Thanks for meeting us on Saturday. Car ran great all the way back to Hawthorne. A/C blew cold. Drove great. Stopped perfect. Beautiful car. Thanks again!
Buyers beware, Questionable Trustworthiness. Once they get your money, you are on your own.DO NOT HAND THEM YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOU CHECK THE VEHICLE YOURSELF IN PERSON.Dont be a victim. Do not trust these people. You will regret it big time!
Hi recommendation very professional they respond to all my emails at all times I lived in Australia which was a high risk for me to purchased a vehicle from overseas but I put all my trust on themThank you for everything much appreciate your helpKind RegardsTevita Paea
Good people to work with and car was what they said it was
My experience was first class. They answered all my questions and sent me many pictures and a video. They are a very professional organization.
Incredible selection, excellent customer service. Worth the stop.
Drove 3 hours to see a Chevy truck that was in perfect condition. Not nearly so perfect when I got there and the brake pedal went to the floor and was unsafe to drive home. In retrospect it was overpriced (like everything else) and not described properly. But they have a nice assortment of vehicles with overly high prices 🙄
Very helpful and friendly. Easy transition and beautiful car! Ill stay in touch because they have a great inventory.
It is said that the easiest person to sell a car to is a salesperson. This was the case for Dan at Primo. Unfortunately, like a stereotypical salesman, as he as he finished his quick, easy and lucrative sale with me, he was done with me. When I tried to keep him abreast of my partial loan and car insurance status he told me I don’t need to talk to him anymore and to communicate with Erin or Monica in Administration. Luckily, Erin seemed to go out of her way to make my purchase a pleasant experience. Thank you Erin. In fact, it’s been almost a week since it was delivered and he hasn’t even called to see if I like what I bought. I hope you read this Dan, and learn from it for your future sales. I’ve been involved in the car business for over 50 years. People purchasing cars from me found a bottle of champagne in their car upon delivery and I followed up after my sales to make sure they were happy. You’d be surprised on how that paid off.
Very professional and quick!
This company was pretty easy to work with. Everyone was very helpful through the whole buying process. Many thanks to Erin who answered all my questions very quickly, which I had many being this was my first car buying experience. Car was described accurately with only two small defects that were not noted. I would buy from them again if need arose.
When Ken and I saw the car on the internet we fell in love with it but were afraid to get our hopes up because we were looking for a 1970 Ford Torino GT! The one they had was priceless, red with black interior and we had been looking for one for months. So we jumped in the car and drove 14 hours 1 way to Lakeland to find it exactly as the said it was! We were just blown away! They helped us to check off an item on a bucket list.. Ken had this car in 1974... happy retirement to us! Thank you Primo Classics! We can’t wait for it to be shipped to our home.
International buyers beware. This company seemed, and now im sure that its the same people that were behind classics by lash. Bought a buick on ebay, knew it wasnt pristine. It had several issues, worst was engine rod knock. Google classics by lash, check youtube. A friend did buy a seventies cadillac off them before me. It was very nice. Use an independent inspector.
I purchased a classic auto here. The entire staff was most accommodating as I looked at several autos in their showroom. Very knowledgeable team that worked well together. I would give them a high recommendation if someones looking for a cool classic. A special thanks to Monica, Erin, and Nathan. Give them a call.
My experience was exceptional. Everyone there took great care of me and all my needs. I will continue to buy all my vehicles from Primo Classics! Erin and Monica did an exceptional job. I was in and out in a short period of time.
