honcho 150000x I would. He stayed late to make sure we got in the car we needed and wanted. He helped me every step of the way from insurance to getting into the car. I would send everyone I know to this man. My husband was very skeptical but once he met Honcho, he was instantly at ease. My car blew up last week and today I was able to get a new car so I can get back to work!

Careful here! This is NOT financing but LEASING...At the end of the term, you DO NOT own the car, you have the option to purchase it at the end of your term but the “buy out” price is ridiculous high! my friend found out the hard way unfortunately... and the worst part is that they do not tell you about it being a lease during the sales process, they hide it.Make sure you read everything and know that you are just renting the vehicle and not buying it!I feel sorry for my friend, she had the vehicle for over a year, $400 a month, wanted to pay it off and found out then that it was a lease and not a financing contract, bad for her not to read the paperwork and know what she was signing but it is even worse that customers don’t know that they are not financing the car but leasing it, she is not the only one in this situation unfortunately

Went in a month ago to secure a vehicle. Put down $250 to have them hold a car for us till the following Monday, unfortunately, we had issues arise with our Daughter and wasn’t able to get the car. The deposit is refundable and we spoke with management to redeem the refund and was advised that part if it would return to the card and the remainder will arrive from corporate via check by Fedex in a few days. Here it is SEVERAL WEEKS later and STILL NO MONEY! This ace has literally ripped us off. Corporate promises to help but doesn’t. Will follow up with the BBB and other legal remedies that is allowed in Florida. DO NOT UTILIZE ANY HOLD DEPOSITS!
