THIS COMPANY SERVICED 5 CLIENTS OF MINE ALL OF WHICH HAD TO HAVE THEM REORDER NEW SLABS DUE TO MIS-CUTTING, HORRIBLE INSTALLATION QUALITY, LIES FROM INSTALLERS, NEVER SHOWING UP, NEVER STICKING TO A SCHEDULE - THE LIST GOES ON AND ON! CRIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SNAKE AND WILL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF 50% TO SUPPOSEDLY PURCHASE SLABS, HE DOES NOT AND ROBS PETER TO PAY PAUL ON ALL HIS WORK. HE RECENTLY CLOSED HIS ORLANDO LOCATION DUE TO THE HORRIBLE QUALITY OF WORK AND LACK OF COMPLETEING WORK. MY COMPANY WILL SUFFER 7 DEPOSITS LOST TILL THIS IS RESOLVED IN COURT. I gave them five stars even though there was a major problem in the beginning with my quartzite countertops. With the help of Lori in the Sarasota office the problem was rectified and the quartzite countertops were installed in a timely and professional manner. The other people in the company Lakeland were also professional and very helpful. It could have been an extremely stressful problem but I feel Gaia did all they could and it was greatly appreciated. I would recommend putting them on your list of stone suppliers when selecting countertops.

They do not even deserve one star!. They took my deposits on 5 different granite jobs and promised that they would install before Christmas 2020. None of them have been done by Gaia Stone at all. I had to HIRE another company and pay them deposits again to get my projects complete. I have left numerous messages, called their office many times, left numerous text messages, trying to get my deposit back ( over $7K) and have not received one reply. Do not do business with this guy! I have contacted the State Attorney and Fla department of professional regulation. Cristovao Clem is the Owner who gave himself 5 stars and then thanked himself for the review....smh