I bought a beautiful 1973 Z28 Camaro that was sold as completely restored. There was a video showing all the things that were done and she looks awesome. I made them an offer that was solely derived from that video and I wouldnt have offered that much if In knew what I know now. Like most of the other reviews, when you tell them about all these issues, their answer is that my car is an AS IS sale and basically too bad. I understood that was the case before I sent in the money, buy my real issue is that I asked Jeff my salesman if they referred someone to inspect the car for problems or issues and he told me, no need, As part of our final inspection we look at all of that to make sure the car is road ready when you receive it. It will be done by mechanics in our shop that were certified when they worked for new car dealers. So youll understand that when I received the car, and we looked it over, our first impressions was that they never looked at my car at all. There isnt a windshield washer system, no rear view mirror, both side mirrors are broken, the battery under the hood was just sitting loose under the hood and bounced when we drove the car. Both side door windows are crooked and damage the car every time you close them, the parking brake doesnt work and the car was filthy, so I washed her and water run into the driver side door and the trunk filled with water. That was just the first 2 hours that I officially owner the car. The next day, she went into the shop and thats where we realized they didnt want me to know how bad she really was. Both Front crank seal and Rear main seals are shot and leaking on the driveway. The trans leaks at shifter and rear tail shaft. Both rear wheel bearings are making noise and need replacement. Disc brakes in front need work, back drum brakes are shot and parking brake cables and clutch need to be replaced as well. I can go on with whats wrong or needed, but you get my point. I have sent them my concerns and asked for a response and I was never given one. If you are buying from out of state, dont trust anything they say and understand that they also wont say anything as well. Make sure you do your own inspection and dont rely on their mechanics to fix anything or even know how to.
Vehicle arrived as described. Very nice automobile. Thanks to Dan and Erin, this was a very pleasant experience, They helped arranging a shipper who also was outstanding! Dan had a video sent of the vehicle and supplied pics of the transport picking it up. I am very satisfied with the whole transaction and would highly recommend Primo Classics to anybody in search of a classic. Thanks again for a great online purchase experience! Outstanding!
Had a great time looking at their cars. Staff was SUPER friendly, and no pressure. Will continue to look here in the future for my perfect car.
Very nice and helpful people, very highly recommend.Well done Primo Classics and Monica in the sales department. Was nice dealing with you. Thank you
Super easy buying transaction. Monica was extremely helpful in guiding the purchasing and document signing process. The car was everything Dan said it was. Overall, great experience.
Dan was easy to work with during the sale and the transaction was smooth. Erin and Monica in the office were very professional, replied instantaneously, went out of their way to provide information and directives to the warehouse men to answer my questions.
Bought white 1965 Mustang convertible in April 17 and shipped it to England. The car was bought unseen (video & photos only) I must say that it is a fantastic car, even better than I thought. Everything was as described and more. A fantastic sight to be seen cruising English streets, love it. The staff were very helpful and the girls in the office were very professional. Would recommend and would buy again!
The friendliness and feeling of sincerity immediately took the stress of buying a car from me. I felt like I knew the individuals involved all my life. (Jeff and Erin)
I have the sled and it looks great. Thanks for such a great experience dealing with a long distance purchase!
Our purchase with Derek at Primo Classics was a pleasure. Derek worked with us to make sure we were happy with our classic car and gave us a good price. The lot porter, Jim, helped us load the vehicle and was concerned over making sure the classic was secured. The ladies in the office were all efficient and a clean well laid office and the cars all under roof!!! We will enjoy our 66 Plymouth Fury and will come back if we see another classic we like! We were impressed over all with Primo Classic company and the trip was worth the haul!
Bought a 1914 T BucketExcellent staffNo hassle buyingVehicle was as describedWinning car shows and it really gets everyones attention.I highly recommend this be your 1st STOP for buying a classic car
No matter what you hear from them, verify it in person. I sent a $1000 deposit based on pictures and personal description by salesman. Pristine, exceptional, phenomenal, collector quality were used in the ad and in person. I made it very clear in two separate discussions that a perfect body and paint job were requirements at that price and was assured again that this car should be in a museum just the way it is. I drove about 700 miles each way pulling a trailer to buy a 67 Corvette for $66,000. The car was average at best. Poorly repaired front fenders over tires, seats broken down, engine compartment nowhere the condition shown in pictures, loose wiring connectors and a wire run from the case of the heater fan to the hood latch for a ground, rusted fittings on various engine parts, more issues no need to discuss. Did not buy the car and was refused any deposit return. I offered to accept half responsibility and settle for $500 refund, NO DICE. I spent about $1600 counting the hauler and hotel and food and got nothing for it. Look up the other reviews and look at the pictures of their business, not the ones the cars are in when pictures were taken. You will want to see the car in person and look at everything. Its just another used car lot, and they either dont know quality or misrepresent it. Either is dangerous. Also notice that almost all their good reviews are by a Google user and no name. When you leave a review, you have to sign in and use your name. Important, read those last two lines again.
Top notch quality service from start to finish! Derek came in on his day off and worked with me. Erin and Karen were both helpful and always willing to stay in touch with me. Car was delivered on time and not one issue. I would advise anyone to work with this group of people. I got a wonderful car at a great price and it was an amazing experience!
Bought a 1966 GTO for 32000.00 and it was deliver to me with a contaminated engine. Took the car to my mechanic and to dress it up some. ( Engine dress up) is when he found a contaminated engine. Called this company with my complaint and they told me it only had a 30 day warranty. BUYER BEWARE. 32000.00 for a shell of a GTO.
Its five stars! What else can I say? Even though I didnt buy the car I looked at, I couldnt have been treated better. It was my physical disability that prevented me from purchasing it since the car had limited leg space and I have limited leg movement.
I bought a 1985 Chevy El Camino said to be frame off restoration but what I got was an Earl Scheib paint job over rust and the cars AC did not work, the Power windows did not work, need a rear main seal and rear end work. None of these problems were disclosed and I asked them if the car needed any repairs and specifically asked if the AC worked and if there were any oil leaks and was assured by the young eager salesman on the phone its all good. $4,300 in repairs later with still a piss poor paint job these guys are still ripping people off!! LOOK AT THE CAR BEFORE YOU BUY AND HAVE IT INSPECTED or BETTER YET DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
I would like to think Primo Classics for working with me on purchasing the 1972 Oldsmobile. After going to look at the car, they were easy to talk with and made every effort to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them for anyone else looking to purchase their dream car to do business with them.
BEST EXPERIENCES EASY PROCESS VERY PERSONAL. THANK YOU WE ENJOY OUR AWESOME CAR. LOVE IT.
From the first phone call to the drive out my experience was 100% professional and friendly. Monica & Erin know their cars. There was never any “sales pressure”, they answered my questions and accommodated my requests. If you are purchasing a car “without being present” ...... you are in good hands. When purchasing a 20 year old vehicle, one can never be sure that everything is 100%. My radiator hose broke today, no big deal I replace all hoses & belts plus change oil on any car I buy.it inky makes sense.I would be very comfortable dong business with Prima Intl. agai.Regards,Richard Aaron
We bought a mustang 65 GT, Jeff was very professional during all time. We have tried 4 cars, always with smiles and confidence. The car we bought was exactly as described on the website. Thanks again for this awesome and very professional experience.Amaury and Jo
I recently purchased a classic 1963 Corvette Stingray split window coupe from Primo. I worked with Derrick who was exceptionally forthcoming about everything from pricing, valuing my trade, as well and most importantly every detail of the car. Although, my impression of the car exceeded my expectations he was quick to point out what he perceived as flaws on our very phone call. He was never pushy at all and made purchasing this car a breeze. I bought the vehicle site unseen and off the recommendation of the finance company who has worked with this dealership many times. Within about one week of agreed pricing they arranged shipment of my trade in from Louisiana and the transport back of my new car. They did all this. My only chore was to fed ex back signed paperwork. I feel very comfortable recommending Primo to anyone in the market for a classic vehicle. You will not be disappointed. For reference I worked with Derick, Erin, and Karen and they were all exceptional.
I truly like the car. I wish I would have asked more questions but thats on me.The office people were very helpful and kind and I wish them all well after the Hurricane passes. Also big plus, use their shippers, grade A. Easy transaction, easy communications. Satisfied customer and will recommend to others.
Very pleasant to deal with. Lots of choices of cars to buy and a good range of a variety. It was nice.
Bought two cars from here over the years...a modified Mazda B2200 with a 350 V8 Hulk truck and a Volvo R series. Both cars were awesome and worked out well for me.Like any car Ive ever purchased used from anywhere both private party and dealers I had to do a few things to bring them up to my personal standards, however I dont peg that on the dealer as these are used cars and as such will not be.......NEW! I have enjoyed both of my purchases and feel they were represented to me properly.I will absolutely buy from them in the future when the time comes for my next toy.
The entire process was very user-friendly. Totally satisfied with Jeff and all office staff. I will return for more and refer to others.
I was in the process of buying my car when hurricane Erma hit Florida. Even as they tried to get back on their feet, My salesman Austin and Erin in the office never skipped a beat on my purchase. On final inspection before shipping it, they found a problem with a wiper motor and fixed it at no cost. They helped me with arranging a car carrier I feel comfortable with. Was a pleasure doing business with Primo!
Wow! What a pleasure doing business with Primo! This was my first experience buying, sight unseen and I was a bit apprehensive, to say the least. However, Primo made the process very easy. My car came to me in better condition than I had expected. Great people selling quality products! Thanks so much. ..... I am very pleased with my car!
Derek did a great job only transaction from beginning to end. Id highly recommend him and the company he works for. My first experience buying a car over the Internet without seeing it in person. Great experience!
As a long time avid car collector and business man my experience to try purchasing a classic Pontiac from this facility was not only at the up most disappointing but a true reality that Primo Classics is no different than most of these type of resale outlets. Austin the salesman played games with my time and clearly did NOT take me seriously as a out of state buyer with questions about the car I inquired upon. Bottom line is these classic car facilities have proven time and time again that the low hanging fruit is all what there after in this classic car game, its about lining there pockets full of your hard money as conveniently possible for them. There not there for the real enthusiast or anybody else with further questions Just the money, PURE FACT! . Spend your hard earned money elsewhere Word is out about these fools.. Buy or beware with Primo Classic!!!
Tons of beautiful cars all mint condition classics
Monica and Erin were awesome to work with. Thanks to everyone at Primo Classics!
This is an excellent place to buy a vehicle from. The sales staff and the administrative staff were fantastic to deal with and fulfilled every promise.... both before and well after the sale
I bought a 1989 Ford bronco from Dan at promos I paid top dollar for the truck I get it in and the engine is bad. Too end is making so much noise I cant even stand it. No coolant when it arrived and when did drive it the driveshaft came apart and almost out me into a wall. Stay away from them. They lie about there vehicles and where there from.
I recently put a deposit on a vehicle at Primo Classics. My salesman, Austin, was both pleasant, professional and extremely accommodative to deal with. As a long distance buyer I needed an inspection before completing the purchase. Austin gave me three references and the inspector I chose ultimately passed on the car. Austin not only accommodated him, but put the car on the lift and provided a test drive for the inspector. When the inspection came back unsatisfactory for my needs, he literally refunded my deposit the next day. I found Primo Classics to be great to work with. I am actively shopping for another car there.
Great attention to detail. Very Professional. I would buy from them again.
Buyer beware! I have been looking for a 67’ - 68’ Mustang for 8 months. I saw a listing on Hemmings from Primo. It was a 67’ Mustang California Special Tribute. It was a good looking car with details that stated a solid car with no defects. I called and spoke to their salesman Austin to confirm. Unfortunately, I took his word and made a $1000 deposit. During the sales process I noticed something was off. So, I checked the Google reviews regarding this dealership. I noticed a lot of legitimate reviews were not favorable. Long story short. I had an inspection done on the car and it came back negative. The car was not in the condition they stated it was in. I simply asked to fix the issues and I would be happy to purchase the car. Basically, they aborted the sale and re-listed the car and kept my $1000. I feel sorry for anyone who ends up with the car because they are going to be seriously disappointed. Buy a classic from a reputable dealer and you will be fine. Just don’t buy one from Primo.
I would like to thank you for nice El Camino 454!! The car is here in the Czech Republic already and in excellent condition! Thanks again!!Now I would like to buy your 1971 Corvette.
I wanted to let you know that it was a pleasure to work with Primo Classics. You guys are awesome! I was hesitant to do business from internet sales with all of the bad things on the news. You have a great operation there with an inventory full of beautiful cars. I hope we can do business again in the near future. Thank you!
I called these guys on a car that was in excellent shape and even went as far as paying for an inspection. The inspector showed me rust, damaged paint, and dozens of other problems! These guys are con artist so be VERY careful. Used car salesmen have earned a reputation for a reason and these guys are no different. Get the vehicle inspected!!! Just like another reviewer, these guys dont know Corvettes and they dont inspect the cars as they should for safety. Hopefully nobody will get injured by them selling unsafe cars.
Buying was fun and easy. Erin is a real prize. We would adopt her if we could. She was wonderful and went above and beyond to make this come together. Many Many thanks to her.
Today my families 38 dodge brothers pickup arrived. After a lot of online searching we found the vehicle my family loved. We talked to Derek, made an offer and as they were considering the offer I read some ridiculously negative reviews (this is at 1 am) I screen shorted the reviews and asked him if this was his company and immediately after he got the text my phone rang it was Derek and he called . Let me say this again it was 1 am he called me to explain why the negative reviews were left, people who want something for nothing will obviously be upset when your not willing to give stuff away. Even after this conversation I was very Leary of doing business here, so I asked him to send me a video of the truck I was buying and describe to me the condition and the quality of the restoration . And as promised he did that. I knew what I was buying was in excellent shape but was not a trailered only vehicle there for it would have the wear that he explained. Well when it arrived and inspected it I was exactly as he described . Please consider the source when reading a negative review there are people out there who cant afford quality and or appreciate quality and Im here to say quality cost . But I am so satisfied and will be using Derek from primo classic cars for my families classic car purchases for years to come.
Hi Erin/Steve. I would like to thank you both for looking after my truck and loading my parcels in for shipping. I picked it up last Sunday and have not stopped driving it since. My friend is coming to see you in October for a purchase and I will be back soon. Once again thank you.
Jeff and the girls are very helpful and they catered to my needs.would buy again
Great deal. Great car. Great dealer.
Tried to buy a car on eBay.Was the highest bidder on a no reserve car.And they pulled it before the auction ended.Dont buy anything from these people
We recently purchased a Corvette from Primo via the Internet. The first and most important thing we asked the salesman, Derek, was the frame rust free and we were told it was. The car supposedly was a running and driving car as we saw in a video. When the car arrived at our home it would not stay running, we called for our Corvette guy (in the business over 40 years) to come get the car and see what was wrong. Upon his inspection the carburetor is no go and was not hooked up correctly, but the worst thing is that the frame is eaten up with rust and covered up with black undercoating! Undercoating directly sprayed over rust. The brake pad pin is missing and the pads are all askew. The alignment shims are missing in the driver side. This car is too unsafe to drive if we could drive it. Two expert Corvette restorers have told us NOT to drive this car as it is UNSAFE! When we contacted Primo, we were told by Derek too bad, sold as is. If you want to return the car they would consign it for us. We have six other Corvettes and this is the worst car we EVER bought. This car lot and sales person is what gives used car dealers a bad name! Please dont purchase a car from them before inspecting it! Do not buy from them online like we did thinking they were being truthful with us. This is sad that car dealers such as this has to rip people off like they do and we hope one day this comes back on them. The new frame etc will cost us at least $20,000 to have this car fixed properly. The rear struts were bent. There is a zip tie holding up the positive battery cable running along side the drivetrain and they said thats not dangerous. The motor is also sketchy. This car dealer should be put out of business by the reputable car dealers near them. Salesman said car had power brakes, nope. Our Corvette man has been in the business over 40 years and told us the car is UNSAFE to drive although Primo says in a letter to us that the car is safe to drive, would they put their wife and or children in this car with a rusted frame and all that is wrong with it? I bet not! Please take any car you are interested in buying to be inspected thoroughly before you purchase from them.
I bought a car in Primos Car seen a announce on the internet. They said me the car was in immaculate condition. Although the mechanical were good, the car had many details of dents, and was dirty inside. The presentation of the car was not good. The staff was very good, everybody was attentive and they fulfilled everything they said. I thought that they can have a bit more careful to present the car for the customers.
We just received our El Camino and it is exactly as you said it was. We are very satisfied with Primo Classics especially Derek and Erin. Love the car. Thanks again!
Hello There, you delivered my1966 Chevelle SS on Friday afternoon. I spent Saturday morning with my mechanic. The car was over heating quickly, and after a thorough check of the hoses, loose clamps etc., it became obvious the thermostat needed to be replaced. In addition, the rear springs had been compressed with clamps (Im assuming in an attempt to lower the stance) to the point that the springs had slipped out of their perches rendering them useless, so obviously that had to be addressed as well. Within the first 24 hours I was already down $450.00 in repairs, and I will be returning next week to have the front suspension addressed, which I was assured at the time of purchase would be corrected properly. The problem was only addressed with the installation of two spacers on the springs, and Im still getting contact/rubbing when the wheels are turned fully to either side. In addition, small things like the horn, radio, and clock being inoperable should have been mentioned, not that they would have been deal breakers by any means. These are all things that would have been readily evident. I realize that you are completely covered by the As Is verbiage of the purchase agreement, but I dont feel I was provided with the conscientious pre-delivery inspection and repair I was guaranteed. With all that said, I like to fancy myself as a pretty good judge of character, and my contact with Dan, Erin and the rest of the staff I came in contact with was nothing short of pleasant and helpful, so Im hoping you will do right by me in this situation. Ill await your response, Thanks in advance for your consideration in this matter.
Ive had the Pleasure of Dealing with this Reputable Family Business in Lakeland Florida Since 1988 and Can honestly Comment that they are Top-Shelve in Every way and We Continue to Conduct Business Dealings on a Level Playing Field and would Recommend them to You...!
Fraudulent mileage. Advertisement and salesman said 64000 miles actual maintenance records show over 90000 miles, do it rolled or the odometer was replaced. The car looks like it was in a flood,Mud keeps coming from inside body parts. The offered to resell the car for me. I cant in good conscience sell it for what I paid,.car is worth about 1/2So far Ive had to put a new carb, ignition, brake lines, mirrors, radiator, fuel sending unit. The radio still doesnt work, there is no windshield washer and the AC doesnt blow cold air.WARNING. If you dont have the car inspected by a 3rd party, you will be very very sorry for your purchase from these people.
Be careful. Never purchase without seeing, driving, inspecting in person. NO MATTER WHAT DEREK SAYS! Also no money up front.
Never do business with these liars. I bought a $ 30,000.00 pristine show car, and had it delivered, to find pitted chrome, rust, and scratches in the paint. Minimum to get the chrome re done is $6,000.00. Looks like they photoshopped the pictures. Go Elsewhere. Reported them to Ebay, Attorney General of Florida, and the Better Business Bureau. May gave to go to Small Claims next. Worst experience buying a car ever.My attorney sent them a letter and they didnt even have the decency to reply... Biggest bunch of ripoffs in this country. I have also found rust in quarter panels, power steering unit is shot, and the (pristine) radio never worked. The engine is also not correct . I got si screwed on this car due ti Dans lies.
The experience I had with primo classics I give this dealership an A+ rating, the sales rep and the entire staff, work with you and treat like family, very pleasant to work with, i would recommend them and i would do business with them again in the near future
Primo Classics was professional and most helpful in purchasing my third classic Cadillac car. Ive bought about 20 cars altogether. The vehicle was exactly as described in the internet ad and as described on the telephone by the salesman, Derek. After explaining that the asking price had been reduced and was quite firm, I agreed that the price seemed fair and offered only a few hundred dollars less which was accepted. In closing the sale, Primo agreed to fix a number of important items we noticed after allowing me to examine the car up on a lift and on a test drive. Primo helped repair the entire exhaust, replaced the air conditioner compressor which was leaking and seized up, a loose radio antenna, some minor oil and power steering leaks, and changed the oil and filter. The documentation made available was very extensive including the original invoice and many repairs over 41 years. In the repair process one of the manifold stove-pipe hoses disintegrated, but the metal L-shaped flange going to the carburetor was available and will be shipped to me by the office manager, Erin-- the 2-inch hose is easily obtained but not the other part. In short, it was a pleasure doing business with Primo and I would highly recommend therm to other customers looking to buy a classic car.
Very helpful and my vehicle is in great shape for an original 1964 El Camino.
Great folks there very easy to work with they made me very happy
Great people to deal with large collection of quality classic cars for sale from 1940s to 1990s.
We love this truck Thanks again. Ill call you in the spring regarding another car.
ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!!!! I purchased a 1970 Chevy Impala for 25K, thinking the owners of this business were straight. Wow!!! was I wrong, they basically sold me a lemon. Ive had the car almost one week, and it has been in the shop for 4 days now. The second day I drove it, the car went dead and I was stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours until a tow truck came. The trunk is painted full of black spray paint, possibly to cover rust (havent had that checked yet), Convertible top (trashed) needs replaced (3K), weather stripping (rotted/missing) all needs to be replaced, bubbles in paint (needs body work), chrome is pitted throughout, ash tray fell out of the dash board, carbuerator being rebuilt as we speak, front end all over the place, steering column loose, floor carpet has holes, glove box lock needs replaced, and the list goes on. I cant believe a company like this is still in business because I am sure im not the only person who has fell victim, especially since reading other reviews. If you deal with these people, make sure it is face-to-face (not online) or else they might sell you a lemon, just like they sold me. I have been in the military for almost 26 years and I work very hard for my money, dont have any to spare and I wanted to buy myself a classic car for my 26th anniversary, so much for that. I am exploring my legal options but im pretty sure I am going to have to eat this. So sad we have people who photo shop photos just to get a sale. Where are the people with integrity? Buy at your own RISK!!!!!P.S. Oh by the way, the brakes are good. Thats the only positive Ive seen thus far.
Wonderful job.Kept us informed and all paper work needed to make the transaction simple and straight forward. All of this was accomplished with the worries of being hit by the hurricane .
I like to fancy myself as a pretty good judge of character, and my contact with Dan, Erin and the rest of the staff I came in contact with was nothing short of pleasant and helpful.
Very nice car, people worked with me very good. See why you are a class #1 car dealership
I liked the professionalism and willingness of people I dealt with to go out of their way to help.
Thank you it was nice doing business with you I will definitely recommend you guys
Very good experience nice car and very helpful
Got my 1976 Dodge Aspen amd Its beautiful. Thanks!
I PURCHASED 1966 CHEVELLE PRO STREET WAGON SIGHT UNSEEN AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE.THE WHOLE PROCESS SMOOTHLY AND I FINANCED IT.DERYCK AND THE GIRLS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. I WILL SEND CUSTOMERS YOUR WAY. SO NICE TO FIND A DEALER THAT IS HONEST......
I was afraid to buy a car without driving it first, but Primo is, well, PRIMO when it comes to providing great info, scores of any photos you could want, and was always accessible during the process. Derek is best car salesman I have ever bought a car from, and I have purchased several. Primo also gave me a very good trade in value for my classic car, and the new car was everything I thought it would be. Erin and the customer service / title team were on top of every detail, communicated every single step of the way in the process, and were very responsive. Car Carriers are also important. I used EZ Transport for the Open Carrier to get my classic trade in from Illinois to Florida, and they were perfect, early, and responsive. I used Montway for the Enclosed Carrier to get my new car from FL to IL. Montway was also perfect, early, and the driver was calling me at each leg, and arrived on the dot when he said he would. Overall I am EXTREMELY happy with the entire experience form the very first email to Derek, all the way through just putting my new car back in the garage after her maiden voyage. I would recommend Primo Classics, EZ Transport, and Montway to anyone without reservation. Excellent Job all around. Could not have gone any better. Now my wife wants her own classic, and i already know whos getting my business...
Best classic cars ever!!
Single handedly the worst experience of my life. I seen a BEAUTIFUL and perfect looking truck on Ebay. 1980 Chevy. The description said they were a classic dealer who specialized in ALL ORIGINAL classics. I seen they were a classic dealer in Fl. So I just went to their website and seen they had all kinds of beautiful classics. And apparently getting away with over charging for these classics. So they must be as cherry in person as they look in photos right? So I just call them and get ahold of Derrick. He tells me he sells 1000s of classics a year. Sets me up with financing and tells me the place he set me up with actually sends an inspector to their sight before they will cut the check. Sounds AWESOME!! I went ahead and payed extra to just have it shipped. Figured I was dealing with professionals. Needless to say by now but the truck that showed up was JUNK! Paint is faded and flaking all over, rocker panels are fake, nothing worked right from the gauges to the head lights brake lights kc lights to the carb fuel pump distributor cap. Wouldnt go over 40 mph. Cracked tires that had plugs in them. Hail damage and a giant crease down 1 side and dents all over. Only 1 of the dual fuel tanks. Seat is junk etc etc etc etc. I can go on and on and on. There is literally not 1 nice thing about this truck. Now after $3k more in fixing what I can here and there. Im into this truck $15k. I took it to an appraiser (who I actually know) to get it appraised for classic insurance purposes. And even after all my work he could only get me up to about $8500. Thats $6500 upside down. Now that I have right about 500 miles on it. The engine starts knocking. These people literally have ruined my life. It will probably be the reason I get divorced before its all said and done. Please dont by anything from them so I can help ruin theirs.
Lots of 50s to 70s classic and muscle cars. Call in advance, they are a little off the beaten trail.
Okay cars dark and dingy hard too properly view cars
Working with Erin was very professional and efficient.
Avoid this company at all costs, they are not reputable, once they get their money you are on your own, buyer beware, one star is over rating them
The car was as described. Thanks!
Interesting collection of vehicles
Love my new classic!!
My first experience with this dealer was by phone. I called to inquire about the cost of a vehicle online and the person that answered was very unprofessional and rude. Needless to say, I am no longer interested in purchasing from this place.
EVERYTHING WAS FINE
Absolute disaster they had 8 weeks to prepare the car what happened nothing came extra from Germany to Lakeland the engine boiled after 20 minutes after a stop and we removed the thermostat it went on again 40 minutes then it was completely offAt Primo Classic, of course, nobody could be reached, allegedly he had forgotten his phone somewhere, the car had to be towed to a workshop in Miami, where the whole engine was exchanged for 650 dollars, which costs another lot of moneyI can only advise everyone to buy a car thereCatastrophe!!!!!!!!!!Nothing is taken care of and the description of the cars is not correct either, so put your fingers off there are enough others
